Hey Razer Community,I'm facing an issue with my mouse's middle wheel button. It works perfectly fine when Razer Synapse is open, but the moment I close Synapse, it stops working. This happens consistently, and I’m not sure what’s causing it.Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix to make the middle mouse button work even when Synapse is closed? Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!

I’m experiencing an issue where the mouse keeps randomly disconnecting when the dongle is plugged into a USB 3.0 port. It works perfectly fine when I switch it to a USB 2.0 port, but I’d prefer to use USB 3.0 if possible.

So I have my Razer mouse (DeathAdder Elite) for about one year and I had the same exact model right before for again about an year long. I also have a Razer headset (Razer Kraken Tournament Edition) for about a year and a half now, I was using razer synapse ever since I ever bought my first mouse and it always seemed to work up until couple days ago (about 3 days), as if one day I woke up. opened my computer and it decided it doesn.t want to detect my devices anymore, because of that I don't have any access to my mouse settings i once had and I can't change my DPI or any mouse settings, it doesn't even show I have the mouse on the app, it also showed up as "Driver error" in window settings. as for the headset, from the day my products disappeared from the synapse, my audio was crashing and it kept sending the audio troubleshoot. What I tried: 1) I tried reinstalling the Synapse App multiple times, doesn't do anything. 2) I tried reinstalling the driver in the Device Manager, doesn't

I tried to save simple commands on the mouse like the sensitivity clutch and and the r key. Both aren’t marked as needing synapse running in the background and i know that on my Basilisk v3 its saved onboard without any problems, but on the viper v3 pro it only works when synapse is running in the background.

Hey, I was using the Deathadder Essential mouse and all of a sudden the right mouse key stopped working. All the software is updated and the is no debris. Does anyone know how to fix this?

It was working, now it isn’t. The cycle button on the mouse does nothing at all now.Although not as important, the  chroma settings are gone - I can set color cycle, but unlike when I first installed the SW (Synapse + Chroma) I can’t set color zones. They actually work in a static way but nothing is settable-changeable. This is frustrating (like the black widow v4 media keys don’t work, and that’s a common problem since v2 so I posted a negative review on Amazon where I bought all these things).Let’s at least get the mouse speed settings working again. Then fix the other problems. I’m a software engineer, and we never let things get this bad or we’d have our contracts (gov) cancelled. I’m not sure how to re-install the driver SW, that doesn’t seem to happen since it’s there and not an “app” so it isn’t un-installable. I think if I remove it in devices and immediately restart it might come back up, but that would be the Microsoft default. This is a new WIndows 11 system with all updates

 RAZER Hyperpolling Wireless DongleDoes this dongle support razer viper hyperspeed? 

I scouted the entire internet for this, but no one seems to be having the same issue, so I decided to make a thread. I've been having the Viper Ultimate for 3+ years and it's been great. But recently, I am experiencing some glitch with the lighting on the Dock. I have selected the Battery Level lighting effect for the dock, and it works very inconsistently. For instance, When it gets to/below 75% it should turn yellowish, which it does. When it is above 75% it is green, and that works fine. But for some reason when it gets to 50% and below, it does not turn orange, nor does it turn red below 25%. It will show the correct lighting color for the relevant % if I unplug the USB and plug it back in. This is essentially a minor issue, but is quite annoying, as I would like to know my approximate battery percentage at all times. I have tried fully uninstalling Synapse, installing Synapse 4 (it was terrible, so I reverted back to Synapse 3), updating the mouse's firmware with the latest one fr

Hello , so yesterday my little brother broke his Razer Deathadder V2 Pro Top Shell. What can i do to fix this? Can I buy a top shell from Razer directly? I managed to open and glue the part that he broke. But still if i can buy and replace the top shell the mouse is good as new.  

Hello all,  I have used the Orochi 2015 version for a long time but it fails me at the moment.  I tried the v2 version but it is completely different. Can someone point me to a worthy replacement ? (does not have to be Razer)The size and shape combination was just perfect for me.I want to avoid having to buy another expensive mouse and be dissapointed, i have the orochi v2 and also the Ouroboros but not satisfied with both.thnx in advance

Bought Razer Naga V2 Pro in December, arrived on time for Xmas Day, stopped working on the 28th of December. Contacted Support for a refund, they asked me reasons etc. They were pleasant and convinced me that intermittent signal had occurred unfortunately in some of their units and that they would provide me with a new one. So far so good. The return was a nightmare, was done via FedEx had to print everything and rebook everything and find a Fedex drop off, easier said than done when you live in a small town. Anyhow there were issues with the Fedex label so I couldn't return it as 17 days had now passed, had to get another RMA, this time DHL, easier as one in town, managed to get the return but had to wait almost 2 week (from the return date) to receiving the new unit. Great finally arrived on the 28th of Feb. Used it to check it, mouse working great. I went on holiday for 5 days and when I got back, exactly same fault, intermittent signal. I lost my dongle for my Basilisk, and I'm wondering how would I find the right dongle for my mice? The model number is RC30-031501. TIA

I don’t know why this started happening, but my dongle just keeps disconnecting and reconnecting when I plug it in. I’ve tried to use other USB ports, but the same issue still happens.When I plug it in, a continuous disconnection sound happens within a 0.5 - 1 second frame. If there are any fixes or suggestions on what to do, I would greatly appreciate it!!

