So here’s my problem, I’m German but located in the US currently to work for the next couple years. Unfortunately my old keyboard is at the verge of dying. So I’ve done some digging and to me the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro seems  very appealing. The thing is… I am SO not familiar with the US layout of keyboards, as I’ve used the German layout for about 20 years daily now. Is there ANY way, I can order a Keyboard within the US with a German QWERTZ layout, without having it shipped over from Europe for +100$ in shipping costs? I’ve also tried to see if I can just buy the keyboard here and also buy the Phantom Keycap upgrade.. but well they don’t sell the German layout here either lol. Anyone ever faced this problem?

So yesterday I got my new Blackwidow V4 Pro, and I got immediately very exicted. That excitement however was short-lived cause I soon realized that Razer seems to not really fix issues in their software. I don't know if I did something wrong here. but from all I've read online so far Synapse 4 is VERY buggy and does not AT ALL deserve to be called a finished software.Once I first plugged the Keyboard in. Synapse 3 popped up, so I naturally installed it, thinking it was the like "newest", or "most developed" Version there is right now. Once I wrapped my head around the software, understanding how it worked a bit I noticed **two** VERY crutial things about Synapse 3.1. Firstly: Snap-Tap is only available for Synapse 42. Secondly: You cannot lay customize the Command Dial (which, in case you didn't already know is like the "main"  gimick of the keyboard)After a quick internet search though I was delighted with the solution being as easy as just installing the newest version of Razer's sof

I am looking to purchase Razer Joro keyboard and I have seen on multiple sources that it supports 3 mode connectivity (Wireless Hyperspeed Dongle, Bluetooth, Wired). The supported wire comes inside the box. Where can genuine supported dongle be bought?I have Razer Pro Click Mini which came with a 2.4 GHz wireless dongle. Will that be sufficient?Any timely response is much appreciated.Thank you

I am looking to buy a Blackwidow v4 Pro (not the 75% one) to replace my old v3 Pro and I would prefer a wireless one. But I can not find any specifications stating specifically that it is wireless. Am I just blind or is there not a wireless model?

OK, I have looked up everything un der the sun to get this to work.  I can only fly in GTA online using the gamepad.  Everything else is via Keyboard and mouse.  but since getting the Huntsman V3  Pro, I can not get the Wolverine to work.  I have removed all controllers disabled game controllers etc.  everything I have seen on the forums. with no luck, the wolverine does not work in GTA online.   Any help would be great.   Thank you. 

Hi Fam,Does anyone know if its possible to buy the optical switches?I have just one switch that gave up on me and I really don’t want to buy an entire new keyboard just because of one switch.Thanks any help will be greatly appreciated. 

Been looking around for an answer but I booted up my PC and the KB isn’t working with only the G button lit green above the number pad area.  The KB isn’t responding as the first thing I tried was holding the FN button with F11 to try to turn it off, but no go.  Attempted the holding Esc + M5 and plugging it in and release like one post said and that didn’t work and a few other posts I found didn’t have a reply for it, or one was going to just be in DMs to help. Anyone have any suggestions as what I can do?  Had to use my KB from another PC to type up this message! Appreciate any help!  =)

Just curious when the official page with all the details be released about this, as the box has some but likely not everything about it - Wouldn’t hurt to have a bit more details about it being I have it now on a few setups. 

my razer blackwidow v3 pro keyboard is doesnt light up blue, when i light up blue, it light up red, when i light up green and red, it perfectly works, i thougt blue leds are died. but if blue lights died, i think it doesnt lit up, but it lit up red, i didnt think it is broken, because it happened suddenly, can somebody help :(my warranty ended.   

I’ve had this keyboard about a year and a half and it just started doing this. I have all the keys set to purple, and they all are, with the exception of the “C” key, which stays red. I don’t really know what to do with this. The key works, just annoying. 

I am really interested in this keyboard but read reports that it’s bugged and NKRO is locked to only 3 simultaneous keys. Was this corrected anyhow in the newer releases?

