Just got my Ornata V3. Im playing a game where i need to hold the up+L/R arrows and then press ALT. When I press Left+Up arrow  alt stops working. Same issue as some other threads I have the newest firmware. Also tried this when turning off Synapse

This issue stems from the Razer Chroma app. When I close the app, Alt works. However, once the app is launched and in one of the Fn + F9 modes, Alt becomes unusable, or pressing Alt causes a series of jumps between different screens. This problem is likely a bug in the Razer Chroma app. Razer, please fix this as soon as possible; otherwise, my keyboard, which supports RGB, will be forced to uninstall the Razer Chroma app due to this Alt bug.(Note: Fn + F9 does not affect some modes.)

I am trying to update the firmware on the headset and when I get to the point of connecting a usb to the headset to the pc to update it, it wont acknowledge that I have connected a usb and wont let me continue?  Any help please, as when I am on Xbox chat my mic doesn't work very well 

Hi, I’m hoping someone can help me figure out what to do here. I’ve had my Razer Krakens for a while, and they’ve always been treated pretty gently. Earlier today I set them down on my chair for literally a moment, and when I came back the headband had completely separated from one side of the headphones. There was no drop, no pressure, nothing that should’ve caused that kind of break.I’m confused because it feels like it happened for absolutely no reason, and now the headset is basically unusable.The problem is that I lost the original receipt a long time ago. Is there any way to get the warranty honored without it? Maybe through the serial number or product registration? I’m not sure what my options are, so any guidance would be appreciated.Thanks in advance to anyone who can point me in the right direction. P.S. : the headphones still work, but obviously the headband is detached. It also seems that the glue connecting them may of went bad causing it to disconnect? 

For apparently know known reason, my Razer tartarus v2 has started reverting to default keybinds at random after a few minutes. Unplugging the device and plugging it back in corrects the keybinds, but only for a couple of minutes and then it does it again. I am running Windows 11, Razer version 4.0.14.2506300654, with Razer Synapse version 4.0.86.2510220630. When I check the Synapse app, the device is seen, and my chosen profile is selected and running even though the device has reverted to default keybinds.

I have an issue where mid game of any game I’m playing, and at random time intervals, the profile suddenly stops working and reverts to default bindings. Synapse still shows the current profile is active, but the keys have all reverted to default profile settings, with the exception of the mouse wheel. It will stay bound to the current profile. It is the same thing as this poster describes that was unanswered by support and the topic was closed. I’ve noticed this on a few different posts describing the same issue. It will go unanswered, and the topic gets closed. I brought this up on Reddit several months back and was approached immediately by a Razer Rep to run a log and send in for examination. I never received any communication back after sending in the log. Does anyone have any information that could help troubleshoot this? I have fresh installed all Razer related programs. I have verified drivers are up to date. I’ve tried going back to previous versions. I even eventually did so

Hi, I am using the BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed. This model is currently not supported by the Razer Audio mobile app. As a mobile gamer, I need to access EQ settings on the fly. Please add support for this model in the next app update. Thank you.

THE ISSUE:My keyboard is (not US layout) > Swiss/German > e.g. ends in keys G H J K L ö ä $Synapse 4 Keyboard function does not map “ $ ” but “ ‘ ” (physical key position on US Keyboard)If you state that it should be a symbol “ $ “ Synapse 4 maps it as SHIFT-4  (originating position on US Keyboard)And when you play a game with this mapped key it does … SHIFT-4 not the dollar sign, and that is for keys that are withing the US keyboard spectrum, keys like ö are not mapped. SOLTION: I dont know. This really bugs me that anno 2025 this is still an issue.

I’ve had this Naga Trinity for a few years now, and it’s starting to give me issues. I’ve cleaned it, reinstalled Synapse, updated Windows, and done everything else I could based on the suggestions I’ve seen. All of my other number buttons work, but the 3 button keeps dropping inputs. It works about 50% of the time I press it now. It’s not physically getting stuck or anything, just not picking up the input. Problem is, there seems to be no support at all for the Naga Trinity. No driver updates or even old drivers to reinstall, absolutely nothing. I’m guessing it was discontinued, but it’s weird that there’s no support at all for it now. So now I’m hoping that somebody here can shed some light on this issue. Is this a normal defect to occur after years of regular use? Is this fixable or is this mouse done for good now?

My Razer Kaira Pro wireless gaming headset is not working? It shows up as though I'm talking but nothing is coming out and the audio that is coming out is blurred. Nobody can understand what I'm saying or hear me. But I can hear others and my the normal inputs that the xbox sounds as your clicking through But still it show up like im talking normally with nothing coming out, Please help anyone these head phones haven't even been used that long amd my user is Octo3456, so if anyone is willing to help thatd be great!

