My friends, I have a Razer Blade 17, fall 2019. I tryied  Razer Blade System Image self-service tool, but it says my pc is older than 2017 (omg). How can I get it? Thanks a lot,Rei.

I need the system recovery image for a 2019 Razer Blade 15 Advanced. Our Blade 15 began getting the BSOD several weeks ago and eventually would not boot Windows at all.  mdsched revealed bad memory. After removing the bad RAM, I was able to boot from an external Windows hard drive, but still cannot from the onboard SSD. Running chkdsk shows no problems with the SSD. I expect Windows files were corrupted and need to replace with the recovery image. Thanks for your time and any help you can provide.

There are lot of people who have their Huntsmen v3 pro tkl getting restarted when using synapse. Most of them do not know what is exactly causing the issue.  I recently figured out that this restart issue happens only when using onboard memory profiles while simultaneously using synapse. After learning this, now I could use the keyboard without any issue. However it is not possible to delete these onboard default profiles. No matter how many times you delete it, it keeps coming back. I am requesting razer to  give us the option to delete these profiles. Thank you

I have a Razer Blade 15 Advanced from 2019, support says recovery images are available post-2017. Why is my device listed as a legacy device with no recovery image?model# RZ09-03018E52-R3U1 EDITAlso, there is no model or serial number showing up in bios or using cmd. Razer updaters give errors about it not being a razer system, hence my desire for a recovery image.

When my girlfriend first bought me the controller on Christmas 2023 the M2 button wasn’t functioning properly. I didn’t send it back because the controller has so many buttons and I didn’t want to hurt her feelings. But now the thumb sticks are worn out, all I’m asking is for the ability to buy additional thumb sticks without having to buy a whole new controller. It’s a great product that has lasted a long gaming sessions but I need the magnetic thumb sticks tops to buy please!!!! 

When I am gaming I have occasionally touched the left hand edge of the keyboard and I am immediately kicked out of my game.  I want to know if there is a way to turn off or disable the 3 switches of the left hand edge of the keyboard.  They are a nuisance and have cost me hours of lost time after being dumped out of my game.  Should this issue not be resolved I will be getting rid of this keyboard.

Hello! I have a Razer Iskur Gray and its gas cylinder's air went out and now it can't be lifted. Is there a way to order only the gas cylinder?

So the general issue of the charger getting hot at the nozzle started last christmas. Shortly after that I noticed that it suddenly didn't charge anymore after which I found that there had formed a blob reminiscant to that of the "hot glue" from a glue gun that was protruding from the handle to the metal connector. Tried searching online for that and found lots with similar outcomes but was told not to worry about it. But after yesterdays complete deformation I'm concerned with possible fire hazards.

I purchased the new Razer Blade 18 back at the end of September and mostly use it for work rather than game play. I have had a Razer 17 for 4 years and loved it, but wanted more RAM and memory to support the volume of things I’m doing at once.This new laptop seems to crash atleast once a week, simply saying it has hit an issue and needs to shut down. It is incredibly frustrating and highly inconvenient when it happens.  I need some help in identifying why this is occuring - I never had this issue on my Razer 17. Thanks in advance.

My Ornata V2 keyboard seems stuck in firmware mode after a hard reset (only wave RGB, no key input).BIOS input fails and DFU key combos don’t work.Could you please provide the firmware updater (.dfu) file or allow reflash via Razer Bootloader even if out of warranty?

I am having an issue with my laptop overheating and shutting down, but only when plugged in. CPU temps go from low 60’s to over 90 within a few minutes.  This happens even while at idle. It’s not overclocked and running in balanced mode. GPU temps are fine.This doesn’t happen when it is running on battery, the temps drop right back down to 50/60s when I remove the power cable.Is there any ideas on why it being plugged in could cause this issue?

So ive had this mouse for quite a few years now, but all of a sudden it just started reconnecting and disconnected over and over and over again. Ive tried updating the drivers, but the lack of a literal mouse made that difficult, and tried so many solutions, what I want now is just for some angel to bestow their knowledge upon me, so that I could get this demon out from my mouse causing this situation. I’ve been thinking about buying a Razer Blade 14 (2025) in Canada for 2749 CAD it’s super tempting compared to the price of the Zephyrus G14.The thing is, I’m hesitant because battery bloating seems to be a common issue with Razer laptops, and parts are harder to find compared to other brands. I’ve seen YouTubers mention how scarce Blade parts are compared to the Zephyrus, which feels safer for the long term.Right now, the only thing stopping me from picking the Blade over the G14 is the repairability factor and the lack of official support where I live in Turkey.For anyone living in places where Razer doesn’t have official support how has your experience been sourcing parts or dealing with Razer directly? I’m having an issue with my Razer Viper V2 Pro mouse: the battery is not charging.When I connect it via cable, the mouse works correctly, but the battery level does not increase.During the first few days when the issue started, I even noticed that when plugging in the cable, the battery would drain instead of charging. That stopped happening after I updated the firmware, but the mouse still does not charge at all.
