When I’m exporting files to my macro this message always appearing even though my macro is empty. so I tried to Click Yes to replace it and nothing happens

In the past few months, my 2023 Razer Blade 14 has become unstable when operating on battery power.95% of the time, my laptop is connected to a Thunderbolt 5 Dock Chroma, receiving power from the dock. When connected to the dock the laptop behaves normally. The laptop also appears to behave normally when disconnected from the dock but otherwise connected to a power supply.When I disconnect from the dock (or a power supply), the laptop will function for a few minutes before crashing and presenting a WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR message. The crash is typically preceded by opening a few browser tabs or the like.As far as I can tell, my battery is not discharged. I can’t recall the last time the indicated battery reserves were below 50%. I do run Synapse Battery Health Optimizer, so the max charge is 80%.Is this a known issue and are there any available fixes I can try? I’d really like to be able to use my laptop on battery power. I’d appreciate any help on this.

I am having issues with receiving SMS / Text codes for 2FA to access my account. I have not setup a passkey / auth app as of yet. When i request the code to be sent after doin hooman proof, I  still do not get the code. I have went and tried several times on the support page to include my phone number, but it will not accept it. I can provide all necessary info needed to prove i am, who I am to remedy this issue and start using an authenticator app. thank you

I just bought a Razer Deathadder Essential mouse. But when I tried to register the product on Razer site, I get an error that the serial number is not recognized.I also installed Synapse to adjust the DPI of the mouse, but Synapse doesn’t detect any device.I tried restarting my system, running Repair on Synapse but nothing is helping.The mouse works fine otherwise, so doesn’t seem to be an USB issue. 

Hi,My PC has been having issues of instantly shutting down, and I have traced it to razer synapse. Whenever I open the software it causes my PC to instantly shut down, even after I reinstalled the software and windows.Any advice?

I have done everything I can possibly do to fix this problem. Other microphones work, just razor siren x doesn’t. I reinstalled windows, did a clean install of all the drivers, obviously checked the control panel and it just isn’t working. I’m not sure what to do anymore. The PC recognises razor siren x as both output and input and the lights on the device itself works, it just doesn’t register input anywhere. I’ve also tried new usb ports and a new wire entirely to no avail. 

I use nommo v2 with clio and now i watch yt cant use clio surround  

My Razer Deathstalker V2 Pro keyboard won't turn on. To get it to work, I have to connect a USB cable, and then it stays on.

1) I have a Razer Croma Wireless ARGB Controller connected to my computer. In Synapse 3, when the computer was turned off, the controller simply lost connection and returned to the state that I had set through the Croma RGB mobile application - just a static light in the color of my interior. After installing Synapse 4, after turning off the computer, the color changing mode in a circle is turned on on all devices, and on the controller it remains turned on and does not return to the last applied effect from the application.2) Visualizer mode, which is enabled only for some applications, does not work correctly. Hello, I recently bought a DeathAdder V4 Pro and noticed an issue with the wireless connection quality indicator on the dongle. The connection quality randomly switches from Excellent green to Good yellow, even when the mouse is not moving. It can stay yellow for a few seconds like 20-30 then return to green. The dongle is very close to the mouse, so distance should not be the problem. The mouse firmware is up to date. I also reset the mouse drivers through Device Manager, but the behavior did not change. I purchased the mouse 39 days ago and this issue appeared today, or I may not have noticed it earlier. I saw that another user reported the same behavior and received a reply from Razer staff, so I am wondering if this is expected behavior or a known issue. Is this expected behavior or a known issue with the DeathAdder V4 Pro hyperspeed gen 2 dongle?

pressing triangle or left trigger individually registers no input, however pressing both simultaneously registers an input from both buttons ???

Hello,I got my Razer Viper V2 pro in 2022/ 4 years ago, and straight out of the box, when I made fast movements with the mouse, my mouse would disconnect and reconnect (I’d hear the windows disconnect sound). It was annoying as it would disconnect for 1-2 seconds, but I ignored it. I used the mouse as my main driver heavily until 2023 and onwards when I used it less frequently. A few months ago, it suddenly couldn't work plugged in, or wirelessly even when I try to reset and use a different usb-c dongle to charge it. There is no light at the top of the mouse, but at the bottom glass sensor area, I can see a red light still.  I’m out of warranty, what should I do? Thanks!

