Hi there, recently having a lot of issues with my Razer Viper Ultimate that is getting old and has lived way too many hours on my heavy gaming sprees, I was looking at buying the exact same model given I’m pretty happy with it, but when I looked it up on the website, you can press on the buy button but there can’t do anything else like you would any products(I’ve tried for other products and it works fine). So my thoughts where that Imma have to buy another model and wanted to know if someone knew how similar the Razer Viper is in terms of size and overall if it’ll feel the same as a Razer Viper Ultimate.

HI,Im having a problem with my razer viper v2 pro. I bought this mouse in february 2024 ad had no problems with it.All of a sudden my mb2 is not working properly (if you press scroll wheel down).I need help because in my main game i have a important bind on it. 

Razer, as a well-recognized brand in the gaming peripherals industry, naturally has many female gamers and players with smaller hand sizes. However, the Razer mouse series is generally on the larger side, which may not be ergonomically suitable for some users. I hope that Razer can offer a wider range of ergonomic designs in different sizes for its mouse products. Wishing Razer continued growth and success!

I recently uninstalled and reinstalled my mouse’s drivers and ever since my side buttons went back to default settings, in synapse I can still change my DPI etc. but even after resetting the settings the side buttons won’t work if there are macros set (I use keyboard keys 1 and 2 for the side buttons but only default settings work).How do I fix this?

Ayer en la tarde estaba jugando valorant en la sala y cuando me aburri de jugar desmonte mi set up y me lo lleve a la habitacion. Ya en la noche cuando quise jugar volvi a montar el set up y note que mi mouse no estaba funcionando, le cambie las baterias por unas nuevas de la caja y lo volvi a probar y tampoco seguia funcionando… Le cambie la bateria nuevamente y aun asi seguia sin funcionar.Cuando enciendo el mouse el Indicador LED no enciende pero cuando miro el sensor si esta encendido aunque con una luz muy tenue y el sensor parpadea y al rato se apaga. Le muevo la bateria, tambien se la cambio y sigue en lo mismo. Razer Synapse no lo reconoce ya que esta el mouse “apagado” cuando en realidad esta encendido. Mi LAPTOP reconoce el dongle pero el dongle no reconoce al viper v3 HS.Necesito ayuda. Pienso que es un corto cirtuido que tiene mi mouse o no se. Quisiera saber el porque de ese problema que me surgio de la nada. Aqui hay un video del problema👈

Why has Razer removed any ability to have ambidextrous mice for left handed people? I can understand why they don’t build specific left handed editions if the sales aren’t there. but if you are going to make something ambidextrous like the cobra or the viper. is it so hard to add an extra 2 button on the right side of the mouse? I have every product of Razer and the fact that they are excluding left handed people and now i need to go get an LG or Corsair is pissing me off. I wanted thing to match and keep it in the family. in the past, the support by razer has been fantastic - this is making me want to sell all of my products and go away from Razer. I have their leviathan v2, kiyo v2 pro, Seiren V2 pro, Huntsman V2, and my mouse, lancehead te which is dying.  they have a wireless naga mouse for right hand people with 3 different places - which would be perfect for me with a left hand, but of course they only give me an old version. If they don’t start at least catering to left handed p

Ive had this mouse for probably 6 months and from the first week I noticed that the DPI/Sniper button would stay activated randomly. The button isnt physically stuck, but it acts as if it was. Then a few days later the DPI up button started doing the same thing. Those are the only 2 that do it. It never was a huge issue, until I went back to a game where I used them alot as I use the sniper button as a hypershift toggle. 

Hi,  I recently bought a Basilisk V3 Pro 35K and the Mouse Dock Pro. I’ve setup my RGB lighting on the mouse to just static but had to use Chroma since I wanted a different underglow colour. For some reason though, I cannot set the dock to just use quick effects since I want the lighting on it to just display the battery level. Is there a way to do this or does it really need to sync with the mouse lighting all the time?

I will write this in the translator because I do not know English, sorry. I don't think anyone would be able to help me but I'll try. My mouse viper mini lately is quite strange with his cursor, it's crashing and sometimes it doesn't even work when I move the mouse, but the clicks work. Basically that's it, his cursor is not working and when it doesn't work I basically uninstall his driver and it works again but it's not 100%. Could someone help me? I tried to talk to razer's support, but I couldn't.

In the downloads is a firmware update for the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro Firmware Updater | RZ01-04620  Is this firmware also for the “Basilisk V3 Pro 35K” ?

