    The camera is bad.
    No headphone jack.
    Slow updates, still no Oreo.
    It’s unecesarily expensive.
    Has an IPS display.
The battery is really bad for a 4000 mAh.
Overall this phone sucks. I totally regret it!

It is actually a pretty decent camera. Just need time for the software to catch up.
It is their first phone, give them a break.
    No headphone jack.
Plug your headphones into the dongle and leave them plugged into it. Then all you have to do is connect to the phone. Just like you would if you had a headphone jack. Better yet, it is 2018, get bluetooth headphones.
    Slow updates, still no Oreo.
That is not slow updates. Only 1.1% of Android users have Oreo. And that is directly from google.

All phones are over priced. This one has twice the RAM of the other top tier phones and the same processor and is cheaper... There is nothing wrong with the price.
    Has an IPS display.
    What is your point?
The battery is really bad for a 4000 mAh.
Have you done any updates, are you trying to play games 24-7? This is the longest lasting and most efficient phone I have ever had and I use to own a BlackBerry Passport.

If you are having battery longevity issues, contact Razer support. They will help, that is what they are there for.

your opinion is useless against this kind of people since their mindset already say that razer phone is bad.... so no matter what we say to give them new perspective to see, they just don't get it.... for them this phone is sucks and that's it.....

and maybe this is also why our beloved p2p got suspended.... because this kind of people....

So OP created a profile only for this reason today? You know that reading reviews before buying is essential? All your points are just excuse for your own fault. The phone has great specs and saying it has a IPS display is like complaining that it has two speakers -.-

Your headphone argument is the exact way I think about the whole thing. but peoples argument is they can't charge and listen to music....how many people actually do this?

All I can see is People who loves Razer without condition vs People who hates Razer because they didn't get what they want.

Anyone here who is neutral enough to give a decent argument?

To be honest, if a phone got a 4000mAh battery, I expect it to last for 2 days with some moderate usage.

if you let the phone on without doing anything just let it on then maybe you will get 2 days, even iphone x maybe can get 2 days.... with normal usage of the phone the expectation is 100% in the morning and maybe 20% when you get home at night around 7 or 8 pm, it mean that you can survive the day without power banks, then that will be great 4000mAh, but hey this is gaming phone so people who buy this phone must be used this to gaming so there is no way it will last 2 days...

there is no neutral zone in here, since this razer forum so most of the member must be razer fans.... it's just there is people who like razer and understand to what this company gives vs people who like razer but not understand why and then just complain everything...

all these issues you are talking about should have been clear to you before you buy it

Yup that's right, so it's proven the battery life sucks. Under same condition with gaming from time to time (BT connected all the time), my Note FE get me 100% in the morning to 40% at night.

Sorry you feel that way. This is a great phone and the battery life is crazy. I don't know what you are doing to say that but , I have no problems.

I use the Razer Phone as well as a Note 8 and an Essential PH-1. The Razer is my favorite device -- it just looks and feels right. I just wish that Razer would be a little more involved in communication and customer service. They ought to take a leaf from Essential's book and interact more with their primary market, namely the enthusiasts who are always pushing the envelope. Razer's lack of involvement with their user base is disgraceful.

All of you are just saying your bias opinion on the Razer phone, hardly any facts to support it. This leads to people having the impression that Razer phone is very good but when they do get the phone in their hand, they are disappointed because things not meeting their expectation and as claimed by you guys.

I'll give an un-bias opinon, a OnePlus5 was my previous device:

-I can say the Razer battery is good, but, personal experience tells me the op5 is better
-Screen/120hz = Razer phone looks insanely incredible when I game
-As reviews suggest, the Razer camera is not the greatest ... but someone simple like myself, its "good enough"
-Performance is fast, as expected. But when playing with friends phones (galaxy note 8, oneplus 5t, pixel xl2) it all pretty much comes down to "they're all damn fast"
-I tested charging speed using an app called "ampere" and I can say that qualcomm quick charge 4.0 does not appear to be much faster (if at all) compared to quick charge 3.0
-OS is a little glitchy/far from perfect ... that is the life of an android user ... live with it, or go ios/windows phone
-I dont think 699 is a bad price at all. Consider the $1000 iphone x, or the next 3 flag ship phones ....

    s9+ - $839.99
    https://www.samsung.com/us/smartphones/galaxy-s9/buy/s/Device/
    note 8 - $950
    https://www.samsung.com/us/galaxy/note8/buy/s/Device/
    pixel 2 xl - $849
    https://store.google.com/us/config/pixel_2?hl=en-US

TL;DR - its not a bad phone. I expect the next gen to improve. Just look at how crappy the original galaxy note 1 was (I owned a note 1, 2, 3, and 4) and look at how awesome the latest note 8 is ... it takes time.

I don't what the problem with battery and charging is. I usually charge at night and unplug before bed. When I get home from work I'm around 40-50 left.

Also on the charging, was at 10% at 1:53 pm and at 3:27pm at 91%. Not bad at all, got 80% back in an hour and a half for a 4000mah battery.
