DEATHADDER V3 WIRRED PROBLEMS and hope to fixing from another firmware in the future or 2024 or new synapse :  PERFORMANCE LOW CUT OF , LOW DPI NO MUCH PERFORMANCE ON 1000 HZ , CUT OFF STABILITY OR sensor lift-off distance accuracy , wrong mouse data report. JUST THIS I THINK ! 

I have recently purchased Deathadder V3 Pro together with the Hyperpolling dongle. Can’t complain about the battery life as it lasts longer than expected and also like the shape and have no issue with the grip.My problem is related to the scroll button. I have it set up as double click with turbo enabled. This works as intended when e.g. using with semi auto weapons. The scroll wheel doesn’t wobble, but when I even slightly prod it sideways from the left side, it basically clicks as if I were pressing from top. From the right mouse button, it doesn’t do it, but from the left, I constantly find myself getting double clicks. This happens especially often in fps like Warzone.Could you guys confirm whether it is normal for this mouse to press the scroll button as if it were a side scroll button or you it is more solid in your mouse. If I got a bad model, I will RMA it asap as it really kills the fun. Never had such an issue with my old G502. 

Hi! I recently bought my partner a new Deathadder Elite and he's got the following issues with it:Inconsistent DPI, he has the settings the same as his old one and had no DPI issues on that one.Clunky clicks that don't always register (might be able to solve with some switch lube?) It's a new mouse so it shouldn't be wear and tear. Synapse 3 is installed, software and firmware are as recent as they get.Anyone who might be able to help?

I have a Razer v2 x Hyperspeed mouse. It was working fine until recently, where it started randomly cutting out. I reinstalled the software, reinstalled the driver and did a clean reinstall of windows and everything and it still wasn’t working (It would cut out for like 2 seconds and come back for 1). Then I checked settings and saw that the battery was at 0%, so I swapped the battery but it still showed up as 0%. I’ve gone through almost 5 new batteries but it still doesn’t work. I think it may be a hardware problem but I may be wrong. (for context I only use bluetooth mode bc I lost the hyperspeed dongle) (I play on laptop windows 11) Thanks in advance.

i have been wondering if i bought a mouse with the wireless charging puck would it be able to charge from mousepads with wireless charging?

Does anyone know how to fix your mouse if it won’t track or respond?

Hi I purchased a x hyperspeed mouse a while ago and was using it with my laptop. I was using the bluetooth mode as it consumes less battery power and I dont need the lower latency of the wifi. However, I recently bought a desktop pc. The problem is when I try to pair my mouse with my new desktop I get a prompt to click connect to pair my mouse with my pc, but I cant click connect without a mouse ! So I have been using it on wifi which drains battery so fast. I tried clicking with a second (wired) mouse but it wont work. Also I have tried switching to wifi to click and move back to bluetooth right after, again no luck :( Please help !!

Hello. Does anyone know if there are any available upgrades/downloads for the Basilisk V 3 mouse that would match it up to use with MS Dynamic Lighting feature??Upon checking here with Razer’s compatibility listing, my model’s not listed. GetHub as well does not list it either. I’m using the Monster Smart Lighting Flow Light Strip’s at present and having difficulty with it installing the App’s Desktop App and my 2.4G Wi-Fi setup install.

so i bought Razer Viper 8khz today and after installing everything the software cant detect it.Is it a hardware issue or what i have to do? I have installed the newest driver on the mouse,i had reinstalled the software,unplugged and plugged the god damn mouse and no hope.Any help? 

Just bought The V2 pro and immediately felt something wrong when moving it around. Used an online polling rate checker and it is stuck at 100 hz, My pulsar X2 works fine at 1000 hz. I've updated the firmware and the synapse settings omegle won't change the polling rate. Any one else with this issue have a fix?

