    Hi fellow gamers!

Wondering >> is there a way to bind macros to specific games? To be specific, I'm trying to bind macros to Team Fortress 2, and TF2 only. Would like to bind mousewheel up to make sentries, and mousewheel down to make dispensers, but ONLY for TF2.

Is this possible, and if so, how?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Either create a new profile and link it to that game (make sure you switch back to your default profile that DOESN'T have the macros when you're not playing), or just use one of your keymaps and make sure you play using that particular keymap.

What awesome Razer mouse are you using?

And Welcome to Razer Insider, @H8MyBoss!

Thanks for he warm welcome *bow* and sound advice >> I will try that. I've been rockin' the Death Adder for years, right along side my Nostromo N52 TE speedpad. Just picked up the Firefly, too, we loves it!! All on a brand new, custom build gaming rig!

Well, in Synapse, you should definitely have . . . 8, I think . . . keymaps for each profile you create for your DeathAdder. You can't link a keymap to a particular game, so your best bet is to just create a new profile, name it TF2, and click the box on the left-hand side of the Synapse window that allows you to link that profile to a particular game.

I know that on my Naga Epic Chroma, I have a particular profile linked to QLab. I don't have to even choose the profile. I just open the software, and it automatically switches to that profile. When I click outside of the software window for QLab, Synapse automatically switches back to whatever profile I was using before I opened QLab.

  5. set it in synapse
