Hey everyone just wondering is the Blackwidow x comfortable to use. Because it is raised and doesn't have a wrist rest

You can buy one separately from the Razer Store for $20. It does not magnetically attach, however it is generally still firm depending on your desk type / material.

Its just as comfortable as the regular blackwidow. I would say yes. I use one for work, and one at home. Typing on it for at least 8 hours a day at work, then sometimes go home and use that one as well, and never had a problem with it.

I felt no problem without wrist rest... Even now I changed to BW V2 I'm still using without the wrist rest.
So actually is depends on people...

I don't own any black widow, But it is all up to you if you are coming from a keyboard with a wrist rest right now or not.
I used a Deathstalker for several years that had a plastic like wrist rest too it that was not the most comfy thing ever, And when I got my Ornata I feel in love with the wrist rest, But before those two keyboards I never came from a keyboard without at least some kind of wrist rest.
You could always go to a local store if there is one around with some kind of Razer display in it, even if there is a normal blackwidow without a wrist rest there that you could just try to type with for a little bit to see what you like it would be good. If it seems good you can buy it, And then if you feel down the line somewhere you want a wrist rest for the Blackwidow X you can always get the one that Razer sells on the Razerstore for like 20 USD, As I heard that it is also a very good wrist rest and it would go with the blackwidow X. You could always just pick up some random old cheap wrist rest too, But that might be worse in the long run :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:.

I live in Vietnam, and I bought one for me in Q1-2016. But now it is getting rusted although I used it with my hands washed and dried every time. I guess I won't be using any Razer keyboard again, I would choose for me Corsair instead.

You recalled me about there is a sale if you purchase BW X from retailer, you get free wrist rest...

own both, never had a drama with it. The wrist rest does the trick and works well with the keyboard.
