I’ve full charge my razer book 13 but it still doesn’t want to light up. I’ve press the button for 30 sec and it just does a white light for 0,5 sec and after there’s nothing more. Idk what can I do. Can u help me pls. Thanks

I am having an issue with my Razer Viper V3 Pro -  after owning it for approximately 2 weeks, the mouse has suddenly decided that it no longer wants to wake up after sleeping. It requires pressing the button on the bottom to wake up, what is happening here? 

Hello! Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. Hi i have a NAGA V2 Pro and have had it connected via bluetooth, but now it does not work. If I connect the charging cable to my PC (windows 10) it works fine.  I have Synapse installed on my PC  and have tried all the suggestions on the support page. I've done the whole uninstall reinstall stuff but no luck. Any ideas?

Hello, the razer synapse app (Version 4.0. [removed by moderator] ) doesnt recognize some important apps, i bought the razer naga and the tartarusv2 because i use lot of shortcuts to improve my performance on my job but i have lot of issues with synapse that doesnt recognize some important apps, at the start i didnt returned my razer stuff because i was not too worried when it only doesnt recognize Capcut but now it doesnt recognize cinema 4d either, i have to change profiles manually and its not supposed to work like that, i thought updating both apps, my windows and razer synapse could make it work but it doesnt. My windows its not old it have maybe 1 year since i installed and its genuine, i have an norton antivirus subscription, apparently its not a virus, i only use my system to work, i only have multimedia editing apps, my system info: intel i9-12900K, ram 64 Gb, rtx 3090 24gb, win 11

I am trying to connect my Razer Deathadder Essential mouse to Synapse and I get the message that it cannot find the device. I tried plugging in different USB ports, tried reinstalling but nothing seems to work. Also, I am unable to register it as it cannot find the serial number. Can someone please tell me whether it is a fake product? Thank you.

My Razer Viper V2 Pro mouse is no longer recognized either through the wireless USB adapter or through the USB-C cable. The problem occurred yesterday when I was using the mouse and charging it at the same time, and the next day, the connection with the dongle was lost, but then it reappeared, and after a few hours, the connection was completely lost, and now the mouse is not detected by the system either through the wireless USB adapter or through the USB-C cable. Since then, the mouse has not been detected by any device, and it does not display any charging or power indicator.I have already tried the following without success:Reinstalled Razer SynapseTested a different cable and USB portTried the mouse on another computer

I just bought a Razer Siren V3 Microphone and a Kraken Kitty V2 Pro headset. I ave uninstalled and reinstalled the synapse 4 and chroma program multiple times and rebooted my PC multiple times and the programs are still not detecting the devices. This really stinks because I also ordered a new Razer keyboard that should be in tomorrow but I don’t know if it will even show up in the program!  

I have a  Razer Blade 16 - RZ09-0483TWH3 and for some time no sounds are coming out of the speakers.  Bluetooth earbuds are ok.All drivers seem to be fine, I have uninstalled and restarted the PC several times.Then I read, in the Razer website, that for models 2023 or older, the spatial audio version should be 2.6.5.  Checked mine and the version of the THX Spatial Audio Driver is 10.0.26100.1. I wonder how can I get the older version 2.6.5?Thanks for your help

I own a Razer DeathAdder 3.5G (Model No: RZ01-0015). Unfortunately, Synapse 3 does not support this mouse—only Synapse 2 does. However, Synapse 2 requires an account login every time it's used, even though it’s already reached its final version and is no longer officially supported. Why didn’t Razer remove the mandatory account login requirement in the last release of Synapse 2?Even worse, Synapse 2 can’t even control basic features like toggling the lighting on the DeathAdder 3.5G anymore. It feels like Razer has completely abandoned its long-time users who still rely on older but perfectly functional hardware.

Hello, I purchased the Razer Enki chair in March 2022 and is no under warranty. The base  (Asteriks shaped base that holds wheels) broke and i was hoping to purchase a replacement. The chair is in great condition and i would hate to have to purchase a new chair over this. Please advise if there is anything i can do.
