Razer Support

After the latest firmware update when i press A key it doesn't register and when I press Z key it type as * and the left alt give input as Z and the right shift give input as Z I am so confused that my keys are not working and are swapped after the firmware update 

I bought a Sphex V3 a year from today but haven't used because it always scratched a lot. Now I want to start using and solve this problem. Any solutions? I am in Brasil, so there are some products I saw some people recommending that I was not able to find here.

I am writing to share a very poor experience with the support process for my Kraken X Lite. 7.1 Surround Sound software not working/activating. Case remained open for 2 months. Case closed by support without any resolution or functional software. I have tried every troubleshooting step provided, yet the software remains non-functional. Closing a customer's case after 60 days of silence is not acceptable. Hi Support team,I’m experiencing an issue with my Razer Huntsman Mini keyboard. Some keys — like Escaper tab, Ctrl, shift, Caps lock land ) —and when i do a hard reset they work but they randomly. Start typing other keys example sometimes Escape type also caps lock and sometimes the keyboard is typing by itself. this happens when I tried to install chroma and synapseapp to change the color of the RGB. Here’s what I’ve already tried:• Tested the keyboard on multiple systems (Windows 11, TV)• Tried different USB-C cables and ports• Reset the keyboard (Escape + Caps Lock + Spacebar)• Updated to the latest firmware• i also uninstalled the driver in the device manager• Installed and uninstalled Razer Synapse• Checked all system settings, including keyboard layout and power management The keyboard has never been dropped and never came in contact with any liquid. what should I do? Thanks in advance for your help!Product nbr: RZ03-03391200-R3F1

so today Synapse 3 support ends i tried switch to synapse 4 few times but there is problem that im facing in Macro’s. I have simple macro set to 0 ms for game its just space + ctr at same time, in game on Synapse 3 i can do Super Glide in Apex legends all time when i want but after switching to Synapse 4 this macro is like stop working it feels like its missing timings or whatever this super glide  is no more repetitable as before i rarely can pull it off. Any ideas how can i fix it ? Or should i just stay on unsupported platform.

I find the menus in siege behave as though I am using a mouse, even though I am using the Tournament Pro V3 controller. There is no cursor displayed.  It's very annoying! Any ideas?

Since I've updated to the beta synapse 4, its keeps switching my audio from my sound bar to my headset. I can go and switch it in the sound settings but it reverts back every time i restart my pc. Is there any fix for this please?

I was sent an email by Razer to contact support team as payment unsuccessful.  Razer claim world class support but it took me 5mins to find your PM address in the thread to ask the question vs getting straight to one like Apple has. Very unhelpful to fill the screen with FAQs but leave no button to find a real agent to ask specific help.

for some reason the mouse does not charge whatsoever on the dock and have to charg it through the wire, I have tried many times but cant get it to work. all FW updated and the issue is still happening 

It seems to be a common problem that the razer cornata v3 just stops working after a couple months of zero issues.  I've tried deleted and re-downloading razer synapse multiple times.  I've done the keyboard hard reset a dozen times atleast.  My pc is up to date on all window updates (or updates in general).  The keyboard is lighting up purple but NONE of the keys work. Not on my pc, my brothers or my wife's.  I'll add that it will start to work for a minute or two, but the second i start any game up it goes back to purple and quits on me for hours it seems. 

Hi, the dongle for my Razer Barrakuda X 2022 (pink) has a loose connection and disconnects the headset if it moves just a little bit so it’s absolutely unusable, i need a replacement but can’t find any online. Is there another way to get any replacement in any color?the model number of the dongle is: RC30-0403 

So i bought this mouse second hand from a very close friend who i trust, he owned it for a month before selling to me, said everything worked brand new.After a week of using it wired to get a feel for it, i decided to plug in the receiver into my PC, and to my surprise, it didn’t work. Normally, when plugging and unplugging device from my pc, it’ll make a beep sound as it does with my keyboard and headset, but it doesn’t with the receiver, it’ll do it with it in wired mode though.I have proof of the mouse working from my friend before he sold it to me, i also watched him use it on the day of me buying it.I brought it back to him to ask him to see if it works for him, but it doesn’t work wirelessly for him either anymore.Any help? I don’t really wanna pay $25 for a new receiver.