I have a proplem with Basilisk V3 Pro And Mouse Dock Pro. They are working nice, but when I dock the mouse to charge (and if Synapse 3 is enabled), Synapse doesn't update the battery level when moude is charging (but mouse is charging). And that' why the RGB light indicator of battery level doen't update too. When I redock the mouse the battery level is fetched and then doesn't update again. I did a lot of things. There is a list of some of them:- Reinstall Synapse (clean, recovery, update, switch to Synapse 4)- Check at another PC- Change USB ports- Change all possible settings of mouse and dock in diifferent combinations- Try to find dependence of this behaivor according to Chroma settings- Of course, I wait some time, but battery level doen’t update and light color on the Dock too- Try to inspect logs of razer synapse- Always update firmware of mouse and dock- … etc. But nothing helps. If I disable synapse, It works well. Looks like a program/firmware bug.

I’ve been looking for a new mousepad for a while now since I had mine for like a couple years and there’s a lot of unwanted friction (even after periodically washing it). What’s the best mousepad for speed and for the best value? Should I settle for the Atlas even though it’s 100$ or is the Strider or Sphex better in terms of like less friction per money?

I’ve been using Razer products for almost 10 years now and I wanted to post some thoughts about my experience followed up with a question about future products.The first Razer product I ever bought was the Razer Naga 2014. I bought it back in 2015 (almost 10 years from the date of this message). I’ve had it this entire time and it’s never broken. All the buttons work flawlessly. And the older Razer Synapse software is lightning fast, responsive, and never has issues. I originally used it for World of Warcraft, but soon after that I started using it for my work (game dev). I was able to map the 12 side keys to all the software I use (Maya, Unity, Unreal, code IDEs, etc). Hello, I just got a new Deathadder v3 Pro. Installed the Synapse 4 and I expected a way to customize the LED indicator found below the scroll wheel. I’ve seen screenshots of (i assume) previous Synapse versions where that was possible. I can’t find any way to do that though and the indicator is permanently turned off - it only lights up when changing DPI or turning the mouse on/off/plugging in charger. Was the option removed from the new Synapse or am I missing something?   

Since i lost my dongle, i used bluetooth but when i game and flick, it stutters and only moves a certain distancePLS HELP

 Hi, Does anybody know if the new Razer Basilisk V3 Pro  35K have the same rubber material on the side as the original Pro?  The rubber gets kinda gross after a while.  It seems like they went with just a textured plastic on the Basilisk Hyperspeed.  I was wondering if they did that across the entire line.

This started this morning, but my mouse is genuinely unusable and stuck in the top left. I’ve tried unplugging, cleaning, and restarting my PC. I also cannot click on anything on my PC to check for drivers updates. Pls help :( 

An USB from my Viper V3 HyperSpeed has broke and I need help with replacing it, is there any chance to do it?

That’s all I want. Three top buttons, 2 inset buttons, the mouse wheel with the side clicks, a button below the mouse to change profiles, and at least 9 easy to reach buttons for my thumb. Everyone makes mice lacking at least one thing I want. Most of the time they don’t have the third top button, just left and right click. Or they don’t have the two inset buttons by the left click. Or if they have all those then they only have 8 buttons easily reached with the thumb and this annoying slightly pointy plastic bump where the center button would be, and then two more buttons significantly far above them that’s hard to reach.I don’t care about a bajillion DPI, I don’t have a delicate touch, I don’t care about weight, I don’t have a delicate touch so shoving a heavier mouse around is fine, I don’t care if its wired, I outright prefer wired mice anyway, and if I had my way the *PERFECT* mouse would do all this and also be tilted some for that ergonomic-ness. Hello everyone, i have a Viper V3 but i recently discovere that i didn’t have anymore pads under mouse due to overuse i guess. And was wondering if you have any recommandations of reference about that because unfortunately Razer don’t provide replacement for this type of piece. And also , i saw that they provide on top of the mouse and would like to know what if you put them if the mouse because sticky if they goes away ?

Hi, i have my viper ultimate mouse for around 2 years and i didnt had any trouble and suddenly i woke up this morning and it started to blinks a random color (Pc constantly announces to put it on charge) but at same time it says is on 80% battery and its like turning it offI Tried to uninstall drivers, update firmware, unplug etc and nothing has happened still doing the same 

Hello there. I recently purchased a RAZER Naga V2 Pro. Generally, I really like this device but there is one issue. I use the mouse in bluetooth mode for battery saving purposes. But every time the mouse awakes from sleep, for the first 2-3 seconds something strange happens with the scroll wheel. It either becomes very stiff and requires massive force to scroll, or alternatively there's absolutely no resistance when scrolling. After 2-3 seconds the scrolling settings are applied to the ones I set in Synapse. In other words, the movements of the mouse awaken it but the scrolling settings are applied with a delay. If I switch to 2.4 ghz mode, this problem goes away, but I would still like to use bluetooth to not charge as often. Basically, I could set the maximum sleep mode to 15 minutes but event that is sometimes not enough. It may seem like a trifle, but every time you step away from the computer and pick up the mouse, you experience these unpleasant feelings. Has anyone else encounte
