Problem registering Razer Products

    Hello,

    I have a Razer Orochi 8200dpi mice that I use with my Razer Blade and I just purchased a Razer Hammerhead Pro v2.

    Both products are recognized by Synapse correctly, the Chroma works perfectly with my mice, I don't have any problem with them.

    But, the problem is that I can't register them to my account, it says the Serial Number are Unkown.

    Anyone faced the same problem? The box are fine, the products are fine, their quality are fine, they're genuine for sure, otherwise synapse wouldn't recognize them at all right.
