Is the Rogue backpack coming to Zsilver rewards anytime soon? I was going to get it but they removed it :slightly_sad:

@Samael66 the 13,3" and 17,3" are available in the zSilver reward shop.

Yeah but the 17.3 version which is the only usable version is too damn expensive in zSilver to even be considered a good redemption.

How do you mean the only usable version? I have a 13,3" version and it could easily fit my RBS (there is space left so a RB 14" should fit as well) and charger, mouse, phone, hammerhead BT case and still plenty of room left.

I have the 13.3 and the 15 Rogue, and both are exceptionally usable depending on your needs. I use the 13.3 as my every day bag instead of carrying a purse and then I can use the 15 when I need bigger space. If I actually plan on carrying my laptop with me (MSI 17.3 GT70) then I need to use my Tactical Pro Backpack in order to fit the laptop, but that bag carries everything but the kitchen sink. lol

Well I saw one in a store vs the 17.3 and the 17.3 is more usable from a student/ gamer perspective. I mean in the 13.3 version you can barely stuff in a laptop and 1 or 2 books vs the 17.3 having so much more room.

I know the 13.3 version can be some people's cup of tea but for me it was too small to be of any use and this would hold true for anyone using it as a school bag. Havent seen the 15 in stores anywhere so I cant comment on that.

I can't find the complete tech spec for this bag, does the zipper water resistance? Is it safe to let the bag exposed to rain?

I definitely agree with this - but do keep in mind that the 13.3" wasn't designed for a laptop, but rather the Razer Blade Stealth which is a 13" ultrabook. :)

I have a 10.5" tablet which is a bit small for the pocket, but I can still use that and fit everything I need inside the bag on a daily basis, I'm not sure it would fit more than a few spiral notebooks, probably not any of the binders, especially not over a 1" binder. So, I imagine it works well for work / daily use for a commuter or something, but I can't see any way for it to work for someone in school if they carry books or binders.

I would be interested to see a 17.3" myself since I own the 15 & 13 varieties - I'd love to have a hands on opportunity to compare the three.

Would the Rogue 15.6'' be enough for school usage?
I'm thinking about buying a new backpack, but I don't have money for the 17.3" right now. I usually fill up my Tactical Pro which is a 17.3" backpack.

If you can fill the Tactical Pro for school, then the 15.6 Rogue may still be a bit small. I have both of those and my Tactical Pro holds significantly more stuff because it's "deeper" - as in from front to back. They're about the same height from floor to top, the Tactical pro is a bit wider from side to side (because of the shape) but the Tactical Pro can be filled more when measuring from front to back than any of the Rogue backpacks from what I can tell.
