MacOs Mojave :please connect a razer synapse enabled device

  1. razer lancehead tournament edition.

    After each boot, prompt:

    please connect a razer synapse enabled device.

    After reconnecting the mouse, it becomes normal.

    macbookpro 2018, mojave.

    No update, the first use is like this, the macos version is 10.14,
    Razer Synapse version is 1.84.2

    same problem here, but i tried several times reconnecting my mouse and it works but i'm not able to configure the extra buttons

    Just got the Abyssus Essential and I'm getting the same "please connect a razer synapse enabled device" with Mojave. I notice the page for the Abyssus Essential explicitly mentions Synapse 3 so is this mouse not supported with Synapse 2?

    And I've answered my own question, looks like it's not supported. Guess I need to wait for Synapse 3 on the Mac. In the meantime the mouse still works fine, and better than the one it replaced.
