Hi. so im using my Blackshark v2 hyperspeed via BLUETOOTH. but whenever i use the built in microphone the sound completely changes while playing a game its like an old radio sound coming out of the headset.after disabling it the built in mic back the sound of the headset goes back to normal. have anyone experience this issue with the blackshark v2 hyperspeed?

I purchased Razer hammerhead V3 and I connected to computer but the mic has no sound but i connect to my phone it work also synapse cant detected it 

Hi,  The power button on my Razor Kraken V3 headset is stuck and won’t allow me to turn the device on. How can I fix this, and is there any support to resolve this issue? Thanks.

My HyperSpeed USB dongle shows as “Unknown USB Device”.I tested it on multiple computers and the issue persists.The mouse works normally with the cable.I would like a replacement dongle under warranty.

I was recently given a barracuda x chroma headset but was not given the dongle I was able to receive the headset and the usb c needed for charging. I am wondering if i could get a replacement dongle for the barracuda x chroma headset.

The USB cable (the thing that i use for charging and with USB doodle) is broken, the things inside the cable sticks out and It not works anymoreCan i get a replacement by being in italy

I recently brought the blackshark v2 x and everything is going well but when I try the surround sound at first nothing came through so I looked and found that solution so now that sound comes out but I have noticed that when surround sound is either off or on there is no difference at all all there is, is left channel, right channel and centre channels only there is no left back or right back how do I fix that?

Need to unplug and replug the usb dongle when starting Windows for Kraken v3 Pro to connect. Every day. On a $200 headset.Tried all the USB, USB2 and USB3 ports on the machine. It does always the same.The pairing utility works but it doesn’t fix the problem. The next boot it goes back to the same problem. This level of incompetence on a product of this price tag is infuriating. 🤦🏻

Hi I stupidly updated to Razer Synapse 4 last night (from 3.) Now today when I login I've realised my Naga V2 pro is suddenly extremely laggy. Its scrolling and selecting stuff on its own also. It was absolutely fine before I installed Synapse 4. Naturally I tried uninstalling Synapse 4 but the issue persists. I’ve uninstalled mouse drivers, I’ve ran the the driver cleanup tool, I’ve ran the firm wear update, i’ve turned it off and on again like 5 times. I’m not really sure what else to do. I’ve only had the mouse 1 month and I am absolutely sure the Synapse update from 3 to 4 did this as its the only thing that changed since I went off last night when it was working perfectly.I noticed while I had Synapse 4 installed that it was like the mouse kept disconnecting and disappearing from the list. The mouse itself was also constantly flashing its lights on and off.Now I can’t use my mouse wirelessly. It only works if I turn it off and plug it in directly. There doesn’t seem to be a way to

Recently the entire key and switch attached to the “1” key on my keyboard has somehow gotten loose and keeps popping out of its socket, with it annoyingly continuously inputting “11111111111111” when it does so. Any way I can fix this? Had this keyboard for years with no issues so far and the warranty on this old thing has long expired. The key still works fine for the most part, but it simply refuses to stay secured in its socket and wiggles around even when seated.Edit: Upon closer inspection, it seems to be missing some black plastic on the side of the switch, perhaps some securing snap-in part on the sides has broken?

I know my laptop is from 2019 and that it’s no longer supported, but I have seen multiple post about newer laptops also having secure boot issues as of recently. I was hoping that there would be a way to fix this, because turn it off isn’t an option considering a ton of modern games require it to be on.

Hi, I see many threads on this matter over the last few weeks but I can't seem to find a solution. Returned from holiday and my computer won't boot unless I turn off secure boot. No way to correct this issue and this I'm locked out of games such as BF6.I've tried the password tricks for the bios which didn't help. Can't seem to find any solutions.can anybody help please?  

​Hi, I have a Razer Blackwidow V4 Pro Keyboard with some keys not registering all the time. For example some keys fire multiple times when pressed once, and other keys when pressed multiple times doesn’t register (example I press B 5x and only 3x work)I had replaced the keyboard at the shop and the new one still the same. Tried it on various computers and all the same. For now I am using an alternative keyboard but would like to have my Blackwidow working. 

