Shipping payment help

    hey guys sorry for making this thread.
    can anyone help me with my problem?
    I receive a mail for payment instructions that i ordered and already bank in.
    The problem is do i have to show my receipt and how and to who?

    Did you receive any order confirmation mail or shipping status so far?

    i did receive order comfirmation mail and payment instructions in the same time. I did bank in to them. i just don't know what to do next :/

    If they still haven't updated the status of your order nor confirmed your payment after a day, you should contact a Razer staff/support to help you confirm your bank transaction so that your order will be updated.

    i try to but i keep getting an error. Seems that i can't log in to see it.

    It must be because of the holiday season. Just give them time I'm sure they will get back to you as soon as they read it. Better try to get involve in their live chat support team, just take note of their time schedule.

    You purchase as a guest or with an account?
    If you purchase as a guest there will be a password along with the order confirmation mail.
    If you purchase with an account,kindly log in the appropriate account to check your order status.

    i'm not sure because when i log in into the razerstore,i change the region and proceed to order my bag that's all.

    This seems like something you definitely need to talk to official staff about. You can contact Razer Support here: http://support.razerzone.com/ Given that Insider is not a support forum this thread will be locked.
