Hello Razor Team, I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X. However, when I try to register the device to get my 7.1 Surround Sound activation code, I receive the error: "The product is already registered." Pls help me ;(((

I have secure boot violation on start up on my RB 15. I can only proceed by disabling secure boot in BIOS settings. I have updated to the latest firmware (00459) and also the BIOS updater but no success. Any help would be appreciated?

After only 2 years of ownership the power cord for my Razer Blade 17 has begun to melt. Looks like this could be a common problem for the 280W adapters. Could Razer contact me regarding this issue please?

My Basilisk v3 Pro falls asleep in a minute of downtime or so. Although it is set to 15 minutes in Synapse 3. It takes too long to wake it up. I might read something with the mouse in my hand not moving it for a minute, it falls asleep and it takes some time to wake it up. Turning off Synapse eliminates this issue. I tried Synapse beta - same issue. This is so much annoying. I need support help. It is definitely Synapse bug.

It’s a relatively new device with a 13th-gen Intel processor, but it has started overheating. Most of the time, the CPU temperature stays around 100°C without any load. I’ve already tried changing the thermal paste, but it didn’t make a difference. I then checked the heatsink using a thermal camera and noticed that it doesn’t spread heat properly anymore. As the title says, i bought them through an official reseller (as they claim) and EXACTLY 1 year and 3 months after almost daily use and no pressure added, my head is a bit small so i dont even need to adjust the side things and now 2 min ago as i was wearing them i felt the left ear getting suddenly loose, i checked and it was officially broken, really loved these headset, too bad im gonna lose them, what do you folks recommend getting or shall i repair them? 

I’ve had my Razer Blade 15 advanced 2021 RZ09-0409 for almost two years now. For the first 14 months it worked perfectly and I loved using it. It is now pretty much unusable.tldr - It doesn’t work with any 3 prong charger. Not a charger issue. The computer massively slows down and will not charge the battery (plus it shows it’s on battery power). To preface, I used it for software development and light gaming. When used the clamshell screen was always opened. When gaming it was always connected to the original charger. As it was my work computer as well, the battery had time to discharge and charge when I took it with me to meetings. All this to say it was treated nicely. After 14 months I noticed two things. 1 - I can’t use the trackpad anymore and 2 - the computer stopped charging. Reading up online I figured the battery must be the issue - and indeed it was swollen to the point it pressed on the touchpad so the latter can’t be clicked. Hi everyone,I've been using this headset for less than a month, and I am facing a recurring issue with the USB Dongle initialization. It is important to note that this behavior has been present since day one, right out of the box.I spent the last few weeks trying to troubleshoot this myself using software solutions found on forums (I have never tampered with the hardware), but nothing has permanently fixed it.The Issue: When I turn on my PC after it has been completely powered off (power strip off), the Volume Wheel behaves erratically. I have Black Shark V2 Wired plus a USB sound card.The box I got, the earphones in, has one serial number and the Razer USB sound card has a different serial number.Is this normal?I would have though that this should be the same.

Ive had this issue for probably since i got it in the first place but havent been able to do anything about it cause the updater for the monitor doesnt work since when i get to the update part its always greyed out, ive tried usb-c to usb-c and normal usb a to c and usb-c, no work and ive also tried to run as admin the updater, it alsodoes get recognised tho from my it wanting it to be connected as some audio which i disable immediately lol. I was surprised four days ago to find that my Razer Gold wallet had been blocked, and I don't know why. 

Macro key setting on these keys(F1-F12) is not working correctly on Synapse 4. I have been trying to assign macro on those keys which the program does allow me to do but it does not work correctly on different program.

This is an off & on issue I’ve been facing consistently throughout my ownership & growing use of my Naga X & synapse software. Frequently the side buttons on my Naga X completely stop acknowledging my rebinds & macros & return to the default settings. Usually fixes involve something along the lines of deleting the profile, resetting the mouse, or reinstalling Synapse 4 all together. So what I want to know is;Is there any sort of definite fix for this, or any idea what is actually causing it? I know the Naga X is discontinued, but it DOES say that it’s supported in synapse, however is it *really* being supported?Besides the obvious issues with Synapse, I really like the Naga X, & I’m not really eager to replace it, but would any of the newer mice by Razer (Naga V2 Pro?) be better adapted?My Naga X is plugged directly into the computer, not thru a hub I’m using the most updated version of Synapse 4 on Windows 11What can I do to stop this from happening so frequent
