Hi. My touchpad isn’t working properly. It looks to be raised up and I assume this is because the battery is swelling underneath. I have a 2021 UK Razer Blade (RZ09-0370). How can I get this fixed?

I lost the Razer Viper Pro 3 dongle. Can I purchase a new one or get a replacement?

As the title says, i bought them through an official reseller (as they claim) and EXACTLY 1 year and 3 months after almost daily use and no pressure added, my head is a bit small so i dont even need to adjust the side things and now 2 min ago as i was wearing them i felt the left ear getting suddenly loose, i checked and it was officially broken, really loved these headset, too bad im gonna lose them, what do you folks recommend getting or shall i repair them? 

I’ve had my Razer Blade 15 advanced 2021 RZ09-0409 for almost two years now. For the first 14 months it worked perfectly and I loved using it. It is now pretty much unusable.tldr - It doesn’t work with any 3 prong charger. Not a charger issue. The computer massively slows down and will not charge the battery (plus it shows it’s on battery power). To preface, I used it for software development and light gaming. When used the clamshell screen was always opened. When gaming it was always connected to the original charger. As it was my work computer as well, the battery had time to discharge and charge when I took it with me to meetings. All this to say it was treated nicely. After 14 months I noticed two things. 1 - I can’t use the trackpad anymore and 2 - the computer stopped charging. Reading up online I figured the battery must be the issue - and indeed it was swollen to the point it pressed on the touchpad so the latter can’t be clicked. Hi everyone,I've been using this headset for less than a month, and I am facing a recurring issue with the USB Dongle initialization. It is important to note that this behavior has been present since day one, right out of the box.I spent the last few weeks trying to troubleshoot this myself using software solutions found on forums (I have never tampered with the hardware), but nothing has permanently fixed it.The Issue: When I turn on my PC after it has been completely powered off (power strip off), the Volume Wheel behaves erratically. Instead of changing volume smoothly, it jumps random amounts or fights against my input. Sometimes it doesn't register inputs at all, or it lags significantly. I have Black Shark V2 Wired plus a USB sound card.The box I got, the earphones in, has one serial number and the Razer USB sound card has a different serial number.Is this normal?I would have though that this should be the same.

Ive had this issue for probably since i got it in the first place but havent been able to do anything about it cause the updater for the monitor doesnt work since when i get to the update part its always greyed out, ive tried usb-c to usb-c and normal usb a to c and usb-c, no work and ive also tried to run as admin the updater, it alsodoes get recognised tho from my it wanting it to be connected as some audio which i disable immediately lol. Anyway ill use a pic so u guys see, and ive also tried diabling hdr and going to 60 hz etc but no luck… I just want this screen flickering to go away… it ojnly happens with certain applications so it doesnt happen all the time. my version is currently 1.04 new version is 1.06 idk if the updates will work since idk where a description of changes is lol. I was surprised four days ago to find that my Razer Gold wallet had been blocked, and I don't know why. 

Macro key setting on these keys(F1-F12) is not working correctly on Synapse 4. I have been trying to assign macro on those keys which the program does allow me to do but it does not work correctly on different program.

When registering a product, it says that the product is already registered.

I purchased two Razer Hanbo AIOs, a 360 and a 240 and both are missing the AM5 bracket accessories. I tried to enter the serial number on the support page and pressing the submit button does nothing, it’s broken. No support email is provided either. Why is it so hard to contact Product support to request this part? I am in the middle of 2 PC builds and now am stuck because both AIOs are missing this AM5 bracket and screws. You would think in 2026 Razer would supply AM5 parts in the box.

I just bought the Leviathan V2 X speaker and it won’t connect to my computer. It will connect via Bluetooth but not hard wire. It has a USB-C going to a USB-A on my computer. I have tried hard rebooting the speaker over 10 times, I trued removing cord and rebooting 10 time, and during all of this I also rebooted my computer. To no avail it still won’t connect other then blue tooth. I assume its faulty and will return it back to the store.

Hi, my son has a Razer Iskur gaming chair purchased on the 16th of February 2023 which sadly requires repair.Firstly, the seat pad material has cracked quite badly which is a cosmetic issue, but more critical is that the tilt mechanism base has snapped and requires replacing which renders the chair unusable. I also am unable to separate the tilt mechanism and the gas lift cylinder at this time so any advice you can offer on this would also be gratefully received.Unfortunately the seat pad has already been replaced twice for the same material cracking issues and since the replacements have no serial numbers I cannot log a support ticket.Could you please advise if replacements for these parts are available, and what might be possible?Thanks in advance!

I lost the code for it and dont have proof of purchase as it was given as a gift bought unopened from someone else. I have the serial number and other stuff, would I be allowed to buy a new code or am I stuck without 7.1 surround sound?

I have ran into this problem with Secure Boot.I have disabled Secure Boot and proceeded to do the following update:  Razer Blade Intel Firmware Updater: INTEL-SA-00459.Once it was complete, I went back to the BIOS to enable the function and once I exited the BIOS, I was prompted with the “Secure Boot Violation - Invalid Signature Detected. Check Security Boot Policy in Setup” error screen.Looking for Support on fixing this issue.

Hello,After a recent windows 11 update on my Razer Blade 15 (2018) - System SKU → RZ09-02386E92I get the error below unless I disable secure boot.I would prefer to run my laptop with secure boot enabled.How can I solve this problem?I see other people with the same problem but no solution:   

Hi, The seat cushion of my sons Razer Iskur RZ38-0227 is worn out. Is is possible to buy a new as a replacement part? He loves the chair. I would be a shame to discard it. Best regardsJ.Seedorff
