For anyone who plans on getting a monitor with gsync for a razer blade can forget about it. Just contacted Razer and they said the hdmi/thunderbolt ports are not connected to the gpu so you can not use gsync and gsync monitors like the one I have now are pointless.

Really? What i read in this thread that its HDMI is connected to NVIDIA GPU, that's why we can use external monitor to play games, and Thunderbolt 3 port is connected to intel GPU, that's why it needs the core If we want to use it as gaming connection on ex monitor. Am I wrong? I am not planning to buy gsync monitor, but planning to run triple monitors game on it with configuring gechic portable monitor.

I tried to use the hdmi port with my gsync monitor and was not able to turn gsync on. Just decided to stick to 144hz through the thunderbolt instead now. I contacted razer about the whole gsync issue and was on the phone for a good hour and they came to the conclusion that the hdmi is not connected to the gpu. Don't know if the guy I was with was just saying that but as far as what I now know none of the display ports are connected to the gpu. If you find something different on it I would appreciate you telling me, hopefully what the tech guy at razer said was wrong :/.

Hopefully he may have a solution. Read up on the thread he replied on. Right now I have my 1060 blade connected to https://www.amazon.com/Dell-S2417DG-YNY1D-24-Inch-LED-Lit/dp/B01IOO4SGK through thunderbolt for the 144hz. If hdmi is the way to go I would have gsync at 60hz since hdmi can't support 144hz especially on a 1440p display as far as I know. Problem is, even when trying to use hdmi I still can not use gsync and the guy from razer ended up saying both ports thunderbolt/hdmi are not connected to the gpu. I did not understand that in anyway but I went with it and now hoping someone here may know whats going on.