Hi there, I’m searching for a new mousepad to replace my QCK who I am very used to it ( I just don’t like his stopping power which is almost none ) I searching for a control mouse pad, with good/medium stopping power although not muddy nor Super slow. Preferably with similar speed like the QCK - Balanced speed; more for slow side, then to the speed side. Mainly I play CS, and sometimes Valorant. So basically will be for these FPS, where control is essencial, but also stopping power, precision and micro-adjusments. Can someone give advices about good mousepads to choose ?  Would I can get a Razer mouse pad with these specs ? I usually use Razer mouse’s, which I love and are almost perfect - I own a Razer DA v3, and a Viper 8K. Although I need a very specific mousepad, would like to buy a Razer, but if doesn’t have what I look for, I’m whiling to choose other brand. I’m trying to decide if I’m going to buy the V2 but I am not going to be interested if I cannot remap that button, I use the button for reloading my gun in game and that has been really comfortable for me and it’ll just be an outright dealbreaker if it is only able to control the scroll wheel. 

My mouse suddenly stopped working while I was using it. The mouse blinks the green light twice on 2.4 and the blue light twice on bluetooth mode, but it doesn’t pair to its dongle neither through Bluetooth. I used a utility app from Razer to try and pair the mouse to the dongle, and it didn´t work. Already checked firmware and Razer Synapse updates. Thank you for your attention in trying to solve this problem. 

Hello guys,What do you think about razer making their own charging mosuepad(like logitech Powerplay)which could charge all mice with charging puck?I would buy it even if it was 100$, because I would then play games with basilisk v3 pro(which I think I will buy in the future)

Hello! The mouse sensitivity stages on the synapse can’t be changed to whatever dpi I want it to be and is stuck on the default settings (stage 1: 800 stage 2:1800 etc.). They also only change when I hit my sensitivity button on mouse. How to fix so that I can change to my normal dpi settings?

So im considering getting a wireless hyperspeed setup (keyboard, mouse, headset) but want to be sure i can connect them all through one dongle i don't have USB ports to connect them individually and since razer devises preform like drunken wagnerites on shoreleave i cant use that configuration.  I am not 100% sold on hyperspeed but like the idea of wireless but again need all to connect to the same dongle or better yet PC bluetooth. Suggestions? 

So I have just noticed this problem in the past few days and it is really annoying. Whenever I connect my mouse to my Mac, the mouse cursor just jumps a few inches to the left repeatedly, and whenever I try to move it back, I just keeps jumping. I have fully updated my Mac, replaced the batteries, restarted my computer, cleaned off the sensor, and turned my mouse off and on a few times. Despite all of these efforts, It still does not function correctly and keeps jumping to the right. If anyone has had this issue and has fixed it, how did you do so? If this is a new issue, any ideas on how to fix it?

So I have bought the mouse from a local retail company last year. I don’t play video games often, and I don’t use my computer every day so I am very confident that my mouse is in perfect condition. 2 days ago my sister borrowed my mouse to use her Mac Mini, and everything was fine until yesterday, when my cat went into the table, biting some wires. For some reason she managed to lfip the mouse over and some of her fur went into the lazer pointer, and the mouse stopped working. The single color chorma lighting of the mouse disappeared, and I thought at first that the fur blocking the lazer sensor was the problem, so I cleaned it up with cotton buds/swab (without putting any type of liquid in it) and removed the fur of my cat out of the lazer sensor. But the mouse is still not working, nor does the single color lightning. I already tried using the mouse on my own pc, but Windows said that the USB device is not recognized (see below)To make sure it is not a problem with my laptop or my si

My dad gave me the Razer Viper Ultimate for my birthday and I have been using it for a while now but I never thought to use the side buttons, so when I try to use the side buttons they don't work. the only button that works is mouse button 4 on the left side. mouse buttons 5 on the left, and mouse buttons 5 & 4 on the right side are unresponsive wired, and wireless. I have also done the firmware update for the Razer Viper Ultimate and that didn’t solve the issue.

I am begging on my hands and knees, please bring back the ouroboros, its the best mouse i’ve ever used, it was sleek, ergonomic, customizable, it was the greatest gaming mouse i’ve ever had, what do i have to do to get a V.2?
