This is definitely a software issue regarding Synapse 3.0I have this issue regarding synapse and whenever I’m in a game like CSGO, audio in the background stops working. This usually happens when I have a game open for about ~1 minute, and some programs stop working. This seemingly happens to programs that aren’t actively playing audio when the game is open. For example, I’m playing CSGO with Discord open and I try to join a Discord channel when I’m playing. No sound comes out of Discord. This also impacts my web browser, Spotify, and even Windows sound effects themselves, including notifications. The only solution I’ve had for this when it occurs is to disable audio enhancements in the device properties then turn it back on. I have to do this constantly throughout the day. I’ve removed all games from Synapse and even turned off the game manager, the issue persists. I don’t use THX spatial audio, I only use Synapse for the custom EQ because the native EQ on the headphones is really bad

I’m on my 3rd Razer Naga now. This time I went with the Naga Pro because I already had two Naga and Naga Trinity die on me. They always seem to die not too long after the warranty expires. Definitely planned obsolescence. My scroll wheel is bouncing and will not scroll any more. What’s worse they won’t even let you open a ticket about it now. Such a trash company. I got a Razer Blade 14 laptop in the mail today from razer.com, brand new. The screen will not turn on. But the little light icon keeps blinking green. No matter how much I press the power icon nothing shows up.When I first got the laptop and pressed the power button the LED's came on but I must've done something wrong I guess and I closed the laptop in the middle of it doing that and they never came back on.And to clarify. Yes I let the laptop charge for more than 2 hours. I'm not sure if I was supposed to charge the laptop with the blinking green light on or powering it off. But I did both options for 2 hours. Letting it charge with the blinking green light caused it to heat up to around 110F. (Doesn't seem like it should be doing that.) But with turning the green light off caused it to cool down.So overall, as far as I can tell- yes the system is on in some way, the screen is not turning on, neither are the LED's, and the fans have not turned on a single time since I got this thing.
I can reassign other buttons to mute and they work, and I can reassign the mute button to other functionalities and it works. but when I try to mute with the default mute button it doesn’t do anything or turn red. I’ve tied a factory reset.

Hello Razer Support Team,I am writing again to request assistance with my Razer Kishi V1 Xbox Android controller. 🎮I have followed all the conventional troubleshooting steps, including downloading the Razer Kishi app, giving the necessary permissions, and attempting to detect the device using the app, but unfortunately, my device is still not being detected by my phone. I have already tried the following steps:Testing the controller on different devices (Honor 50 & Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra). Ensuring that my phone is running the latest version of Android. Enable possible authorizations from system’s configuration. When the Kishi app is running, I press Y+B+Start and try to update the controller, but it just fakes it. Despite all my efforts, the controller is still not being detected by my phone or even in your own app, making it unusable for most of my favorite games. Hello all. I just bought a Razer Kraken V3 for the first time. I’m having an issue where after setting it up in Synapse, anytime I reset my PC, or even close the program, it seems to totally wipe the settings I’ve made back to default. On PC startup, everything is back to default settings, and I can’t for the love of me figure out how to get a profile to stick. I’ve tried making a few profiles, but even swapping profiles just sets them back to default and not saves them.When I open Synapse on startup, it’s just back to these, no matter how much I toggle and enter my settings again.Clicking the mic on/off button on the physical headset doesn’t toggle the Microphone setting there like it should, and I keep setting it to 60 volume, and it defaults back to 0. My mic EQ keeps disappearing too, there’s just nothing there? Does anyone know what I can do or try to fix this issue? I just got this headset new today, and it just will not keep my settings…
My controller has never had a problem before today, and then all of a sudden, I plug it in, the white light on the right came on, but when I opened the Kishi app it wasn't being detected. I checked my notifications and it said charging through usb device, but i noticed that even though it said that, and the charge light on the controller was on, my phone wasn't charging. I have taken really good care of the controller which was not cheap in the first place, i rarely used it, and nothing was wrong with it just two days ago, so the fact that it's not working, and I see so many people in the forum having similar issues, but no real solution has come from Razer leaves me with an extremely bad taste in my mouth. If there's no solution, I feel like they should be recalled and we should get working replacements.
Recently just bought the blackwidow v4 75%. The manual says fn ctrl and num changes the lighting pattern, but mine doesn't do anything at all. Also, I have noticed that when holding down fn, my ctrl does not glow white.Please help.
