Hi, I bought a Kraken X Lite the other day but it doesn't have a 7.1 activation code, and does it have RGB lighting? Please help.

I purchased and registered my new Blackshark V3 Pro headset and have not received, nor can I activate 7.1 surround. When I use the support site it asks me to input the serial number but says it is not eligible. When I use the send new code button, it continually asks me first to log in, then again input the serial number, which then says not eligible. I separately purchased THX sound, which seems to be working fine, but the pop up for registering 7.1 sound continually appears unless I uninstall it. It says on the website that the headset includes 7.1 surround, is there an issue?

I bought some Blackshark V2 X headphones, but I don't know how to get my verification code. I'm new to this, and I feel like I'm following the steps, but something's missing or something's wrong. I bought the headphones 3 hours ago.

Razer Gold.com requires two-factor authentication when purchasing. I can't find the authentication code in the Google Authenticator app. P.S. I didn't save any backup codes.

Hello Razer Support,I have a Razer Blade 15 Advanced (Early 2020) — 300 Hz panel with a persistent display issue. The top of the screen appears faintly mirrored at the bottom of the panel, and lowering the refresh rate (changing it , to 60 Hz or 144 Hz) makes the problem worse. The issue does not appear in screenshots, which indicates it is a hardware display panel fault, not a GPU or driver issue.Can u help me pls i’m brooke student and cant afford the 1000 bulgarian leva to fix it. Best, regards

My battery is starting to die and am looking for a replacement. 

I got the headset in January 2022, around a year ago the dongle stopped working, I tried every fix listed but nothing worked, except putting it in the freezer which makes it functional for around 2 minutes. Upon opening it, I saw one of the small components on the PCB broke off, and I’m not confident enough in my soldering to re-attach it. Where could I get a replacement?

Hi!I'm having an issue with my Razer laptop. It randomly chooses between two actions: hibernating OR crashing to a black screen and restarting immediately after waking up (mainly when I close the lid).At first, I thought the problem was with the battery, sleep mode, hibernation, or power settings. I tried many settings and types of power configuration, but the problem persisted. He was in DE for a battery change, but it got a green light in every other department. Finally, I did a clean install and setup, and after some time, it started doing the same thing, but only in one situation: when Windows Hello is active. I can see as he is looking for me with the red and green lights near the camera, and then it goes black with a restart. The same is happening when he tries to log me in to windows but then … nope let’s hibernate. He starts then with no problem to desktop or whatever I did before.Are there any drivers for Razer Biometrics or IR Camera o

Hi Razer Support, I’m trying to download the system recovery image through the Self-Service Recovery page, but I’m stuck in a registration loop. On the page “Your Registered Systems,” my laptop appears as registered and I can select it.
