If I buy the death adder v4 green edition do I automatically get the mat that comes with? It doesn’t show in cart.

Just bought my first pair of Razer headphones, they are the Kraken Kitty V2 BT, they connect with no problem to my PC and to my phone (didn’t run into any problems with the mobile app). Installed Razer Synapse and Chroma, and the device showed up, unfortunately, when the headphones disconnected because I moved far away from the computer, the device disappeared from the app. I reinstalled it and the device showed up again, but disappeared after they disconnected from the PC.I don’t want to keep reinstalling the app everytime I open my computer, is there any way to fix it?PS: They are connected to the computer, and the sound works just fine, even spatial audio (which i cannot use as it also makes it so the device stops showing up in other apps).

Hello I purchased a razer blackshark v2 pro 2023 black edition about a year ago and it was working fine, recently I have been having charging issues , I have tired different USB Ports , tried charging with my pc , different cables but none of them make the blackshark v2 pro charge ( even though I see a solid red light ) I also noticed I can use it while charging it as in having a USB type c  cable plugged in and then turning it on.I have tried to submit a support ticket but i can’t find my serial number since I removed my sticker and synapse 4 is showing my headphone as alwasy powerd off so I can’t get my support code form there either. I am at a loss and need help, any replies are very much appreciated

Hello l used razer viper v2 pro mouse over a year with 0 problems now my dongle stoped working l tried updating as l saw in razer forums but dongle appears invisible can u help me please mouse still works with whire but not with dongle l tryed other devices same result.

Hey everyone,  I have a Tartarus Pro that I use for FPS gaming. For some reason, one of the keys (key 13 or S with the default binding) isn’t always registering a press, or it will register it with a delay.  Here’s the behavior: I can be in a FPS and press key 13 to back up, nothing happens. Then sometimes, after a delay, my character will start moving. I can sometimes also press 12 or 14 while holding 13, which will cause me to strafe and then suddenly start backing up. I’ve tried this on two different computers and  the behavior is the same.  Has anyone had this happen before or any ideas how to fix it? It’s getting me killed a lot so I’d really like to find a solution, haha. 

I just bought new headsets, about 3 hours ago and have troubles with THX spatial audio. Everything works fine (on stereo mod), but when I turn on THX mod, every sound becomes flat, plastic and sharp. Without it everything sounds normal. Is it bug or I got a defective headset? Does someone have the same problem, did you solve it? Help pls

Hello,i have Naga v2 Hyperspeed  and Naga Pro, And i recently bought macbook pro M1pro with lastest IOS26.1 and with both mouses i got max 65hz polling rate i tried many 3th party softwares like Razer macOS. Is there any way i get 1000hz like i have on windows?If not, i understand that Naga Pro v2 is suported for mac iOS version of Synapse 4, so i am considering to sell my Naga Pro and buy Pro v2, will i get 1000hz then ?  Kind regards,Antonio

Hello, My Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro (75%) OLED screen has stopped working entirely. I’ve tried everything: I reinstalled Synapse, reinstalled the drivers, did a firmware update, and I even made sure in Windows that USB power settings don’t turn off the lighting. I’ve tested it in Bluetooth, wireless, and wired modes, but the OLED screen just no longer shows anything. The keyboard still responds to commands like volume up and down from the keys, but the screen itself is completely blank.

I made some changes to the profiles on both synapse 3 and 4 for Huntsman v3 pro tkl, but every time I restart the PC, all the information is lost. It seems that the keyboard does not retain anything in the onboard memory. Something is not working and it is already getting frustrating. I have been trying to find the problem for a day and I have no explanation. Sometimes I can't even change the profiles using the fn + pgup/del/end/pgdn key. I really don't know what else to do. I reset the keyboard, reinstalled razer synapse, deleting absolutely everything from the disk and the artifacts. I am seriously thinking of returning it. For this money, it seems like a joke.I've found people who have been complaining about this for a year now and still haven't found a solution. Razer, please take action.

I have a problem with the viper v3 hyperspeed mouse, when using it, the mouse freezes, does not respond to movement, can change the sensitivity to very high, suddenly the cursor changes to a different place by itself, what could be the problem?

Ok so i had a deathadder v2 hypershift, it got this annoying issue of draining batteries rapidly, like i didnt even last 2 days or so, but i had though that it was because of this one time it got wet. Hello - I got this Razer black widow v3 mini hyperspeed, i got it for christmas from my brother, i opened it and set it up, i bought the mouse 2 years ago and know how to configure it well enough but, i was doing some tests on it and it rgb lights just started turning off on their own and when they did turn off i couldnt type on the keyboard, even in use - i thought it was just a bug so i tried playing minecraft but when i hold my w to go forward the keyboard turns on then off and it stops my input on my keyboard, i dont know why its doing this, my brother told me that he bought it brand new, it was just on 20 dollar less sale for black friday - i wanted to know if i did something or something is faulty with the product, if so ill probably throw it away, since i dont think i can return it and get a new one because it was online buy and it was on sale or whatever

Blade 16 2024 model (RZ09-0510), purchased less than 8 months ago. Over the last few weeks, it's become increasingly impossible to play any game (or use most applications for any length of time) because of the constant crashing. The exception codes in the Application event log are usually 0xc0000005 or 0xc0000409. Also get RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64 errors. The length of time it takes from launching a game until the crash varies - sometimes it will crash during loading, sometimes it will run fine for 20 minutes. Fixes I have tried over the last couple of days, in no particular order (may not be an exhaustive list):Running games on various different graphics settings (e.g. Total War Warhammer 3 on Low and Ultra)Running older games on the integrated Intel graphics instead (crash behaviour is the same as running newer games on the 4070)Running games on various compatibility settings (no change to crash behaviour)sfc /scannow (usually crashes with 409 error, as in screenshot attached)dism /online /

I’m using a Razer Huntsman Mini under Windows 11, on the previous version to 25H2, the FN keys worked flawlessly.One update later and it doesn’t seem to work any longer. I’ve reset the keyboard in the Synapse app and of course rebooted Windows a couple of times after the update.I’ve tested the built in keyboard in my laptop and the function keys in it are working fine, it’s just they keyboard.I’d appreciate any troubleshooting steps you guys can come up with.

Hello,I put in the unit number when I ordered my item on December 8, 2024. But when I checked the order status today, the delivery address doesn’t show the unit number. Will it still be delivered to the unit number it’s suppose to?I tried to make a mock purchase, and it showed the unit number in the delivery address, so I am wondering why it didn’t show up on my Dec 8th order. Is there anyone I can contact to confirm the address and unit number? No matter what I do and no matter how many times I reset the Basilisk V3 the default profile that says default profile and the one that used to always start when the computer started never seems to be the default profile. It always seems to be my profile for call of duty. why? I have even disabled it from automatically switching to it when the game starts. This is really annoying when I load into windows and try to use the side buttons when on the internet. If I switch back to the default profile and my computer goes to sleep, it will default back to the wrong profile every single time. I am about to throw this mouse into the trash and by a Logitech since I have never had issues with that mouse. I know its not something that I have done because I have set this Basilisk V3 up so many different ways with it doing the same thing with the same profile. I dont import my profiles, I completely redo them all. I cant be the only one having this same issue with this mouse because I went out and

Hello, i recently adquired the Kraken V4 headsets, while everything works fine when in 2.4. ghz mode, whenever i plug them via USB charger, the volume becomes a bit lower than in 2.4. mode, the difference is about 10% but noticeable.Has this is happened to someone?
