I need help i lost my old phone number and i caqnt change it

I bought this laptop back in June 2021, the cmos battery lasted about 14 months and then died. Replaced with a new one that then lasted about 6 months then died, the next about 3 months and now I am lucky to get more than 3-4 hours out of a battery. ML1220 coin battery.I just purchased 10 x ML1220 CMOS batteries online completely prepared to change them out every few months but this is ridiculous. Hi, I recently updated to Synapse 4 and all my devices are working properly except for my Blackshark V2 Pro headphones (2023 model). I am getting a blank page and cannot access any of the device settings: I have tried uninstalling Synapse (and erasing all Razer drivers using the utility tool) and even logging in as a guest to check if any of my profiles were corrupted but the issue persists. Thanks for the help!

Hello, I’ve had this viper v2 pro for quite some time and pretty sure it’s no longer under warrantyRecently I’ve been noticing constant dropping of wireless connectivity and after searching around the web, there was a firmware update available to hopefully fix the issue. However, after updating the firmware of the dongle, it is no longer recognized by the PC. (I’ve tried both PC and laptop) From Google search it seems like this is a common issue. Is there any way to get a replacement dongle? When the mouse is connected by cable it works flawlessly.

Hey Community I hope you can help me.Today I unboxed the Wolverine V3 Pro and there is one problem using it with the Xbox.If I connect my HyperX Cloud X with the headphone jack the audio quality is really bad and quieter than with normal Xbox controller.This only happens If I use the controller wireless.If I connect the controller with the USB cable the audio quality is fine and it is also louder. It is the same like with the normale Xbox controller.The newest firmware is installed.Someone can help me? 

Hello,people in Discord can bearly hear me - all settings are maxed out, in Synapse, Discord and Windows - without any solution. It's connected via USB Dongle... Windows Mic test just detect 6% of volume. I tried a second Computer but its quiet, too.

I was playing games when i noticed it had reset my bindings, but when I looked Razer Synapse it said they were unchanged. I have already tried reinstalling all of razer, updating drivers, and uninstaling drivers and reinstalling them.

Hello everyone,I just bought a razer kiyo 1,5 years ago, I'm using it as my daily camera to work. I do meetings and thats all, usually the camera is turned on at most for 1 hour for each meeting. Most of the time it is turned on only for 15-30 minutes.Today I was in a call and decided to turn the ring light on, which is something that I haven't done in while. It turned on normally, however some minutes after turned on the right light started to flicker, so I tried to turn it of, but it didn't turn off.So I disconnected the USB cable from the hub connected again, after doing that the camera was recognised by the google meets meet, however after trying to choose it and turn it on, it turned the "on/off" LED on the image popped, but a few seconds later the on/off LED started turning off, but different from normal, it was turning off like a capacitor discharge.Then the computer doesn't recognise the camera anymore, I tried different USB ports, tried let it disconnected for sometime and con

hi, yday I formated pc and now I have problem with changing hotkeys in synapse… the thing is that I can see them changed in app, but when I press them- they are the default keys that was, tried on synapse 3 later 4 and still same thing...

Hi, i want to change my phone number or remove it so i can add the new one, i  don’t have problem with my email but my old phone number still stuck with my account, and i almost can’t do anything when it there, i just can’t add my authy or change number or even comfirm the purchase

I´d like to change my old phone number, but to do that, I need a verification code. The problem is, the code is being sent to my old number whitch I no longer have access to. I dont have any backup code either. Could you help me please? 

I recently got a Blackshark V2 X USB, and it's making a quiet, but constant beeping sound when there's audio coming through. It's absolutely constant and I seriously need help because it's driving me insane. I checked the drivers, cable, I cleaned the jacks, nothing helps. Please help me!

When I pull the mouse cord out of the dongle, the mouse speed changes and becomes faster. This happens after starting the computer, and I don't know what to do. The mouse is a Razer Deathadder V3 Pro Dongle 8000Hz.

A mouse update came out and I wanted to update it, but when I plug in the cable, it freezes and doesn't progress, and now I can't use the mouse at all.
