Problem with buzzing headset in wildcat controller HELP!

    I have just bought my razer wildcat controller for xbox one, which I love the button layout on, after remapping the controls I joined a party with my friends and got a barage of complaints about my headset buzzing I live with one of them so went to listen to it myself and it is a loud buzz and very hard to ignore can anybody give me any advice/solution to this problem my headset is the turtle beach xofours and im looking to buy astro A40s and do not want the same problem. Thanks in advance!

    It might be something with the headphone jack on either your controller on headphones that doesn't pair well with the other part

    What would you recommend i do because i have tried two other headsets and they have both had the same problem I don't really want to risk buying the astros only for them to have the same problem

    If you have other controllers try the headset with the other controllers and then with your computer to see if it is a malfunction between the headset and the controllers or if it is just the headset

    It is fine with other controllers theres no buzzing sound but i can't test it with other devices as its not a problem on my end its what the other people in my party hear coming from me. Its similar to when i used to use a plug n play kit with the xbox 360 i dont know if it has something to do with the fact the wildcat controller has a detachable wire or not but in the top corner of my screen it says my pad is charging instead of wireless which makes me think its linked with that

    That's really weird I can't think of anything else but to talk to someone at Razer support and ask them
