Tried on MANY different pcs and laptops, it seems like it's, just dead, I was using it at a gaming cafe, and I attached it to the front of the case, since they do not allow anyone to plug or unplug anything directly from the motherboard. and suddenly it just stopped working, after that I tried it on different pcs, and it just seems dead.the only hope I have is that the “DPI stage” button light is like blinking and i can barely see like absolute 1 ray of red light deep in the sensor of the mouse. other than that, it would seem dead completely. Any thoughts on this?MOUSE: razer viper 8khz model: RZ01-0358

Hi, I have a Razer Viper Ultimate model RC30-030501 with dongle model DGRFG6. The dongle seems to have stopped working as the mouse still works plugged in via USB, but the dongle doesn’t work in two separate PCs. How can I buy a replacement?

Yesterday I received a mouse I bought on Mercado Libre, but when I connected it, Synapse 4 didn't detect it, and Windows only detected it as "USB GAMING MOUSE" or "HDI-Complaint mouse." So I'd like to know if it's a counterfeit so I can request a refund for piracy, since it seems strange that it's not detected as a Razer device. 

I broke my dongle usb port for blachsark v3. Where can I get a replacement?  

why is there no mac support, I wish this would have been more clear on the page for the Hyperflux V2, I feel like this was a massive oversite, you are finally supporting mac on synapse, but i mean come on, the hyperflux v2 is just a dongle can’t be that hard to support mac os. is there any way we can get this supported

I used a redemption code to redeem a Blackshark V3 pro NikoEdition headset. How can I confirm that the redemption was successful? 

The screen of my Razer Blade 15 turned black yesterday during usage and since then the laptop does not reboot. If I press the power button the LED flashes in green and also the keyboard lights up but nothing else is happening.I have tried out a few things already but without success:I have pressed the power button for about 10 seconds (power supply plugged in and battery plugged in) and then tried to restart the laptop I have removed the battery and unplugged the power supply, then I have pressed the power button for at least 60 seconds, plugged in the power supply and tried to restart the laptop I have also removed the CMOS Battery, the RAM and SSD I have connected an external Monitor and a keyboard I have tried everything multiple times in different combinations but with no successI have seen that this problem was reported multiple times but I have not found any working solution so far. Maybe someone else has a another idea or even a working solution.

okay so like yesterday or two days ago i receive my Blackshark V2 X Razer Wired Headset from an “authorise seller” honestly look sbelivebly and the headset is in good quality and doesnt sound cheap but the serial number is already been registered i contacted them already but they said “yes, supplier said they already help you register it, if have any issues can direct contact us, we will help you solve it” me being the brat i am keep asking for 2 days now and then they hit me with the “wait a moment, we waiting supplier reply” and then “you can direct to razor customer support” can anyone help? or im fried currently i have the recipt proof and the sellers shop

Hello,I am writing to report an issue with my order RZUSWP [removed by moderator] , which was placed as a guest checkout.After completing the purchase, I created a Razer account using the same email address used in the order. However, the order does not appear in my account, and I have no visibility into the order status, history, or tracking information. This is unacceptable, as it prevents me from properly managing and monitoring a purchase that has already been completed and paid for.I expect that orders placed as a guest can be correctly associated with an account created afterward, especially when the same email address is used. At the very least, I should be able to view the order details and current status through my account.Please manually link this order to my account or provide a clear and immediate solution to grant me full access to the order information. I lost my dongle razer viper v3 pro how can I get a new one ??

Good afternoon!I have Synapse 4 installed, and my mouse is the Razer Cobra Pro. The application detects both devices, but as soon as I try to pair the mouse with the docking station, nothing happens — it says «device not found». I have installed all the latest drivers for both the mouse and the docking station, but nothing helps.

I bought the Karken Light X 7.1 headphones before the new year, but I didn't know that the sound didn't turn on immediately and had to be activated. Today, I went to the box, but there was no code. How can I activate their full power?

 firmware updater just stuck there and doesn't get the versions  

After updating the BIOS to updater v2.06 (previously it was v2.02), after rebooting the system, an error message appeared on the screen: "Secure Boot Violation - Invalid Signature Detected. Check Security Boot Policy in Setup." If I disable Secure Boot, the system boots fine. Please help me solve this problem and enable Secure Boot.Razer Blade 15 RZ09-0421NGC3-R3G1 

Wired Razer Wolverine v2 (not wireless), is blinking twice even when following the guide. It was working fine until for some reason it just stopped working. Pressing/holding the  Xbox button isn’t working, Windows device manager isn’t recognizing it. It just died for some reason. Is for a update, missing drivers?
