I have a blade 15 advanced 2022 i7 12 H3070ti 360hz18 ram 1 tb every time i play valorant or fortnite the laptop froze after 20-40 minutes from playing and all the temperatures are good and in the 50  and the laptop is freezing and am playing on 120 fps the laptop doesnt respond to anything unlsess  i force restart

Both my dongles are fried, I think from the heat of my case, replacements have been out of stock for some time now, will they ever be replaced? Need to update the firmware… is there a way without the dongle? Any help appreciated.CheersJW

Hello I have 2 Razer ISKUR Black, and the Seat Cushion on both, but specially in one is very bad and peeling, I believe can be related with the quality of the letter on this batch, because both where both on same day.I really needed help for get a replacement part for this, because we still love the chairs and they are TOP! so we want to keep them because apart from that all mechanisms are working as day 1. Also have on the left armer the cushion is missing some bites out, if possible to have a replacement part for this could be great. How and what should I do? 

Does Razer Joro keyboard support on-the-fly macro recording? I can’t seem to find this option in my Razer Synapse software.

Updated firmware tried  other pc other cable usb c and the one that came with tried to change the usb port nothing tried unistaling everything drivers synapse still nothing reseting in synapse or with the dpi button did nothing nice product not even a 2 year mouse port seems a bit woobly the cable is moving while it’s all the way in any help or rma ? 

My mouse has been having some issues with the scroll wheel. It jumps, dores the exact opposite or simply doesnt work at times. I am unsure what to do as I have seen that others had similar problems. i really like the mouse but this is becoming an issue. Would love to get a response and hopefully a fix for the issue.

I’ve downloaded the Razer recovery files and I’ll be reinstalling Windows shortly. Question: do I need a recovery key? What is mine if so?Thanks in advance.BCH

I used it yesterday without any issues, tonight , when starting my pc, it didnt turn on. I charged it yesterday ( not over night ), and then used it  then turned off my computer . And today the mouse doesnt work. Doesnt React to cable, not by bluetooth nor 2.4ghz. If i flip it upside down i can see a red light inside it. But nothing externally is lighting up and it is about as useful as a brick. It does not charge of indicate that its charging. I bought it 4th of january 2024 and i only game during winter. Does this thing only last for that long or whats the issue ? Any1 had the same? It doesnt React to the 7 second reset function either.  Help please.   Its about convenient that it dies out of nowhere 20 days past warranty. Its never even been dropped.

Hi all, I've had an issue with my Razer Tartarus space button (Key 20) working intermittently. Then yesterday it totally cut-out I opened the keypad and found the "Button" flex PCB was broken; continuity checks found the break was at the bend point which makes sense highlighted in the photos attached. I’ve had the keyboard for around 2 years with frequent use so not surprised this flex design broke. I could spoof a key 20 press by shorting the connector, so I knew the controller PCB was fine. I bodge fixed the keyboard by putting a tactile switch in over the connector bus ideally, I would be able to buy / be sent a replacement flex PCB by Razer. Part numbers I can see on the flex are “7141EJ”, “18333” and “65C000005330” If anyone from Razer reads this who can help it would be greatly appreciated! I really don’t want this keyboard to turn into E-Waste! Kind Regards, Jack

Hello Looking for older versionions of firmware for the Razer Lancehead prior to 1.02

Hey guys, I'm trying to use both chroma and synapse 4 but neither are working. I can use everything else on my pc but those two are the only ones not working, both will only open up for a fraction of a second but they won't stay open. I've tried many different ways to fix the issue from repairs to deleting them but I can't figure it out. Does anyone have any ideas?

As another thread from 3 years ago stated, I do not know how to install the standoff screws for AM4. I can attach them to my motherboard just fine, but they don't come through the cooler bracket far enough to attach the thumb screws.  I read the installation article and it doesn't say anything other than to use the AM4 standoffs 

I just bought this headset recently and i have been using it but whenever i join voice chat or something like that in any game or discord, other sounds except for voice chat become blurry, muffled, low-quality, it feels as though i’m using a 20$~ headset. Please help, I tried speaking qith supoort but they said it was normal on bluetooth, problem is I CAN ONLY USE BLUETOOTH, my laptop has 2 USB A ports and they’re both being used for my keyboard and mouse. I just sent back a pair of steelseries headphones because their mic didn’t work, i dont want to refund this and wait for a new one AGAIN please.

I have bought Razer Blackshark V2 Pro but THX Spatial Audio is not working, I tried to add the device through my profile in the website. No result. When I open advanced back and back it returns to Stereo mode and no change in sound. SN: HN2219D13007210

The circuit board on the cable that controls the volume and mute has the cables detached from it, resulting in the headphones not working. Does anyone know where I can contact?

I worked before, however now synspes say detecting Device and nothing happen.
