    Hi Guys!,

    I've got a Blade 2013 and it was working fine as always but recently know if my laptop goes to sleep mode I can't seem to wake it when I hit the on button?
    I tried changing this in the battery settings etc. But no luck at the moment I've set it up so that:
    "On Battery" or "Unplugged" to not go to sleep. If it does go to sleep I have to hold the power button to reset it etc. which sucks.

    Anyone had the same problem or can they recommend me a fix? Its running Windows 8.1.

    Thank you in advance =).

    Hmm, that seems strange. Contact Razer Support here and a technician should be able to help you with the problem.

    sounds more like a windows error to me. maybe use the refresh feature to redo your windows files.

    @Fuzms @Destrok Thanks guys for the help and responses.
    Quick question how do you refresh window files? and will it cause any loss of data etc?
    Thank you in advance =)

    It should be in the settings under backup and restore. Refreshing typically doesn't lose your files, reinstalling windows erases almost everything. I would backup anything important externally just in case.

    @Destrok Thanks for the info.
    I was just wondering if their is any other way of doing this as even though none of my personal files are removed some important applications are i.e. Android Studio, Games etc. Where I can download these again I would prefer a less time consuming method if anyone has any other ideas?

    Thank you again for the help so far =)

    You could do a system image, meaning you make an exact copy of your drive on an external drive. The only issue is this may or may not fix your issue since it is an exact copy of all your current files and settings that you restore your system from.
