I connected my headphones to my xbox and now they will not stop connecting to them no matter what I do, if there is a way for me to factory reset them or if I can remove them from my xbox it would be much appreciated.

I cannot pair my type pro ultra.  I hold Fn+1 (or 2/3) to try and have it appear on my bluetooth list for my pc to pair and I cannot get any profile to light up on the C, 1, S lights.  I only continue to have a blinking C light.  It had worked fine for a while, I paired to another PC then tried to pair back to my original PC and it refuses to work.  **Edit**Problem was solved by updating the firmware for anyone else having this issue out there. (probably should have tried that first before posting in the first place.)

Razer Pro click refuses to go into pairing mode / cannot be detected by any devices to perform a pair.Currently:It is impossible to pair it with another new device or a previously used device.There is no option to hard reset the mouse.The firmware has been updated and is up to date as of today.Flashing previous firmware does not fix the issue or reset the mouse.One of my laptops can connect to the mouse, the behavior is really strange.Upon turning on the mouse - it does not connect.After holding the pairing/switch button for 3 seconds, it connects to the laptop instead of going into pairing mode.Moreover, this happens on all three BT slots, meaning that regardless of which BT slot (blue, green, yellow) I try to enable pairing on, the mouse gets connected to the laptop on that slot.This is incorrect behavior, especially from a premium product from a premium brand,  that has been on the market for over 4 years.Some Razer engineer screwed up big time here, so please provide a firmware upd

Been using synapse 4 with no issues up until that point.Affected devices - Tartarus V2 Pro, Basilisk V3, Deathadder V2, Blackwidow V4. Most (not all) keys just reverted to default binds. Chroma is working fine. My wireless Blackadder X2 Hyperspped keybinds, however, curiously work just fine. Uninstalled synapse twice, created brand new profiles with new keymaps - nothing.What a load of absolute dogshit.

The headband on my razer barracuda pro has snapped off on both ear, I attempted to fix it with tape but this was not sustainable as it hurts my head to wear now. I would really appreciate if I could get a replacement or even the spare parts so I can fix it myself

Hi I have a razer huntsman mini v3 that I bought about a year ago and for the past few days I have noticed chattering on the d key. I press it and it output 2 or 3 characters. I tried about everything, updated the firmware, reset to factory settings, the only thing that works is changing my rapid trigger to a higher level which is not ideal, i’d rather have my intented setting.  Is there a fix for that?

Hi, I need tech support help please. Impossible to find any tech support email….. The issue;I bought a BlackWidow V4 and when the computer start all keys are light up and working fine.But as soon as Synapse 4 load a profile this key # and key < not light up any more stay black.In Synapse 4 you cannot even change any things on this 2 keys. Synapse show blank keys. I try all things i could find on the web, reinstall everythings, hard reset,… I try it all.Is there anyway to fix this issue? I found on the web many people as the same issue but not fix found. Please tech support need your help

I have this problem with booting. Secure Boot ViolationInvalid signature detected. Check Secure Boot Policy in Setup. I disabled secure boot and now it works, but I want to fix the real problem.

I was using the camera for work purposes then when i tried to mess around with synapse it kinda bricked my Razer Kiyo camera. Got the error 0xA00F4244 and sometimes the light flickers but no video at all. Hoping for assistance or help. 

Hello, I recently updated my system’s bios as per the Bios update provided by Razer for my device type and model. I encountered this Secure Boot Violation error. This was my first time updating Bios so I am a little terrified as to how to overcome this. Temporarily, I have had to disable Secure Boot. However, this is causing issues when trying to run games like Valorant. Can someone please advise as to how to proceed from here?  Would there be a way to revert the bios version back to what it was?

I bought a Razer Blackshark V2 a couple of years ago but threw away the box. I am trying to get a 7.1 surround sound activation code but it says I need the serial number of the product. This number (hidden under the earpad) is partially unreadable (the last 5/6 digits of it). Anything I can do? I have receipt of purchase.

So I have got my blackshark V2 X wired with jack output. Set the device, downloaded the 7.1 surround system and activated. Selecting the 7.1 surround sound as default from windows and “Realtek(R) audio (Headphones)” from the 7.1 software and no sound comes from the headset.  When I select “Realtek(R) audio (Headphones)” from windows I hear the sound all good from the headphones… just trying to get the 7.1 surround sound to work. Help would be appreciated.  

Hi just buyed the Blackshark v2 x and installed Surround Sound 7.1. I set it up but there is no audio coming out of it when i switch it back to the “High Definition Audio Device (ect)” then it does work but it doesn’t work when its on “Luidsprekers (7.1 Surround Sound)” and i can’t find a way to fix it.

The left and right click of my Cobra isn’t working till these few days ago. Initially uninstalling Razer Synapse seems to have gotten it to work. But upon a few shut downs and restarts later, both clicks just doesn’t work. Plugging it to my laptop to test seems to have the same results. Can’t left or right click, but all other function still works. Trying the Device Manager method of trying to update the driver  (already the latest). Uninstalling the driver device and restarting still get me this same result abot

So I bought the Razer Kraken 4X headset last month. It worked after I installed Synapse. Recently however the sound wheel stopped working. Changing the volume in the Windows Sound Mixer doesn't help, neither does changing the volume in Synapse.  I've reinstalled Synapse, manually removed the Windows driver for it, but nothing seems to help. I even got forced into making a Razer account, but I can't seem to contact customer support regardless. The volume is stuck now. How do I make the headset work like it is supposed to?  It shouldn't be THIS hard to change the volume right?? It is getting quite frustrating at this point.

Hi. Im playing the Oblivion remaster and want to use the hypershift function. I want to set my normal macros, then press the MMB to activate hypershift so i can use 1-8 to change my weapons. This does not work. And now the mouse is acting like its stuck in hypershift and the normal macros arent working. To clarify, i changed Button 1 to left shift (sprint) and button 12 to left ctrl (sneak). Seemed to work fine. Then i changed MMB to hypershift and left the macros stock so i can press it and have 1-8 to change my weapons then release hypershift and go back to my normal macros. But now without pressing the hypershift button (MMB), its using the hypershift button setup. Anyone know whats up with this?
