Has anyone else’s WiFi not worked after windows reinstall on the 14. I have bypassed and created the windows account offline but even if I try download the drivers from intel it’s installing but still no WiFi. Pls help.

I use wolverine tournament controller to play NHL 26. Whenever I slightly twist the controller on an action like face off or anything involving a fast twitch twist. For some reason the controller glitches and sends an input erroneously to my game. Specifically, it takes a snapshot of the game with a notification on my screen so I can’t see About 10% of the screen. Why is this happening and how can I fix this?  thank you. randy 

Hello Razer Support,I recently purchased the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro 8K PC Edition (RZ06‑05540) for around €250, because I understood from product descriptions and reviews that this model includes the Smooth Filter feature for thumbsticks.I have updated the firmware, installed Razer Synapse 4, and also tried the Razer Controller Setup for Xbox app from the Microsoft Store. However, the option for Smooth Filter does not appear anywhere in the software.Could you please clarify: Is Smooth Filter actually available for the PC version of the Wolverine V3 Pro 8K? If not, will it be added in a future software update? Which application should I use to access this feature on Windows 11? I feel misled because I bought the Pro 8K specifically for this advertised feature, but right now it seems unavailable. I would appreciate an official statement so I know whether to wait for an update or accept that the feature is not supported on PC.Thank you in advance for your help.Best regards, Ivan

Hi i have charged my raiju v3 controller in the manual.it states it should have an amber light whilst charging  then goes to a static white light when fully charged but mine went from amber to green no white led what so ever someone please help is my controller ok to now use or is there some sort of issue 

I'm facing a problem where the program won't open. More specifically, it opens and appears in the tray, but it doesn't work. In the audio mixer, the 7.1 option appears, but there's no sound. On my previous headphones, everything worked fine, but now I'm facing this issue. The headphones are the Barracuda X Chroma. 

Bough razer blackshark v2 pro (2023) RZ04-0453 and tried to connect to synapse, but, it didn’t work. Then i check audio and saw how my headset was connected as usb audio speakers. How can i solve this? I tried to connect dongle to another pc and there was same problem. It can be seen in the Device Manager that the name is determined incorrectly by dongle.  

A couple of days ago I noticed two things.Usually when I sat my mouse on the dock, it would use the “breathing” or “pulse” lighting effect to show that it was charging, making use of the green/yellow/red colors, but for a while now, the dock usually just completely turns off, and the mouse is stuck on green.Second, the mouse is stuck at 100% battery, no idea why. It’s been like this at least for a couple of days, I just did an update on Synapse, but it didn’t solve anything.

Hello Razer Support,I am experiencing a charging issue with my Razer Viper V3 Pro mouse. When I plug it in, the mouse indicates that it is charging, but the battery percentage does not increase.I have already updated to the latest firmware, and the issue started/continued after the update.I have also tried using different USB-C cables, switching USB ports, reinstalling Synapse, and testing on another computer, but the problem still persists.Could you please assist me with further troubleshooting, or advise if the device needs to be repaired or replaced under warranty?Additionally, please provide the previous firmware version so I can test if the issue is caused by the latest update.

I currently have the Viper V3 Pro and this issue started a week ago in a random cs2 match. My sensitivity was drastically slower in game and when I tried to change my sensitivity in game and change it back nothing changed. This first happened a week ago and I restarted my pc and the issue fixed however it happened again 2 days ago when I tried to play faceit and had to restart my game to run their anti cheat. Since then it occurs randomly and the only way to fix it seems to be to close the razer apps in my system tray which only fixes it sometimes and completely reinstalling the razer software. This usually fixes it but reinstalling the software every time this issue happens is very inefficient and annoying.

Is there any functional difference between the "BlackShark V3 Pro for PlayStation" version and the regular "BlackShark V3 Pro" when used on a PS5?I have been waiting for a restock of the PlayStation version for quite some time, but it has not become available again. If both versions work the same on PS5, I would consider purchasing the regular edition instead.I am located in Germany, so if possible, I would greatly appreciate it if your reply could also be provided in German to avoid any misunderstanding. Does the PC version of this headset work properly on PS5, or is the advertising misleading? I have the PC version, and while it works fine on PC, when using it wirelessly with the dongle on PS5, the audio stops after a short time. I purchased it from Best Buy, and the listing only stated it was compatible with all systems, without mentioning it was primarily for PC. This is frustrating, as I recently bought a PS5 specifically to use this headset. If it doesn’t fully support PS5, this should be clearly stated in the product listing.

I bought this mouse about less than 2 months ago and I was enjoying the time using it. Until one day I came to my pc and noticed that my cursor wasnt moving. I checked my dongle and it wasnt lit up, so I restarted my pc but that did not fix it. So I then shut it down and waited an hour or 2 for it to rest. I booted my pc up and left for a bit. Then I came back and saw that the dongle was lit and it was working again. 2nd time this happened was a day ago when I woke up and saw that the dongle was not on again and I couldn’t move my cursor. I did all the trouble shooting I could while keeping some in fear of making the situation worse. When I connect the USB-C to the dongle it connects to the PC but is not recognized by the Synapse app and therefore Is not working. When I connect the USB-C directly into the mouse the PC does not make a sound, that indicates it’s connected. So I am here waiting and searching for help.A hasty and helpful response would be much appreciated.

Is there a way to get replacement analog sticks? I have v2 chroma. Seen some other threads but no responses 

just upgraded to synapse 4 and its chroma today. I try to add the ripple effect to my keyboard and spent a long time figuring out that the the ripple effect is only responding to my mouse click but not my keyboard click at all, no matter I chose all keys or selected keys, which are the keyboard keys. this is really frustrating.

I still have a Razer Tartarus V1 Chroma that I bought in 2016. Still in really great condition and I do not really want to replace it if I don’t have to, however, it looks like it is only supported with Synapse 2. This also has been sunset as of 10/28/2025 in terms of syncing with Razer ID. Does anyone know if you can still install Synapse 2 or if even though version 3 or 4 does not list the Tartarus V1 is it will work with those versions? Would like to keep what I have and not have to get a V2 variant. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I purchased a laptop in April 2024 which is now damaged, I am going through simplesurance and they have requested an invoice for the laptop but when I try to access it I cannot as the link has expired 

Just bought and installed this two days ago.  Was working fine.  While playing Skyrim, often when I went to one side or another, it switched me to third person view.  Very aggravating when entering a battle.  Tried using it wired vs USB hub, cleaned off mouse and even switched pads and surfaces.  Still doing it. New top of the line PC also.

Hey, does any Wolverine controller work with the Nvidia Shield? Want to use Geforce Now with it.
