I have a Kaira headset ( RZ04-0348) for Xbox from 2022 that I may have used twice. I’ve since upgraded to a PC and wanted to connect it and nothing. I’ve tried the hyperspeed dongle but my headset isn’t a hyperspeed(found that out) I’ve tried aftermarket products and tech support but get literally nothing from it. Is this headset not able to connect to a computer at all and end up in the trash? I have a ton of razer products and this is the only one to give me trouble….. If that’s the case I will never buy another product from razer again. How can a headset be obsolete in a couple years lol

Ive seen some other threads with this issue but nothing has worked. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the device through windows, moved the dongle clear away from my mouse dongle, turned off any audio enhancements and reset my pc and its still cracking/popping. occasionally it will completely distort the audio like a robot filter until its reset. ive had the headset about 6 months, ive owned a pair before and never had this issue. its driving me nuts and im about to toss it haha any help is appreciated!  note: i cannot plug the wireless adapter directly to my pc as my pc does not have a usb c port, nor can i update firmware. 

So I purchased a razer core X chroma and a RTX 5070 card and the performance is terrible. I assume this is because of the thunderbolt 3 connection that is limiting the bandwidth? Is there anything I can do to make this combination work.Frame rate graphic quality and everything is just way worse with the EGPU and the 5070 compared to the on board GTX 1660 TI.

I purchased a DeathAdder V4 Pro from Amazon last week. The wireless dongle is already malfunctioning: Issue 1: Dongle stopped respondingYesterday the dongle shut off completely. All LEDs went dark and wireless connectivity was lost. Unplugging and reconnecting did not help. I used the mouse in wired mode for approximately 5 minutes, then reconnected the dongle, and it started working again. Issue 2: Polling Rate LED incorrectToday the polling rate indicator LED got stuck on yellow and will not update when I changed the polling rate in Synapse. The same LED shows other properties correctly (like battery level, DPI Stage), but does not show the right polling rate and its color doesn’t change when I change the polling rate. The mouse works correctly in all cases. These symptoms suggest a possible hardware defect in the dongle. Request: If these are known issues, please advise whether a firmware update is planned to address them. If not, I would like a replacement dongle. Serial number: 63

I have the issue which i have seen in some forums,Basilisk V3 Pro and Blackwidow V4 Pro 75% unable to pair.I recently bought both and did my research under the assumption it would work based on the website below.HyperSpeed Wireless Gen-2 Technology | Razer AustraliaIt clearly shows the Blackwidow V4 Pro 75%.  Please Razer develop a Patch or fix for this in Synapse 4. I have spent a lot of money in good faith, and this was a non-negotiable feature for my setup. I’m not very happy at the moment.Thanks

I have the Razer Blade 14 (2021) RZ09-0370. I am getting a warning message from COD that my TPM 2.0 or secure boot is not recognized by COD and therefore the next game (Black Ops 7) will be unplayable. My motherboard Bios version is up to date, but Battlenet/COD troubleshooter indicates that it is not compatible. My TPM version is 3.57.0.5. Is Razer going to update this BIOS so that it will be playable with the new Black Ops 7? (My BIOS version is up to date - 1.06)

Hello team, I’ve been the owner of a Raiju Ultimate since 2018, and i recently wanted to connect the controller to my windows 11 pc. And the weird thing is happening : The USB plug works perfectly fine The bluetooth pairing works with windows 11 (its paired)But the controler doesn’t stop to blink, and steam doesn’t recognize any controler. I’ve installed the 2021 firmware and the 2018 driver. Any idea?Thanks in advance,BestThib

My Razer Iskur Chair’s tilt mechanism base broke after 3 years and I need a replacement.

So I have a 2022 blade 15 (odd build: 240HZ, 12900H, 32GB) and the drives are bitlocked.  The updater asks that you disable bitlocker temporarily.  Is the problem that the user will need to reenter the bitlocker passcode?I have to do the same if I change the bios to temp switch to  the dedicated gpu...… Or would something tragic happen if it is not disabled??

Hello everyone!Been using the keyboard on and off but today I noticed that it stopped charging until the charge dropped to 1%.Now the keyboard only works via a wire and does not charge more than 1%. If you remove the cable, the keyboard immediately turns off.It looks like this is an ongoing issue does anyone have a fix ?

Hello all, Last year I’ve purchased one of the supposed finest Razor mouses on the market, all was fine till a few weeks ago I got a problem. THe Basilisk Ultimate kept disconnecting and connecting in loops of around 2 seconds, no cause it just started to do this. I looked online like most would and found that it is a problem with the power setting most likely which has the bug that it is set to 0 minutes. But because in my case the dis/connect is so short and quick there is not enough time to change the setting of the mouse in Synapse and even when I’m fast enough the mouse is already lost it’s connection for the software to register the new power setting. Is there a fix for this? As I paid way too much already for this mouse as it was supposed to be the best of the best and this obviously looks like a firmware or in short a Razor caused problem. and I do not see any other resolution but to go back to my el cheapo mouse from logitec which works better than the almost 300 Euro mouse… T

My Razer Basilisk Ultimate wireless dongle repeatedly disconnects, making the mouse unusable in wireless mode.I have already tried: Updating all Razer software and firmware Using multiple USB ports Testing different configurations Using the mouse in wired mode (works correctly) The issue appears to be isolated to the wireless dongle. The mouse itself functions normally. Since replacement dongles do not seem to be sold separately, I would like to know if there are any repair, replacement, or alternative solutions available, as I would prefer not to replace the entire mouse.

I purchased a 2000 Razer Gold controller but I can't use it because it requires email verification, and I haven't had access to that email address for a long time. I'm logging in here using Facebook. I request that you update my email address or transfer this Razer Gold controller to my newly created account. In the live chat, they only give copy-paste answers and tell me to wait 7-10 days. Hi there,I have a 2022 Razer Blade Advanced Model RZ09-0409 and the keys D E W 4 and 6 on this Laptop are not working.I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and re-seated the keyboard cable, but it hasn’t resolved the issue and unfortunately I am out of warranty on this as well. Did anyone in this forum had a similar issue? What did you do to fix it? Would appreciate any support I can get  Thanks,PM 

I just received this controller.  It is working with other games. However, even after watching a multitude of YouTube videos and making sure everything is turned on correctly in settings, I cannot get the controller to work with the game.  Only touchscreen controls work.  VERY FRUSTRATED. Please help.