Hello, I have a Razer V2 Pro Wireless gaming mouse and my PC is not detecting the dongle. I have tried all steps available online. I have tried using different ports, updated the mouse, but the dongle is not being detected at all. When I plug in the adapter to my PC it does not make the sound of a device being plugged in. Unfortunately, my warranty has expired. Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?Thank you!

Hi there, recently having a lot of issues with my Razer Viper Ultimate that is getting old and has lived way too many hours on my heavy gaming sprees, I was looking at buying the exact same model given I’m pretty happy with it, but when I looked it up on the website, you can press on the buy button but there can’t do anything else like you would any products(I’ve tried for other products and it works fine). So my thoughts where that Imma have to buy another model and wanted to know if someone knew how similar the Razer Viper is in terms of size and overall if it’ll feel the same as a Razer Viper Ultimate.

HI,Im having a problem with my razer viper v2 pro. I bought this mouse in february 2024 ad had no problems with it.All of a sudden my mb2 is not working properly (if you press scroll wheel down).I need help because in my main game i have a important bind on it.

However, the Razer mouse series is generally on the larger side, which may not be ergonomically suitable for some users. I recently uninstalled and reinstalled my mouse’s drivers and ever since my side buttons went back to default settings, in synapse I can still change my DPI etc. but even after resetting the settings the side buttons won’t work if there are macros set (I use keyboard keys 1 and 2 for the side buttons but only default settings work).How do I fix this?

Ayer en la tarde estaba jugando valorant en la sala y cuando me aburri de jugar desmonte mi set up y me lo lleve a la habitacion. Ya en la noche cuando quise jugar volvi a montar el set up y note que mi mouse no estaba funcionando, le cambie las baterias por unas nuevas de la caja y lo volvi a probar y tampoco seguia funcionando… Le cambie la bateria nuevamente y aun asi seguia sin funcionar.Cuando enciendo el mouse el Indicador LED no enciende pero cuando miro el sensor si esta encendido aunque con una luz muy tenue y el sensor parpadea y al rato se apaga. Le muevo la bateria, tambien se la cambio y sigue en lo mismo. Razer Synapse no lo reconoce ya que esta el mouse “apagado” cuando en realidad esta encendido. Mi LAPTOP reconoce el dongle pero el dongle no reconoce al viper v3 HS.Necesito ayuda. Pienso que es un corto cirtuido que tiene mi mouse o no se. Quisiera saber el porque de ese problema que me surgio de la nada. Aqui hay un video del problema👈

Why has Razer removed any ability to have ambidextrous mice for left handed people? I can understand why they don’t build specific left handed editions if the sales aren’t there. but if you are going to make something ambidextrous like the cobra or the viper. is it so hard to add an extra 2 button on the right side of the mouse? I have every product of Razer and the fact that they are excluding left handed people and now i need to go get an LG or Corsair is pissing me off. I wanted thing to match and keep it in the family. in the past, the support by razer has been fantastic - this is making me want to sell all of my products and go away from Razer. I have their leviathan v2, kiyo v2 pro, Seiren V2 pro, Huntsman V2, and my mouse, lancehead te which is dying.  they have a wireless naga mouse for right hand people with 3 different places - which would be perfect for me with a left hand, but of course they only give me an old version. If they don’t start at least catering to left handed p

Ive had this mouse for probably 6 months and from the first week I noticed that the DPI/Sniper button would stay activated randomly. The button isnt physically stuck, but it acts as if it was. Then a few days later the DPI up button started doing the same thing. Those are the only 2 that do it. It never was a huge issue, until I went back to a game where I used them alot as I use the sniper button as a hypershift toggle. 

Hi,  I recently bought a Basilisk V3 Pro 35K and the Mouse Dock Pro. I’ve setup my RGB lighting on the mouse to just static but had to use Chroma since I wanted a different underglow colour. For some reason though, I cannot set the dock to just use quick effects since I want the lighting on it to just display the battery level. Is there a way to do this or does it really need to sync with the mouse lighting all the time?

I will write this in the translator because I do not know English, sorry. I don't think anyone would be able to help me but I'll try. My mouse viper mini lately is quite strange with his cursor, it's crashing and sometimes it doesn't even work when I move the mouse, but the clicks work. Basically that's it, his cursor is not working and when it doesn't work I basically uninstall his driver and it works again but it's not 100%. Could someone help me? I tried to talk to razer's support, but I couldn't.
