I lost my phone number and I don't know what to do, I just recharged. How do I change my number?
Hi, I need help in changing my profile’s phone number. I do not have access to my old phone number or any back up codes so I am unable to receive any 2FA.
Headset has a blue flashing light when i turn it on despite the usb dongle being plugged into my pc. The headset had been working fine for a while until suddenly it stopped working and is no longer connecting to my pc.
I’ve noticed over the last few months (maybe early last year is started) my razer book 13s wifi connectivity is just abysmal, compared to my other work laptop that never has less than full bars whereas my book is lucky to maintain 1 to the point that a teams call is a nice dream, this is the case on every wifi connection, be it at home, work, whatever.Is this a normal problem? And is there a fix? I assume my wifi card has breathed its last breath but I’m not sure
How could I connect to the ps5 and my phone at the same time from the black shark v2 2023
I placed an order 14 days ago for a BlackShark V2 pro headset, and it processed, but hasn't gone beyond that. I sent a reply to that email 4 days ago, but haven't received a response and there is no support chat or number to call. Does anyone know how to get a hold of support?? I feel like my order is stuck in limbo.

Mistakenly scratched code
The wifi reception used to be very very good with my razer book 13. But now, it is very poor quality connection. I have to literally place the laptop right next to the wifi router for a good connection. If I get more than 10 feet away from the router it will barely work. No changes to my home wifi system. All other wifi devices and connections remain strong but not my book 13. Is it possible to repair or replace the wifi card?
For several days now I have been having constant disconnection problems in my Razer Nari Ultimate headset, when researching I saw that I am not the only one with this specific problem.This problem lies in the constant disconnection of the computer when playing some type of audio, whether from spotify, youtube or any type of audio emitted by the computer. I've already tried everything, plugging it into all the different usb ports on my pc and whether it was 3.1 or 2.0 the same thing happened every time. I also tried the dongle and headset sync and reset programs. I tried uninstalling all the drivers of the device, deleting synapse and all the folders and programs that had to do with the razer environment to do clean installation to see if my problem went away. I disabled the usb shutdown option to save power, updated my windows 11 to the latest existing version and none of this worked. I even tested them on another computer to see if the problem fell on my pc and after a few minutes of
Top Up and payment success, money deduct from my Credit Card..but transaction state pending and no razer gold received. Contacted Customer Service but so useless, ask to cancel of the transaction since it doesn’t reflect anything and pending, so I can top up with other payment method again, but Customer Service say cannot. It is their protocol to inform their stupid team which need wait minimum 2-3 working days! Provided all documentations, transaction numbers and reference numbers to the customer service but keep telling me wait Razer team to reply. it useless even they reply after 2-3 working days (Read other people pending status...razer team only reply after 10-15 days later). I rushing this for event which will lapse before Sunday, this is really so ridiculous. I think after this, really better I top up directly to the game website without using Razer since customer service not helping out. No point risking it as usually need rush for event.
