Cannot use the mouse at all. It keeps reconnecting constantly.It’s connected directly to the motherboard. I’ve tried different USB ports and tested other devices. USB ports are fine. I can’t try another PC because I don’t have one.I tried to find some sort of live chat with Razer or a way to contact someone since I bought the mouse 3 months ago, but their interface is terrible.Has anyone experienced the same issue? Were you able to contact support?

So I recently got given a the v3 pro , with only the mouse and the original cable . I don’t have the dongle however . I was wondering if I was able to buy and replace that dongle through razer? I know the hyperpolling thing exists , but I’m not sure if it requires me to have the USB thing to connect it too . 

I experienced some interference with the 2.4 GHz dongle. i was wondering if I can use the controller wired all the time and not degrade my battery overtime. I don’t want interference but I also don’t want to slowly ruin my controller battery. I wanted to be wireless occasionally when I’m not playing competitive games. I like having the flexibility of being able to be wireless, but I’ve been pretty paranoid after that interference. Especially with Astro a50’s on the way. I didn’t want those to clash with each other.thank you

I updated the firmware from your official website. After reboot the system froze, and now the laptop is completely dead — no fans, no lights, no response to power button. EC reset did not help. I need the Crisis Recovery procedure and files for Razer Blade Pro 17 2021. [removed by moderator]

Hello, I am having an issue with my Razer Basilisk V3. The horizontal scroll tilt of the wheel (left/right) works correctly when Synapse is completely closed, but as soon as Synapse is opened, the tilt left/right stops working. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse, created new profiles, tested both Standard and Hypershift modes, and even reassigned tilt left/right to keyboard keys such as A and D. With Synapse open, those inputs are not detected at all; with Synapse closed, they work again. This suggests the hardware is working properly and the problem is caused by Synapse interfering with the wheel tilt input.

Hi!  Ive been looking into getting a new gaming laptop. But one that has touch screen. Because i also use my laptop for stage Lightning applications where touch screen would be a nice additive.  But as far as i can tell i cant find any razer laptops around today which has touchscreens.  Did razer stop having touchscreens in their laptops??  Because i could not find a single thread about them stopping using touchscreens in their gaming laptops but it seams like it.   And im looking for an 17 Inch and up

Hi.Can anyone explain to me how it is work all now ? Last my mouse is Basilisk Ultimate.If I have paired Basilisk with Hyperflux v2 I can choose only 1k pulling rate and can’t pair 8k dongle and docking pro.It is correct or I miss something ?If it’s ok the pairing is a little hard because unparing with mat causes disconnect with mouse and i need other mouse or have bt.

I am having an issue upgrading to windows 11 Pro from the included Home edition. My license is valid however upon installation the Windows drive disappears. Once I get this solved I am able to boot into Windows. However the latest updates from Microsoft cause the hard drive to again become unreadable. I have tried disabling secure boot and VBS. Apparently there is a conflict with TPM certificates renewing with the latest Windows patch. This laptop has not had a firmware or bios update since last year. Anyone had any luck getting this to upgrade to windows 11 pro without breaking the OS?

After installing Synapse, I can see the image in Synapse but not in WhatsApp or the Camera app (Windows). I just get a blank screen in those apps. When I try to select an input for the Camera App I get this error message: 0xA00F4243<CameraReservedByAnotherApp>(0xC00D3704). Everything I find about this kind of issue does not address having Synapse running and directing its output to WhatsApp (or any other program). I’d really appreciate any tips or links on this.. . Neither Camera App or WhatsApp show Synapse or the Razer cam as a source for video while Synapse is running. Without Synapse, the camera is recognized.