Hello. I got the Viper Mini SE around 2 months ago & it’s been working perfectly fine up until today. Nothing was wrong when I initially turned my PC on, but after a few hours of not touching it, it seems that the mouse’s cursor has just decided to stop working. The buttons still work, and I’ve tried methods such as updating the mouse, changing USB ports for the plugin, and removing & repairing the mouse, but nothing has worked thus far.

On the time of purchase, i didn't receive any OTP to my number for the 2-step verification. I now stuck with this issue I submitted the ticket but I think it will take nearly day for them to respond to this. But I kinda want this purchase to happen today. Any idea how I proceed or anyone who can help fast.. asap.. or i should I just wait.. and miss my chance if this purchase happening today.. 

My razer wolverine v2 pro won’t turn on after I left it plugged in. Saw somewhere what I just had to wait for the battery to drain to use it after like a day but wondering what else it could be. 

I created my Razer account around 2021 using an old Google email that I deleted in 2024. I no longer have access to that email.Currently, when I try to log in on the website, the 2-step verification code is sent to the deleted email, so I cannot complete the login process.However, I still have access to my account through Razer Synapse on my device, and I am currently logged in there.

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with my Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar.I’ve always really liked this mouse, it’s been great and I’ve never dropped it or damaged it in any way.However, for a while I started having problems with the battery: even with a fully charged battery, the mouse wouldn’t always turn on. Sometimes it only worked after removing and reinserting the battery or slightly moving it inside the compartment.Now the situation got worse and the mouse doesn’t turn on at all anymore, no matter what I do. I’ve already tried new batteries and checked that the contacts are clean.Has anyone had this issue before or knows what could be causing it?Any help would be really appreciated because I really like this mouse and would love to fix it.Thanks!

Razer Basilisk V3I have been using this mouse for over 2 years at this point and have never once experienced this issue. I use HyperShift constantly and have never had any issues but all of a sudden today, HyperShift on my mouse only has decided to stop working. The only way I can get it to work is by closing Synapse down completely, which makes no sense as it should work when open and not when closed.I have tried everything I can think of from a troubleshooting perspective like:Rebooting my pc Restarting synapse Disconnecting and reconnecting my mouse Checked to see if Firmware was up to date Unbounding HyperShift and bounding it to another button on my mouse Uninstalling and reinstalling synapse (which caused HyperShift to work for 2 minutes and then stopped again). I then tried to do a clean uninstall with the Razer Driver Clean Up tool and got the same outcome.I have nothing else I can think to try.

Hello,I’ve got an annoying problem. Whenever I open Razer Synapse, and I have the Macro module installed, my 4 key on my keyboard automatically starts and stops macro recordings. The only way to fix this is to restart my pc. (Numpad 4 still works)I’ve tried deleting all my macro’s, reset all the keybindings, reset all the profiles, reinstalled Razer and logged in with a different account but nothing seems to work.I’m running Synapse version 4.0.86.2506190916 with a Tartarus V2 and a Ornata V2Anyone got any clue as what is going on here?Now if you’d excuse me, I’m going to restart my pc as I had to open Synapse to find that version number…. 

I have recently switched to brand new Blackwidow V4 Pro keyboard and it works fine when using Synapase 3. Then i have updated to the latest Synapase 4, Chroma Apps and Axon through Razer Central then the Chroma effects from axon wallpaper effect breaks. I saw the Razer Axon is activated in Chroma Apps. In Synapse 4 the keyboard lighting is in Advanced Effects On. The wallpaper in Axon is also enabled and regenerated the Chroma effects. When applied the wallpaper, the lighting just wont show up.

So i tried everything, reinstalling the synapse app, reinstlling the gamer room mobile app, delete products from gamer room and reconnect them, using lan and 2.4 Ghz network. Resetting orpducts and such but can’t add them to synapse 4. This wasnt an issue when i was using synapse 3 but when ı download synapse 4, ı couldn’t connect them, any recommendations?

Hello, I have been using the Razer Barracuda X for at least about 3 years and have never had any issues until now. I was using the headphones normally on my computer when, at one point, I got up to grab something from another room and the headphones disconnected (which is strange because I’ve done this thousands of times and the signal would even reach farther rooms). When I came back, I found that they wouldn’t reconnect to the PC, and the PC no longer recognizes the headset’s dongle (the dongle has always been in the same place and I hadn’t moved or touched it at all).I went into the Windows Device Manager and saw that the USB connection of the dongle (which is using a Type A to Type C adapter) shows a “descriptor request failed” error. I would like to know if there is any way to fix this, because I can’t use the headphones wirelessly. They do work perfectly when I connect them with the jack cable—I can hear audio—but I can’t use the microphone that way. The issue seems to be with th
