I can't use the mouse until I reconnect it by taking the USB cable in and out. This means that every time I 'cold' startup my computer, I need to re-attach the mouse before I can get going, which is very annoying.I tried with Synapse 3 and the latest beta version. same issue as in the link.

Hi, I recently brough a razer viper v3 pro. I’ve got the razer synapse 4 software and the razer mouse pairing software as well. I’ve been trying to connect the mouse using the software but it wont work. The dongle is found on synapse but not on the mouse pairing software. Ive downloaded and updated all the firmware for mouse and dongle. Is this just a dodgy dongle?Many thanks

Hello,I purchased Kraken V3 headset like a year ago and recently noticed some cracks at the end of the headband’s plastic piece. Hello, I recently purchased a **Razer BlackShark V2** headset via N11 (a Turkish e-commerce website).I tried to register the product on Razer's website using the serial number and RZ code, but it says the product has already been registered. So I have a pc and a ps5 and usually when I want to connect the headset from ps5 to pc I just have a aux cord to connect it to my pc to make it easier. But randomly after that working for months I disconnected it from the aux cord and it won’t play any sounds from my ps5 no matter what I do. Even though the dongles connected to my ps5 and it’s showing up that it’s connected. I was hoping someone would have a fix for this.

I just bought a pair of Hammerhead True Wireless earbuds as a replacement for my lost pair. I removed the old pairing from my phone but these new ones refuse to enter pairing mode. I tried to pair both manually via my bluetooth settings (and made sure that no other devices were connected) as well as the razer Audio app.Pairing manually did absolutely nothing (no tone for pairing mode and the  earbuds would not show as a device nearby). Using the app I was able to see them if the case was closed as if the pairing is inverted.I have seen several threads with no answers and would like to hear a solution for this.

Hi! I recently purchased a Leviathan V2 Pro and I’m not sure whether i need to do something specific to get the spatial audio to work.  I have installed synapse and the THX Spatial-app. When starting the spatial app it’s querying me for an activation code. And I’m pretty sure that didn’t get one of those in the package since there basically was nothing in there except for the speaker and a very tiny guide on how to connect the speaker. So I tried the trial option just to get up and running and figured that i can possibly solve the activation code issue later. I followed the instructions and set THX Spatial as my output device in windows 11 and chose the leviathan v2 pro in the spatial audio app. When pressing TEST STEREO or TEST THX SPATIAL AUDIO i hear nothing though. Am i doing this right? I found an actual manual online but the only mention of thx spatial in the manual said:ACTIVATE THX® SPATIAL AUDIO* Unleash the full potential of the Razer Leviathan V2 by enabling 360° positional

Hello all, I just got the Basilisk V3 Pro 35K mice and wondering if the BlackWidow V4 Tenkeyless HyperSpeed can pair using the HyperSpeed dongle that came with the mice? Also can I connect headphone to the same dongle and have 3 connected to that one dongle?

I was bought this set as a gift, (I do have proof of purchase via Amazon) and I am fairly certain I have tried all options available to try and get this set to work functionally and properly. I was promised spatial sound, which is the main reason I was excited for this set. However, the hyperspeed connection does not work at all. I *can* get the headset to work via bluetooth, however the audio is extremely poor quality, frequently cuts in and out, and the volume randomly tweaks up or down in level. I was also told the mic quality was supposed to be on the better side, which I was excited for. However, I have gotten many reports I sound muffled and quiet, even after trying to turn up my mic volume as high as possible. What’s more, I cannot connect to Synapse whatsoever. I used my product ID to try and sign in, and it said my product wasn’t viable for the THX Spatial audio, despite everywhere I’m seeing on the user manual for my product version stating that I should be able to? The headset does not work with my mobile device without a dongle. I have had the headset for a few years now. The dongle has recently began to break its loose in its fitting and now hardly connects to my phone when plugged in. I was wondering if there are any suitable replacement dongles that could be used with my phone. As now the headset itself is effectively useless without a dongle.

I have a new Razer Blade 16 with NVIDIA 5070, trying to connect to my exisitng razer core v2, but it is not detected in razer synapse.  COre works with old laptop Just fine...using razer thunderbolt 4 cable.  Core gets power, lights up but is not detected in synapse, so I cannot access my external monitors.  Please help.

I have only 16 bit audio format in headphones connected via dongle connected via an usb adapter. Razer filmware updater asks me to connect dongle without adaptor but i dont have type-c port on my pc.

This is the worst experience i have ever had trying to get a replacement dongle. I just needed to know what to buy. I was lied to and told my $300 Signature Edition mouse is discontinued. Then Dave hung up on my. Im glad i recorded the call. I have never been treated worst as a customer. Whats sad is i have 12 of their mice. Im going to write about my experience on every forum. This is rediculous.

Hello.I’ve had problems with Synapse 4 for about 1-2 months now.When I start my computer and login to Windows 11 it takes about 2-3 min before Razer Synapse 4 Launches.And If I don’t wait for Razer Synapse 4 to launch and I just login to a game or open up Firefox to browse something, when I move my mouse over to the 2nd monitor the mouse freezes for a second or two and then I get an USB error: “The Last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it”.However if I wait for Razer Synapse 4 to start I do not get these USB errors.I’ve done multiple uninstallations and reinstallations and deleting all Razer folders in AppData, ProgramFiles, ProgramFiles(x86) and regedit files and also ran the Razer DriverCleaner and CCleaner.Also tried uninstalling Razer Chroma and just run Razer Synapse 4 on it’s own.But nothing helps with this issue.The first time after restarting the computer after a fresh Razer Synapse 4 installation, it starts up instantly wi