Hello everyone. Woke up today with my huntsman keyboard not registering key strokes. The keyboard lights up and is recognized by synapse 4. Firmware and drivers are up to date. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarted. Tried using the hard reset if perhaps it was in demo mode. When I first noticed the issue I unplugged and replugged and it worked for a split second before stopping again. Now it doesn’t even do that much. Currently running windows 11 64bit. Keyboard was working fine until this morning. Nothing has been changed and nothing was spilled on it. Haven’t had the keyboard for more than a month. The keyboard registers the key presses because of the lights reflecting my color settings. 

Hey Guys, I have a problem with some buttons on the bottom row of my keyboard (left control, windows, alt, space, c, n, alt gr, fn, print button (ig), right control, backspace and right arrow).I already did some trouble shooting reinstalling Razer Synapse testing on a different device  cleaning (took a look on the insides, to maybe find a problem) no demo modeThere is a ticket with almost the same problem. Answer was from support, asking for the SN. I definitely have no warranty on my keyboard, after almost 9 years of good duty. Has anyone a idea on how to fix it?… if yes the… if no then still thx for lending me your timePS. Problem started to occur after software update to Synapse 4 … my guess just unlucky timing, also not all buttons stopped working at the same time first it was only “c” and after pressing the button for several times it worked for a few minutes

While playing CS 2, while walking while holding down the W key, it suddenly stops, continues backwards after 1 second, and sometimes I experience a lag when changing weapons. Hey everyone,I’m having a problem with my Razer Chroma (Studio). Two keys on my keyboard won’t light up, and I can’t select them separately in the Chroma Studio because the design/layout is based on the US layout, but my physical keyboard uses the CH layout (Swiss).Here’s the interesting part: when I completely close Chroma (including background processes), the keys light up with the default settings. So the keys are not broken—they just don’t respond properly when using Chroma Studio.I’ve already tried reinstalling Razer Synapse and Chroma Studio, along with other troubleshooting steps, but nothing seems to work.Has anyone faced this issue before or knows how to fix it? Hello,I am based in Portugal and I own a Razer Ornata V3 keyboard. My wife also owns the same model. As you can see in the attached photos (up one is mine, the down one it’s her), both keyboards show the same issue: several keycaps are badly worn out and almost unreadable.I understand that the Ornata V3 uses proprietary mecha-membrane keycaps, and I would like to know: If it is possible to order official replacement keycaps directly from Razer or through an authorized distributor in Europe. If not, what solution Razer can offer for this situation, considering that we have two units affected by the same problem. I am looking to get the Huntsman V3 pro mini, however i want it in white, which annoyingly defaults to the US layout. I want to know how whether there is much of a difference between the UK and US layouts.

I’ve had this keyboard since 2022 and today when I opened my computer i couldn’t type certain keys like 1, 0, c, SHIFT, CAPS LOCK. TAB, ALT, etc. I will go get some compressed air to try to clean it but i would also like to hear from you. Model number is RZ03-0349

I have a BlackWidow v4 Mini with a Cobra Pro paired to it's dongle, and I'm experiencing random disconnects or "stuck" keys. The keyboard either stops working altogether for a second or two, or registers the last keypress as being held down even after the key is released. I've also experienced RGB issues in which parts of the keyboard don't light up, and problems with Windows Dynamic Lighting in which either the keyboard or mouse don't light up when windows first boots. Right now, I've tried just abot everything, including my previous laptop, removing Synapse, reinstalling Synapse, deleting all profiles, the reset button combination that's on the calibration page of the mouse, the reset button on the back of the keyboard, updating my router to the latest firmware, and I'm still having random problems. Last night, I factory reset my peripherals from the ❓️ button in Synapse, and I deleted all my profiles to start fresh. I hope that this fixes it, but I'd still like to know if there's an

Where can I buy replacement keys? What 3rd party is key set is the best?Any options with the M1-M5 keys? The fact that razer doesnt sell them in which they can easily capitalize on is atrocious. Besides the fact that they should be shipped out with PBT keys in the first place with the premium price we pay with razer products whom always wanted to be the apple of the gaming pc industry.

Macro key setting on these keys(F1-F12) is not working correctly on Synapse 4. I have been trying to assign macro on those keys which the program does allow me to do but  it does not work correctly on different program.

Its on sale right now and I mainly want to use it for WoW. With the joystick issue known, is it worth paying $62 for? or wait for a cheaper sale or wait for the V3.I feel like a V3 is around the corner since its been a while and the V2 has generally been on sale.