Hey there. I own a blackwidow v4 x and my e and i buttons are not working properly. It’s difficult to write this ticket since i have to press e multiple times. I cleaned my keyboard multiple times. Plugging my keyboard to another pc fixes the problem on the other pc. I followed the steps from another article like updating firmware. Uninstalling synapse and installing again. Nothing seems to work. I would really love it if you could help me. 

Hello,I registered my device to receive the Razer 7.1 activation code. After that, I entered my device’s serial number to get the 7.1 activation code, but it only showed me an empty box.I also did not receive the activation code via email. I checked my spam folder as well, but it is not there and it is not showing up anywhere.  

Hi folks,Looking for advice. I have the 2021 Razer Blade 14 (3070 model) and am having issues with the speakers.There’s this intermittent crackling sound whenever I’m watching videos online on YouTube, etc. This crackling doesn’t happen in streaming apps, when listening to music on Spotify, or when gaming.I can’t be definite, but the crackling does also seem to stop when I unplug the laptop.I’ve tried resetting the device and uninstalling or updating audio drivers, both of which do seem to work for a short while, but eventually, the problem always comes back.Any other suggestions as to potential solutions I can try? Really frustrating issue, as it means I have to use another device to watch stuff on, and relegates this laptop for just gaming. Many thanks in advance!Fez

Hello,I’m really frustrated with the current situation. I specifically need to use version 5.9.1 of Loupedeck because it’s the only one that still supports the Razer plugins (including Key Light Chroma). However, I can’t properly log in anymore since the old client doesn’t allow Google login or even email login due to outdated authentication.This leaves me stuck: If I update to the latest version (6.x), the Razer plugins don’t work at all. If I stay on 5.9.1, I can’t even sign in, which makes the version unusable. I feel like I’ve lost access to functionality that I originally bought the hardware for, and it’s really disappointing that there’s no official solution. Is there any plan to restore compatibility, or at least provide a way to use 5.9.1 in offline mode so we can keep controlling Razer devices as intended?Thank you for your time, but I hope this issue is taken seriously — it’s frustrating not to have a working path forward.

razer chroma decided to update today and since the update i have had the chroma connect on yet no option to adjust any settings for my case. The in-game aspect works correctly as far as i can see, yet if i try to go to the chroma studio there is no option to adjust the lighting for the chroma connect device

I just downloaded the RazerSurroundSound Installer but when I run it as an admin it says that the server access unavailable. What should I do?

Hi, ich habe schon einiges probiert..aber ich bin einfach hilflos mit dem Headset. Da ich dieses Headset nicht für Xbox benutzen kann, außer mit Kabel..habe ich es oft mal meinem Freund gegeben der über Ps5 gezockt hat mit dem USB dongle..per Bluetooth dann.. zwischendurch habe ich es für mein Handy benutzt mit dem USB dongle.. und dann wieder bei Xbox mit Kabel. Irgendwann hat es Rum gesponnen..alles schön und gut..bis es nur noch blau blinkte bis er sich verbindet, aber Headset macht kein Ton..sagt auch nicht bescheid das es sich verbunden hat.. oder reset geht auch nicht. Wenn es mit dem USB dongle sich verbindet..kein Ton..und man selbst über Mikrofon funktioniert auch nicht in einer Party.. . Falls jemand eine lösung hat bitte melden danke :)..und es tut mir wahnsinnig leid für jeden der das Problem auch hat. 

I'm looking for a replacement dongle for my razor turret for the Xbox One. I see a few replacements on the website but I'm not sure which one will work. Please help me get my razor turret up and running.

As stated in the title, my controller keeps on disconnecting. The cable that came with the controller is properly secured and plugged in  but I have constant, randomly occurring disconnections. Can this be solved via using another USB-A to USB-C cable or will I have to send it back for repairs as it's still under warranty?
