Over the few weeks, the air between the two battle royale giants has been quite thick due to numerous claims of copyright infringement. This lead to the entire BR community to be split down the middle, one half in favor of PUBG, while the other backing up Fortnite with claims stating that Fortnite is a game of its own. The battle waged on but it seems the war has been lost as PUBG Corp has just withdrawn its lawsuit against Epic Games.

That being said, this lawsuit claimed some pretty serious allegations which if taken to court, would have been the biggest copyright case of the year. However, right now, out of the blue, PUBG Corp has taken back its case, freeing Epic Games of the lawsuit. As a result, for the time being, the case has been closed.

Well, what should happen is both the games to focus on their games and try removing the bugs and especially lag in Fortnite. Pubg has bug issues. This is what they should do now.
