Hey Guys, I have a problem with some buttons on the bottom row of my keyboard (left control, windows, alt, space, c, n, alt gr, fn, print button (ig), right control, backspace and right arrow).I already did some trouble shooting reinstalling Razer Synapse testing on a different device  cleaning (took a look on the insides, to maybe find a problem) no demo modeThere is a ticket with almost the same problem. Answer was from support, asking for the SN. I definitely have no warranty on my keyboard, after almost 9 years of good duty. Has anyone a idea on how to fix it?… if yes the… if no then still thx for lending me your timePS. Problem started to occur after software update to Synapse 4 … my guess just unlucky timing, also not all buttons stopped working at the same time first it was only “c” and after pressing the button for several times it worked for a few minutes

While playing CS 2, while walking while holding down the W key, it suddenly stops, continues backwards after 1 second, and sometimes I experience a lag when changing weapons. Hey everyone,I’m having a problem with my Razer Chroma (Studio). Two keys on my keyboard won’t light up, and I can’t select them separately in the Chroma Studio because the design/layout is based on the US layout, but my physical keyboard uses the CH layout (Swiss).Here’s the interesting part: when I completely close Chroma (including background processes), the keys light up with the default settings. So the keys are not broken—they just don’t respond properly when using Chroma Studio.I’ve already tried reinstalling Razer Synapse and Chroma Studio, along with other troubleshooting steps, but nothing seems to work.Has anyone faced this issue before or knows how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!

Hello,I am based in Portugal and I own a Razer Ornata V3 keyboard. My wife also owns the same model. As you can see in the attached photos (up one is mine, the down one it’s her), both keyboards show the same issue: several keycaps are badly worn out and almost unreadable.I understand that the Ornata V3 uses proprietary mecha-membrane keycaps, and I would like to know: If it is possible to order official replacement keycaps directly from Razer or through an authorized distributor in Europe. If not, what solution Razer can offer for this situation, considering that we have two units affected by the same problem. I am looking to get the Huntsman V3 pro mini, however i want it in white, which annoyingly defaults to the US layout. I want to know how whether there is much of a difference between the UK and US layouts.

I’ve had this keyboard since 2022 and today when I opened my computer i couldn’t type certain keys like 1, 0, c, SHIFT, CAPS LOCK. TAB, ALT, etc. I will go get some compressed air to try to clean it but i would also like to hear from you. Model number is RZ03-0349

I have a BlackWidow v4 Mini with a Cobra Pro paired to it's dongle, and I'm experiencing random disconnects or "stuck" keys. The keyboard either stops working altogether for a second or two, or registers the last keypress as being held down even after the key is released. I've also experienced RGB issues in which parts of the keyboard don't light up, and problems with Windows Dynamic Lighting in which either the keyboard or mouse don't light up when windows first boots. Right now, I've tried just abot everything, including my previous laptop, removing Synapse, reinstalling Synapse, deleting all profiles, the reset button combination that's on the calibration page of the mouse, the reset button on the back of the keyboard, updating my router to the latest firmware, and I'm still having random problems. Last night, I factory reset my peripherals from the ❓️ button in Synapse, and I deleted all my profiles to start fresh. Where can I buy replacement keys? What 3rd party is key set is the best?Any options with the M1-M5 keys? The fact that razer doesnt sell them in which they can easily capitalize on is atrocious. Besides the fact that they should be shipped out with PBT keys in the first place with the premium price we pay with razer products whom always wanted to be the apple of the gaming pc industry.   

Hi have a Ornata Chroma V2 for a couple a years now and some time 2 years ago, I had the same issue I’m currently having with it. For some reason, the keys: num lk, /, *, -, 4, 5, 6, and + on the numpad tend to not work. It’s a come and go issue, meaning that when starting the pc, I’m playing roulette with it…I’ve tried uninstalling the keyboard, synapse and razer central for a couple of times now and still the same behavior. Took out keys, cleaned the keyboard and same situation. Like I said, it happened a couple of years ago, stopped for about 2 years and now started again all of a sudden. Really hopeful someone can give me support on this.

Macro key setting on these keys(F1-F12) is not working correctly on Synapse 4. I have been trying to assign macro on those keys which the program does allow me to do but  it does not work correctly on different program.

Its on sale right now and I mainly want to use it for WoW. With the joystick issue known, is it worth paying $62 for? or wait for a cheaper sale or wait for the V3.I feel like a V3 is around the corner since its been a while and the V2 has generally been on sale.

Hi. I tried to order the Razer Huntsman Mini V3 Pro white versions from you but when I got to the layout section I noticed that you don't have a "nordic" option for that keyboard. I live in Finland myself and this would be important to me because our language has the letters ö and ä. So is there any way to order this so that I can get this Razer Huntsman Mini V3 pro in white with a nordic layout or do I have to look at another brand😢 I've always only used Razer products but the color would have to be white because my entire setup is white and the nordic layout would be a must for me.

Hello, I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and wanted to activate it with the 7.1 Surround Sound software. However, when I tried to register the activation code, I received an error message saying that the code has already been registered. Could you please help me resolve this issue and provide me with a working activation code? The red mute LED on my Ornata V3 isn’t working anymore when pressing the mute button since last Synapse V4 update…I’m on Synapse 4.0.86.2507180821.

in our keyboards are somethings named switch and one of them is actually the best.look I'm not telling to go buy these switches you have to find your comfortable switch.look the ones which make sounds aren't mechanical they are blue  switches which they are beter than the silent ones but still.the best switches are for red dragon keyboards they are mechanical and the best gamers in the world used them even technoblade used it😞. but what are the problems? actually i have a keyboard razer cynosa v2 and sometimes the problems are super annoying even the blue switches have this problems but not as common as razer.   

my keyboard writes two times after the razer synapse starts i did ugrade to 4 in he razer synapse 3 i needded to delete razer for this to fix 

Hi, The keyboard lights on my razer blade 15 have not worked for a while, I have tried a factory reset and I uninstalled and reinstalled razer synapse and still no luck, does anyone have any other suggestions.

Is it possible to buy additional buttons for the Razer Ornata V3 keyboard with Ukrainian or Russian languages?

My Razer Black Widow v4 75% is having settings and lighting issues. When I boot up my computer the settings are irrelevant to the keyboard even though I just checked Razer Synapse 4 to check if they were there. They were, but my keyboard said otherwise. I had snap tap and assigned RGB to the keyboard, but those didn’t work. The RGB was in the default spectrum cycling mode and the setting were default as well. My keyboard is also amazon renewed, but my Razer Basilisk v3 Pro is from Razer.com and it works perfectly the way it's supposed to. My past devices from amazon renewed store also always had a key that was stuck white, for my Black Widow it’s the F10 key. (Sorry for the essay!)

Hi!First i have to give RECOMMENDATION: Razer Basilist v3 X Hyperspeed has proven to be a well worth while investment after 9 other main brand mouses in 3 years. ​​​​​​I bought Razer Basilist v3 X Hyperspeed gaming mouse few months ago as my first ever Razer gear and I have been very impressed by the performance and stability of both the mouse and software. I have tried many known gaming brands for example Steelseries, HyperX, Logitech and even some new and not so known brands like for one example was L33T, but the Basilisk is the first gaming mouse that has performed as I think gaming mouse should and DAILY. The Synapse application that is very easy to learn and by far is the most variable and very light, best by far for what I have used before. Im thinking to upgrade all my gear soon and was thinking to look into Razer keyboard next and would like to hear experiences, also if someone has full layout Razer Im keen to hear about that also.
