Some Windows not displaying content properly

I recently purchased the Razor Blade GTX 1060 QHD version which I'm loving but I've come across three programs so far that don't seem to display the contents of windows properly.

For example I have a Wacom graphics tablet but when I open the tablet properties window, it appears very small with the text all squashed up together and overlapping because the window isn't big enough to display the contents but I can't resize the window (no minimise or maximise buttons and I can't drag the corners of the windows to resize)

I also use Pro Tools (for audio production) which loads fine but when I load up an instrument in a different window, the main window reduces to about a 10th of it's original size and the instrument window shows text / tabs / controls that overlap each other, again with no option to resize the window.

I'm guessing it has something to do with scaling but I have tried playing around with these settings as well as resolution settings, and pretty much all of the display settings, but nothing seems to work. My previous laptop only had an HD (1920x1080) screen but everything worked fine on that.

Has anyone else had issues like this and have they found a fix? I can't find anything on Google about it, but I'm not entirely sure what to search for.

It is due to the scaling diffrence between the screens. Ive had it for about 5 months, and you just have to learn to live with it sadly.

I mean, if anyone has a fix, that would help me as well.

Thanks for the reply. I've resorted to using a normal 1920x1080 monitor for programs that are giving me issues. Either that or change the resolution and scaling of my laptop screen every time which is a real pain.

To be fair I would have purchased the FHD Matte version if I'd known about the scaling issues.