So I hade the Serien V3 Chroma microphone since 1/8/2026, since 1/14/2026, it seemed that there was no input or output ports. Instead it was replaced with a new input port called exactly “Stereo Mix (2- Realtek(R) Audio)”. I tried unplugging the USB cord then plugging it back in but never worked. I even restarted my PC and still did not work. If there are any other ways to fix this, please I need this fixed!!

I’ve had my razer viper v3 pro for 10 months now. Everything was perfect and it was working just fine. I purchased a new XL steel series mouse pad and it won’t track on the new mouse pad or my old mouse pad now. It will track if I place the mouse on my wood table. Any fixes other than change the mouse pad?

I got the above mentioned headset as a gift for christmas. It didn’t come with the card for activating the 7.1 surround sound software. However it worked without it so I didn’t bother. I’ve been told by friends online that my mic is quiet even though its set to 100 in the settings. So i wanted to get the software in the hopes of fixing the Issue. When trying to register my device on the site, it asked for purchase date and receipt. The person who gifted me the headset didn’t keep the receipt.Is there any other way for me to register or get the software? Or is there a way to fix the mic without the software?

I am experiencing an issue with the tactile scroll mode on my Razer Basilisk V3. When using the mouse in tactile mode, I can still hear a metal pin or component moving inside the device. Typically, there is some resistance during the first second of scrolling, but this resistance disappears shortly afterward and does not return unless I switch to free-spin mode and then back to tactile mode.Additionally, when I spin the scroll wheel quickly in tactile mode, I can hear the internal component moving so something is switching between free spin and tactile. I am on firmware version 1.0.3.0 To troubleshoot, I have already attempted the following steps without success: Factory reset the mouse Restarted Razer Synapse Rebooted my PC Tried different USB ports Updated razer Synapse I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Please let me know if further information or diagnostics are required.

Up until now I’ve enjoyed using Axon for my wallpapers.  I like how each one generates its own colour schemes and patterns for my keyboard and mouse.Today, it stopped working.  None of the static wallpapers in my library are showing on my desktop, only the dynamic ones seem to work.  All I see when I apply a static one is a plain grey background.  The LED effects on my keyboard and mouse still seem to work fine, it’s only the background that isn’t working.I’ve seen other posts saying that switching the performance setting from webview2 to Windows Media Foundation seems to solve the problem but when I checked, my settings were already on WMF.   I’ve even tried switching to webview2 and rebooting and nothing changed.

Just got the PS5 version of the Razor v3 hyper speed, but they sound muffled when I play cod like it’s weird idk how to fix it. Not just cod multiple games cod just main one. I play this is my first Razor Product cause I heard good things, and I also spent $110 on this headset. Thanks for your help in advance.

For 3 days now, i couldn’t connect my headset to my pc via wireless dongle. The headset itself works fine (i can still connect it to my phone via bluetooth for example) but i can’t select it on my pc.I use the USB-A to USB-C adapter that comes with it since i dont have a USB-C port on my computer.I also confirmed that the adapter itself is functional (i can use the adapter to charge my phone/connect it to the pc)I can’t run any driver updates or the pairing utility either because the dongle is not being detected by my pc at all. Anyone have any shouts for this issue?

This his been a very long ongoing issue that occasionally gets resolved with some Synapse updates but almost always comes back.Very erratically it seems that Synapse changes my keybinds on my Naga Chroma back to default, it’s only 3 changes but I use them often so it’s very disrupting. I change mouse wheen right to just scroll click, and mouse 4 and 5 to their respective buttons instead of DPI increase or decrease.Since upgrading to Synapse 4 this problem has been significantly worse to the point I’m going to give up on this mouse if it can’t be resolved, even after having used it for over a decade now.I love the Naga, it’s perfect for me, but ultimately there’s constant issues that I can no longer overlook and it’s becoming a joke that Razer continues to shoot themselves in the foot every time there’s an update to their god awful software that I’m forced to use.My Naga model no. is RZ01-0161 if that helps at all.
