How Combat RSI

    Everyone here games a lot and knows a lot about games. Any inside tips to counter RSI? I feel that RSI might be an issue soon especially for the younger generations.

    How about your personal opinion? Do you follow exactly what he says, or do you have any special routine you devise it for yourself?

    Personally, I do the stretches in the video I linked above.

    I still do get pain in my left hand pointer finger. From mouse-clicking to bassoon playing, the motion is exactly the same.
    I'm not TOO sure it's RSI? But it's bearable, and those hand stretches literally take seconds.
    I like to keep a tennis ball by my desk, and throw it around when I find my mind wandering off.

    Maybe you should go for acupuncture, does it helps?

    Uhh... what?
    I'd rather not stick needles into me to combat something that I can bear.

    As I previously mentioned, the stretches help.
