    Hello everyone,

After P2P is announced of it getting suspended, and with the lack of current zSilver options to earn. I came up with the idea to rewarding zSilver to people who buy items in
Now what will happen here is that given a Blackwidow Chroma V2 costs around 169$, a purchase with this will reward you around 16900 zSilver (more or less). This would actually provide people an incentive to buy Razer products more.

Now with a situation where a 20$ voucher code will be used in a cart purchase, if the same keyboard is applied, this will now cost 149$. A purchase with this will reward you 14900 zSilver.

Basically, the final amount purchased on a cart order will be multiplied by 100, which will be the amount of zSilver. Think of it as a buy _ get _. It would take you around 18 Blackwidow Chroma V2 purchases to get another one. (Which in all honesty I don't think Razer would be much at loss here provided the multiply rate is 100.

If your currency is not in USD, your cart would automatically be converted into USD. Since shipping differs from each country, I don't necessarily think shipping would be also converted to zSilver, since Razer pays Digital River to ship their products.

You would only have to get your zSilver 14 days after the item is delivered. Due to the returns and refund policies. In order to prevent refunds and returns after an item has been purchased.

Although this program is created for people who can't afford Razer products, it wouldn't be that much of a harm for people to be buying products and earning zSilver.

This is only a suggestion/proposal. Let me know what you think down below.

It is getting suspended temporarily for it to be improved or completely shutdown (if they see that P2P only reaps negativity) Effective on March 1. You can see it on page 9 of Review of Paid to Play.

"Heads up all - and you're getting way advance notice of this, so everyone should be happy. I've decided to suspend Paid to Play from 1 March and we'll have the formal notice out in the next couple of weeks. On the same note, all other zSilver earnings and redemptions are business per normal, so you can still earn zSilver and spend it - just that earning it via Paid to Play (which has seen the most amount of negativity) will be suspended until we see how we can improve on the system or failing which, suspend it altogether.

Our mission/goal is always to give back to the community and do cool stuff together, and the negativity of Paid to Play is definitely not in line with what we wanted. We'll review the system and hopefully, find a better way to get it executed."

It's ideal to stay updated in situations like these. Hope I may have helped you.

I honestly think that a x100 multiplier is too little, given the current inflation of zsilver that's happening. If they want to revamp this system they would have to get rid of this inflation first - either through revising the amount people have in their accounts directly (this would be insanely unpopular) or some other method. The Razer team should be racking their brains now on how to reset this current state.

Also, I think that the zGold/zSilver proposal has more potential for improvement. zGold honestly isn't that desirable now. There aren't enough factors of it that'll make me really want to get zGold. If they give more zSilver when buying zGold maybe more people would buy zGold, but that'll be quite counterintuitive.

I honestly thought of this, to like make a purchase of Blackwidow Chroma V2 to reward around 40000+ zSilver. But to be honest I'd also thought this would create losses from Razer (as Razer is already experiencing losses from creating this program). To make it less harsh, I just used a multiplier for 100 instead of ~250. The 100 multiplier is only an example. I'm not necessarily proposing a 100 multiplier, but I moreover focused on its concept itself. But yeah, I agree with you.

The idea of earning zSliver by purchasing Razer gear has been floating around for a while. Just so you know. Day 1.

I don't think that just getting zSilver for each dollar spent is good. You're basically buying zSilver, which then puts an actual dollar amount on it. You want to see cheating? Put an actual dollar amount on zSilver. Cheating will run RAMPANT!

Okay cool. Wasn't sure about the 100 number but yeah. But on a more serious note Razer has not only been making losses on this p2p program but across overall too (correct me if i'm wrong). So yeah I wouldn't be surprised if they thought it was time to cut this p2p thing to start minimizing losses. Won't blame them though.

They might do this thing since they already done it with the zgold, might as well do it for every Razer product you buy. It's not a bad idea except that there are people whose countries are not available for shipping and to get a item there is quite complicated. I would have supported the idea of gaining silvers for every product you buy, anywhere at all not just from the official Razer store, but from all the other retailers. And i'm not quite sure about what amount of silvers will be added. But still our ideas may have a good impact in the upcoming update and i suggest you think of some more clever ideas (for our own advantage but not too greedy) and post them to make them popular.
