Hello. When I select my headset to get the 7.1 activation code and request to send it, it says check your email. The code has been sent there, but nothing is sent to my email. I checked the spam section or other sections, but it wasn't there. What is the problem?

Help! Over the past two weeks, my V2 DeathAdder (one of my favorite mice ever!) has started to squeak whenever I scroll the wheel. Doesn’t matter which direction and it’s only about 75% of the time. I’ve tried compressed air from many angles but no luck. Any other suggestions?

I have had my Razer nari ultimate for some time, last tuesday around 22:30 CET they had some issues.I was gaming and in a call with friends and suddenly they lost connection. I waited for them to reconnect but nothing happend. When checking the sound pannel in windows it showed that the Razer nari Game and chat were both disconnecting and reconnecting, i play on game and dont use the chat slider at all but when i changed the settings to fully chat it didnt disconnect. Restarted my pc and the connection seemed stable on the game version until i played a sounds and it went into the reconnect disconnect cycle again.I tried resetting the headset in synapse but when it disconnects it also dissapears from synapse. I updated my bluetooth drivers and i removed the device from my devices on my pc.I tried the pairing tool and the dongle recovery tool. The recovery tool said that a recovery was necesary. But clicking recover didnt do anything. I was trying to get the pairing done after resetting

I have purchased and installed the Thunderbolt 5 dock on my Laptop. The Synapse software sees it, and I can control lighting; however, when I plug in my monitor, it will not work and Windows will not see it. Also, the installed SSD drive is not detected, accessible or viewable to use. Please help.  

I have bought a 2nd hand Blackwidow v4 Pro with yellow switches.It’s an absolute work of art! I do however have a few issues.I am in the UK I noticed the keyboard was set to USA plus the key “2” has a “@” printed on it. Also, there is no backslash key to the right of the letter Z. There is also a key showing backslash and pipe above the enter key.In the profile there is one called Bejamin’s MacBook Pro and it has a padlock next to it.  Nothing I do removes this profile.I have changed the keyboard settings to UK and for my location, that corrects the function of the key “2” although it is now incorrectly labelled.Nothing I do makes the backslash / pipe key produce those characters. It produces “#” and “~” - this is a big issue. I am planning to use this keyboard in my work and I used the backslash something like 50x per day.I’ve also noted that the key to the right of “1” is labelled “ ` ” and “~” but returns “`” and “¬” (I don’t really use this one so not too concerned).I thought I mig

Hi there to anyone able to help, I recently purchased a Razer Barracuda X wireless headset from Amazon on October 10th, 2023. Since then I have experienced many infuriating issues with the headset regarding its sound quality, mic quality and most importantly the headset turning off randomly. Regarding the sound quality, when connected to my PC, I’ll be playing music or gaming and the audio will cut out for a second and make a “bzzt” sound which is so annoying, whether I’m listening for footsteps or just in the zone listening to music. Next for the mic quality, this is the first mic I’ve ever had for my PC, and while some of my friends told me I should have a separate unit I just preferred having the plug and play ability. In game my friends noticed the mic has a problem peaking as well. Finally, for the most infuriating issue: the headset randomly powers off when connected to my iPhone 12, in the middle of a set when I’m at the gym, when my phone is 2ft from the damn headset, in the mi

Hi all, usually I don’t turn off my PC and just let it go into sleep mode. After waking it up everything is normal. As soon as I log into my account the LED’s on the Blackwidow V3 stop working. Keyboard itself is working fine.LED’s on my Razer Basilisk V3 Pro remain on so its just the keyboard.For now its only fixable by restarting the PC. Razer Synapse is currently on the Version 4.0.86.2511180837Mainboard: ASUS TUF Gaming B760 Plus If you have any idea or need more information please let me know
