I use OBS studio for recordings. Seems to be a really good software in my opinion.

I personally use NVIDIA ShadowPlay, since I get better quality in my videos without any pixelation of my graphics when recording. As a matter of fact, I used ShadowPlay for my second ever live stream on Twitch, and the quality was perfect, no issues with it, but I'm willing to try Razer's Gamecaster software in Cortex, to see how that handles with my new build.

I use OBS, probably the best one out there. Very easy to use as well...

I use AMD's own software, AMD Relive which is an extremely good software for people that have a AMD gpu. Used it from the beginning and there were a few bugs but now it works well.

Yea seen a lot of people using that. I was thinking about using it when I upgrade my PC. I heard you can capture all your moniters.

My friend used fraps, but he told me the file sizes are huge.

I don't know whether I should use OBS or Nvidia SP

OBS is the best IMO, I use it for recording and streaming.

OBS is the best, smoothest - doesn't slow your computer much as down as any of the alternatives, from my experience

Some time ago I used Mirillis Action, but when I find out how to record mic to separate AVI track in OBS I switch to this program and I do not regret it ;)

I use nvidia shadowplay as obs does not worl well with my blade. Just booting up obs makes my cpu go to 100% and stay there. Also obs has all of these scaling issues where it gets to the point that I can barely even tell if there is meant to be buttons on my screen, its just an oversized empty white box with the viseo preview.

I prefer to use shadowplay. No need to set up things like OBS and worry about configuring it all. I just press alt-Z and it broadcasts to twitch or it records with just 2 key presses. It works 100% transparent which i like a lot.