I have a 2024 Razer Blade 14 and after updating my AMD drivers from version 24.2.1 to 24.12.1 in AMD adrenaline my laptop’s screen becomes stuck at 60hz. This wouldn’t be an issue but Windows 11 24h2 automatically updates these AMD drivers with no way to roll them back. I have tried many versions of the AMD driver with no luck. I have removed the AMD and NVIDIA drivers, reinstalled them and nothing. Synapsis and Windows display both show no 240hz option. I have rolled back the drivers and am currently staying on 23h2 and it is working fine but I would like to update eventually. 

Just questioning how the Barracuda X connects with Bluetooth, as it is plastered that the device has Bluetooth connectivity, and nothing I try works with connecting the device to any phone, macbook etc. The triple tap to enable Bluetooth doesn’t work, the hold for 5 seconds to enable Bluetooth, doesn’t work, and everything else I try does not work with enabling Bluetooth (doesn’t show up on phone Bluetooth, and also doesn’t show up on Razer Audio)

Hi,I have an older Blade 17 - Model No. RZ09-02202E75. Recently, I heard what sounding like popping from within and the unit seem to be overheating, so I immediately shut it off. I took the back cover off and found the battery swelling. So I ordered a new battery since it's out of warranty, but it looks like one of the pins inside where the battery plugs into the motherboard is broken. When you look in it, the very top right pin is half the length of the rest. I did try plugging in the new battery to see if it would work, but it didn't register it being connected. Can anyone help with sourcing the new piece or advise me on what to do with this?

I lost the back piece from the Razer Viper V3 Hyperspeed. Is there a way I can get one for free or buy one? I would prefer not to get it from a third party.

Hi everyone, hoping for some advice or if Razer reps can take a look at this.I bought my Kraken Kitty Edition V2 Pro (Quartz Pink) new in December 2024 from a third-party seller on Amazon.co.uk (TAB RETAIL LTD). It was sealed in original plastic wrap, delivered to a UK address, and used there by my girlfriend (I paid from Norway). The serial number (AC2320D269xxxxx) registered instantly as genuine on Razer's site.After just 13 months, two issues started:The headband padding detached because the glue failed — it came loose gradually over a month, no rough handling. The braided USB cable split right at the factory coil point (the tight twist from packaging/production) — happened about 2 months ago, not at the ends or from pulling.The headset looks almost brand new otherwise — no drops, no pets, no spills, treated perfectly. No physical damage at all.Razer denied warranty multiple times as 'wear and tear' and 'unauthorized seller'. I appealed, they escalated to the RMA/exemption team, but

My chair is past its warranty and there are several things I need to replace. Is there any way to talk to someone about buying the parts and the pricing? Any help is appreciated.

Issue:I have a new 8K-ready setup (Razer Mouse Dock Pro + Razer Naga Pro V2), but I can only select 1000Hz polling in Synapse. No 4K or 8K options appear.Troubleshooting so far: Updated firmware on both mouse and dock Mouse is fully charged and connected via 2.4GHz (works and charges fine) Synapse 4 is updated to latest version Tried multiple USB 3.1 ports on a new Alienware tower Windows and all drivers fully updated Disabled “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” for all related devices in Device Manager Opened a Razer support ticket — not helpful (was told to confirm I have an 8K dongle and was sent a firmware update link I already used) Next step (not yet done):Haven’t yet fully uninstalled and reinstalled all Razer software — saving that as a last resort.Any help or insight appreciated!

Razer Synapse 4 doesn't detect to razer viper v3 pro

I want a new one because the RGB hasn’t worked since purchase. I’ve tried fixing it. I’ve done the worst thing “look at Razer support” that didn’t help even after I downloaded a new driver and everything. I’m going to hope I get a new keyboard or something so I can sell it as unused. And my other razer products I used to have stopped working. My friends Razer laptop has needed the battery to be replaced multiple times. He spent more money fixing it than purchasing it.
