hello every one i have this keyboard and i have an issue with synapse every time is activated  it is 2 caps that doesent turn on the light i have try the hard reset but still same when synapse is deactivated then the keyboard works perfekt with all the lights.does any one know if we can fix it?

Hello! I recently purchased a Firefly V2 which is a product eligible for the BF6 promotional skin and it even is included as free in my order, however I cannot find the code. Everytime I click to view the order details in my email the website just returns “Error Occurred”

A couple of months ago the scroll wheel on my razer viper ultimate was still working, but now it doesn’t work at all. When I scroll up it doesn’t register or scrolls down and vice versa. It works every 1/100 times I use it (meaning it goes in the direction I want it to go in.). I want to get a fix or check but I don’t know when I bought it so I don’t know If im available for the waranty thing. If you guys could tell me how to fix the issue, how to find the date I bought it (I still have the box of the mouse, if that helps) or how to disassemble (last resort) and fix it that would be great.

Hello. I have been using my Razer Viper (RZ01-0255) for around a year and a half now. Recently I started getting issues related to the scroll wheel. Scrolling down sometimes scrolls up and vice versa. Other times it scrolls too far or it isn’t registered at all. I updated Windows, updated the firmware, the mouse is connected directly to the PC and closing Synapse or reinstalling the drivers doesn’t resolve the problem. Another issue is the build quality. Over time the buttons got loose and started rattling.

It's been a couple months since I bought the Viper mini. At first, I thought it was a Windows driver issue and that it would be fixed if I updated my drivers. But after 2 months it still has the same issue, it had on the first day of purchase, when I scroll up it scrolls up down up down and same when I scroll down. It seems the scroll wheel is faulty. Many other people have had this same exact issue on online forums.What should I do now…??? Is there any way to fix the scroller…??? Or is there any option the buy a new scroller…???

As the title says, my pretty new DA Elite suddenly started sending scrolling signals on its own. In Windows and in games the constant scroll input can be seen and in many cases significantly decreases the mouse’s usability. It is outside of the Amazon return window and the Razer warranty checker says it is out of warranty also. What are my options? I paid good money for a mouse that went tits up in under 6 months.

Can I get this fixed or replaced? I purchased it 10 months ago, through Staples (not Razer directly).

Ive tried some stuf but i cant use my headphones while charging they just turn off

I lost my dongle 2 months ago and bought a new one online. After plug this new dongle, the LED green light is now working and it cant pair to my Viper V3 pro. I’ve tried update all the frameworks and many different ways to fix it but it’s just always cant pair

Title has it: I swapped to the discrete GPU in the BIOS chipset settings to see if it would fix my external display problems, but apparently they were caused by the discrete GPU to begin with and now I no longer can see the screen to troubleshoot. System boots if I let it, I hear the windows login sound, and I think I am entering the BIOS by mashing the DEL key on startup, but I can’t see the BIOS or anything else now that the discrete GPU setting is selected. I’ve already removed the CMOS battery and reset the RAM while unplugged in hopes of resetting the BIOS to default settings, no luck. I’ve tried pressing keys by memory in the order of the BIOS menus, in case I could just change it without being able to see the screen, but no luck so far. Maybe there is a way to disconnect the discrete GPU temporarily so that the integrated one will work again?

  I ordered a console two days ago and the money was withdrawn from my account, but when I came in today, they said I didn't buy it. What's the error? I wonder if it's being delivered for sure or if it's really an error.

There is just a static red light and there is not audio I’ve tried hard resetting and the razer synapse 4 software says its not on but its connected to the computer and when I tried resetting it the light would turn off green then back to the static red.

Hey everyone im trying to find out if I can get my razer nari ultimate headset fixed the batter is starting to die really fast and the device when using a wired connection is getting a bad echo is there any way to get this fixed or do I need to get a new headset ?? 

I bought a Barracuda X ( not 2022 model) before 2022. I thought this model did not support Bluetooth, but it connected to my laptop (Galaxy Book 3 Pro) via Bluetooth. Since I connected it that way, the 2.4 GHz dongle connection on my desktop PC is no longer working. The Barracuda X is detected in my desktop's sound settings, volume mixer, etc., but the headset only flashes a blue light and won't pair. The triple-click on the power button to swap modes is also not working. What is the problem?"

Olá, eu comprei zp com a razer gold, qaundo finalizei o pix e fui verificar, não caiu na minha conta e o dinheiro foi debitado. Sempre coloquei ZP pela razer, mas, desta vez não caiu e está demorando masi do que o esperando até por que é por pix, não deveria demorar tanto assim, tento entrar em contato, mas só fica conectando e não entra com suporte. Me ajudem por favor ! 

How can I adjust pollingrate on my Mac and have the settings saved for PS5? Is it even possible? Used deathadder v3 wired before and could select polling rate by pressing the DPI button.
