My Viper mini mouse keeps disconnecting to the point where when I plug it back in during a Valorsnt game, it can't be used so I'm left with not being able to use my mouse for the rest of the game.I'm trying to find a wireless mouse that does NOT need batteries put in and would prefer a rechargeable one. Are there any suggestions? (Desperate)Note, I do have small hands so I prefer a smaller mouse and not a bulky one like Basilisk. I'd say my budget is around $50, just as long as it's less than $100
So for the auto switch polling feature, how do I know it’s working? What counts as “in-game” and how does it know if I’m in a game? Do I have to set up my game profiles to let the software know when I’m in game? I imagine not, right? Otherwise, I don’t see the point in checking that box if you only have 1 profile set up. Not to mention the box unchecks itself whenever you add a new profile. I searched and found a thread posted here 1 year ago about the suggestion of the auto switch feature. I know you can make a profile for different apps and games, and then set the standard polling rate that way. Sure, you can still do the same now, but that only changes the standard polling rate, not the “auto-switch polling rate” which stays constant over your profiles. It seems counterintuitive if you do that.
Hello folks - I have an ‘old’ Razor Blackwidow Chroma V2 keyboard which I bought for writing, not gaming, on an older Mac computer. I now want it to work on my ‘new’ MacBook Pro M1 running OSX Sonoma 14.4.1.Of course, Razor don’t support this keyboard on this version of Max OS, although it does type, but keeps fading in and out with a green backlight, most annoying… I tried loading the V2 software, but it doesn’t work, no surprise. My question is: is there any way to simply change the default fading in and out so that I can at least use the keyboard? A constant green backlight, would be perfect; is there a work-around to enable this? Thanks in advance.
I bought the new headset from a reseller (MediaMarkt, Germany) but I somehow didn’t get an activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound system and I can’t request one online because the serial number doesn’t get detected.
Hello, I bought a Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed and I love it. While there is nothing wrong with the mouse usually I try to keep my things updated. The mouse firmware appears to be on 1.0.5.0. The “Software and Firmware Updates for Razer Peripherals” page does not list the V3 X Hyperspeed firmware currently. Is that a mistake? How can you update the firmware for it?

I lost my old phone, so I don't have a backup password or authentication app. I wanted to pay with my Razer , but I couldn't pay without a backup code or a certified app code. can email me the backup code, or delete the phone number
The mouse is working (all buttons) but the cursor is not working. The mouse is only 6 months old. This is my second Razer mouse that has issues (is for sure my last). What is going on. I tried to reinstall the driver, changed the battery, nothing. Looks like the laser is dead. Really disappointed by Razer products. I’ll go with logitech that I use on my tower and they work without any issue for 5 years now.
Hello, I bought a renewed version of the USB headset and It did not come in its orignal box, and the serial numbers have been ripped out. I would like to enable 7.1 and not exactly sure how to do that now. I have proof of purchase if that helps