So i was having issues with synapse 3 and mouse recording because i have multiple monitors and absolute tracking doesn't work, even when all three are the exact same, so i updated to 4 to setup mouse recording macros.And they seem to work fine, at first, but the longer synapse 4 has been on the slower they get, to the point where it takes a good 10 full seconds for the mouse cursor to move from one side of the screen to the other. And this affects all the mouse macros i set up. Restarting the pc works for the first hour or so, but slowly it crawls back to a snail's pace, everything else on the computer runs full speed, just not synapse 4, anyone have any ideas or solutions for this? Version 4.0.86.2502130303

Hello, I was using my Razer BlackShark v2 HyperSpeed headset this morning and suddenly it stopped working via the wireless mode. The power button only works as play/pause when I use the cable, but it never powers the headset on.Here is what I have already tried: Hard reset (holding the power button 10–18 sec while connected with USB-C). Firmware update through Synapse following the official Razer instructions. The issue persists. Additional details: After performing a hard reset, when I release the button the headset says “Power off.” Windows does not recognize the device at that point. If I press the button again, it continues to say “Power off” every time. The only way to make Windows recognize the headset again is to disconnect and reconnect the USB-C cable. Before updating the firmware on Synapse, the battery status was always stuck at 41% and never changed (from the moment the problem first appeared). Seems the same issue karfakias had on  

Dear Razer,My Viper V3 Pro Esports Edition stutters out of nowhere. I have tried everything to fix the problem. I have removed all software regarding the mouse as well as my Razer keyboard. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the Synapse app. I have already used other USB ports to resolve this. In Windows, I adjusted the power to top performance. I also reinstalled the Gigabyte software. I wanted to ask if there are other ways to resolve this? Is there a way to clear the cache? Or are there other possible solutions to fix this?I have been using your products for quite some time and am still very pleased with them; I wouldn't want anything else. I hope you can help me with this, or perhaps provide a diverse update to resolve this.Kind regards, 

Hello everyone, after switching to Synapse 4 the application takes a very long time to load after logging into the system — about 1 to 1.5 minutes, which is extremely long for my setup. Also, after a reboot there is no default device lighting: neither the mouse nor the keyboard lights up at all. In Synapse 3, after reboot everything would light up with the default colors, but now nothing lights up whatsoever, which is very inconvenient for me. For example, if I need to work in UEFI mode, I have to do it with the lighting turned off. Or when I boot into Linux, there is no lighting at all either. So I have to completely close Synapse before rebooting in order to enter UEFI or Linux with lighting enabled.But the most inconvenient issue for me is the very long loading time of the application after logging into the system.WIndows 11 25h2 26200.8039i7-13700kNVMe 980 pro3080ti 

Hi, I recently lost the USB dongle for my Razer Viper Ultimate Wireless mouse during a move, and I’m trying to figure out what my options are. I have the version with the charging dock, but unfortunately the dongle is missing. I was wondering if there’s any way to get a replacement dongle, or if it’s possible to pair the mouse with a new one? I would really appreciate any help or guidance, since this is my favorite mouse and I’d love to keep using it.Thanks in advance!

Hello.My headset still works, but I can no longer connect wirelessly. My usb-c dongle seems to be not working anymore. Is there a way I could purchase a new one? I have only had this headset for 3.5 years and I would like to keep using it wirelessly. Thank you, Mateja

I registered to obtain an activation code using the serial number on the box. However, the section where the activation code should appear was displayed only as a black screen. I was informed that a copy of the activation code had been sent to my email address, but I did not receive it. The only information I received via email was the 15-digit serial number printed on the box.

So, I have bought a few weeks ago a new Razer BlackShark V2 Pro and now I have started using them. I have an audio delay so I tried to solve it and installed Razer Synapse. Razer Synapse doesn’t detect my bluetooth connected Razer BlackShark V2 Pro, even though I can play the music or games through them. I tried the firmware app to get the drivers but in the package there were no USB dongle for it. How can I solve the audio delay?

I’m getting phantom left clicks/input spam with my Basilisk V3 Pro 35k. Games tested:Arc Raiders Battlefield 6 Black Ops 7 Razer peripherals:Basilisk Pro V3 35k (Firmware Version: 2.51.0.0) Mouse Dock Pro (Firmware Version: 2.1.0.0)  Any ideas what could be causing this? Thank you in advance.
