Since they stopped p2p, they should decrease voucher value

You know, in the first place, people started become mad here is "unwarned" price increase multiple times. Last time it was on last December you know, then CEO decided close p2p opportunity. I wasn't on complaining side, but I understand them. When it comes to communication, Razer staffs are bad. If they just warned us before sudden price increase, we could redeem some items before it increase. Or at least we would be prepared for that.

So in the end p2p stopped anyway. And they already said that they don't have other satisfying solution yet, and there are no eta data for p2p come back (I suspect it never come back anyway), why just not decreasing voucher values? Since there are no currently way to earn massive 900 points (comparing to other methods) per day, you can say earning zsilver almost stopped. Earn 40 zsilvers (and some 1 time only achievements) each day for hundreds K zsilver products? Nah, I say no. And I'm pretty sure others stop care about zsilver program too.

So my suggest is consider decrease price. You can increase it anytime anyway, as already done several times.

They did mention that price adjustments will continue to be made, however they must be in some sort that the number of redeems should be balanced. This is why they increased it in the first place, to lower to redeem rate. Some changes probably will be made, but i suspect no sooner than they arrive with that alternative solutions of earning silvers.

our precious zsilvers will expire away while waiting for the replacement program. that's a pretty clever strategy?

stop blaming for something they give for free. it's because of flame and others things that they have suspended the program. Continue to blame and you can obtain nothing if not a sospension for ever of the program.

You count it blame? Both you and Razer CEO's perspective are weird. Children or what?

Here's the deal, and it's been said many times: Paid to Play wasn't invented so that you could play video games while earning zSilver. It was invented so you could earn zSilver while playing video games. There's a big difference.

The first one comes with a sense of entitlement. The second comes with an added bonus.

The "blame" people talk about is people not realising what was actually happening — people being able to get stuff by playing video games — and thinking that they were being forced to play games or get involved in Insider. People who complain about zSilver in general really don't see it for what it is: the company giving away commodities that they could be selling, and promoting video games in the process. @mltan and Razer don't owe anybody anything, but decided to try to award people simply for being gamers.

They mentioned that they’ll add more ways to earn zSilver in the future. So I guess we’ll just have to wait. At the moment the most efficient way to earn zSilver is zGold and Insider...

I was going to create a thread about this too!!! So I have no real way to generate any zSilver now but the prices are the same, for example 110,000 for the firefly mouse pad - how exactly are you going to generate enough to get something that is 100k when the most your getting after your up and running is 40 a day. So 40/day at say 365 is 14,600 and then come the 13th month oh wait there goes 1200 because of this new system you put in about 3 months ago, so exactly how is anyone going to get anything in the reward section now?

They have been saying this since the start, and nothing has changed... you can't even get that much for being "active" on this.

I just wonder who would complain or have negative feedback about the paid to play program in the first place.

Well it's people that complained about the price increase for vouchers, or the fact you have to pay shipping even with the use of a voucher, or that their games aren't supported by P2P... those are the kind of people complain. The ones that feel entitled to something even though it is supposed to be something as an added bonus from Razer.

Maybe complain is a better word, but your comment seems to be the kid-like, expecting something for free and then complaining in the worst way possible as if you were a paying customer.

There is a difference between complaints and feedback. I wish Ming would just ignore the likes of you, but I get it, it probably gets to you at some point..

The price of items is based on the simple economic concept of demand as demand decreases because of the reduced rate of zsilver earnings the prices should drop too xD but that's for razer to decide.

My personal opinion - assuming anyone would like it ...
I think until there are new ways to earn zSilver the best option would just be to remove the expiration dates for zSilver. Then, who cares how long it takes to earn a new item, because you won't actually lose anything over time.

the downside is that it may result it the continuously rising of prices. The expire system is keeping the price reasonable and ensure all the product can be earn in maximum one year.

Wouldn't work as loads of people have probably got quite a bit of silver outstanding

They've made it much easier to earn zSilver while using zGold, so I don't expect much of a change any time soon.

It's now a guaranteed 1 zSilver per zGold (US cent) spent instead of ~0.4-~1.2 per zGold spent (~0.5 on average IME), which makes it quite a bit better as a loyalty program than it used to be.
