My razer ENKI started to sink when I sit on it. As it's 3 years old it's just outside of warrenty so I'm trying to change the gas cylinder myself. Problem is, I can't get the wheelbase off the cylinder... I've followed the instructions and watched many video demonstrations, but no matter how much WD-40 I use, or how hard I hammer it, it will not budge. Has anyone got a tip as to how I can get the wheelbase off so I can change the cylinder?Thank you in advance!

The fan noise of my Razer Blade 18 2025 is really sharp and annoying. I researched a bit, and found that others experience the same issue. One report states though that he sent his razer 18 back and the new one didnt have the problem. I just want to know if the issue is know by Razer. I dont want to send back and then they say “there is no problem”

this issue started when i moved to Synapse 4, when i start a video like a short and scroll to another short my headphones is like disconecting and connecting here like a popping sound EVERYTIME anyone knows or having the same problem

My card has already be used and not me. Why?

I was in the middle of the game and on a call with a friends on discord, when suddenly stopped working. After troubleshooting and checking everything, I found out that PC doesn’t find any mic input when I have headphones connected via bluetooth to PC. I have win10. Headphones and mic work perfectly fine on other devices and when I connect with audio cable, but with cable I can’t hear anything so unfortunately it’s not an option for me. Here is all I tried:Updated headphones firmware Updated razed software and tried to connect via BT using it - same issue continues Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter. > Find "Windows Audio" in the list, right-click it, and select "Restart” Settings > sound privacy > enable access to apps Sound enhancements disabled and enabled - No change Remove device and add again Mute button is offIs there anything else I can try to fix this?

I like mouses with a pronounced arc or height, I don't like almost "flat" mouses, I find them uncomfortable and they give me wrist pain, even with a glorious gaming wooden palm rest. Which is the razer mouse with the biggest height or "arc"? Thanks. Price is not an issue. 

Hi there,The problem I'm having right now is that the computer won't charge. However, the LED indicator on the power supply is on. In other words, when the battery runs out, I can no longer turn on the computer and use it.It is because when I connect the power supply to the computer, there is no response at all. I heard someone said maybe the software(Windows 11) problems !I have tried to delete and reinstall the batteries driver from the windows 11 system device, but it still can't solve the problem.What should I do? Attached is my laptop information.Microsoft Windows 11 Homeversion(10.0.22621 Build 22621)Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model (Mid 2021)-RZ09-0409Many Thanks 

I bought some gift cards but when I went to remove the card from the packaging, the sticky part took the numbers with it. I only have the barcode, what can I do about this?? 

Appreciate all of your support but here is my issue. The monitor when plugged in to the correct usb c port is not recognizing on my Mac mini,  Please see following testing I have done. Upgraded to latest OS version Tested on MacBook Air M4 the display works properly through dock. Plugged monitor directly via usb c into Mac mini and display works properlyAny suggestions as I can’t find anything. 

So the other day, my mouse was functioning normally and connected to the synapse just fine. The next day, the mouse wasn’t working. I hadn’t messed with it or anything. It just stopped. The red light on the bottom is still on, but the cursor doesn’t move and the RGB lights don’t turn on. I tried to update the mouse firmware, but the mouse isn’t even being recognized by my computer. My computer is pretty new so I don’t think that is part of the problem. Could anyone help me?

Hello Razer support, I have had the razer iskur x gaming chair for about 2 years without any problems. Suddenly the height adjustment mechanism and tilt mechanism stopped working and the whole chair started leaning forward. I looked under it and part of the mechanism is cracked and the welding in some places is also cracked . Is there a way to buy a new part or maybe to fix it. I look forward to hearing from you

My Viper Ultimate suddenly stopped working properly in wireless mode. It freezes frequently for a sec or so. It appeared during a game session but is also present on desktop.Did a PC restart, turned Synapse off, re-installed drivers and synapse, updated firmware, paired with dongle via paring tool from Razer.It seems related to the USB dongle. Wired mode is working. Please advice.

I bought Razer Black Shark V2 X headphones, but I can't activate them. They tell me they're already registered, even though I have the receipt, the headphones, the box, and everything.

So I have this Blackwidoe for around now 8 moths or so, and started to see that certain keys started to hhave a double click, and now i need to wirte it is really annoying as i have to keep seeing what i wrote. I also saw some fixes on the internet like not using the synapse 4 open, that solver for a time. However I use certain setting in my headset, and mouuse that I constantly need to have the app open. And now it is almost impossible tying in this keyboard. I tried cleaning the keyboard but it haven’t changed.

Hello Razer support, i was using Razer Iskur X for about 2 years and everything was working fine but recently my tilt mechanism and height adjustment of the chair seem to be broken, i have exact same issue as in the following topic https://insider.razer.com/razer-support-45/issue-with-tilt-mechanism-on-razer-iskur-chair-72040, i tried to fix it but it’s a problem with mechanism itself, so maybe you can help me to order a new mechanism or any ideas what to do

Hello. There was a problem with the wireless operation of the mouse. When the mouse is connected via cable, everything works. When without a cable, it glows but the cursor does not move. Tried reinstalling drivers - didn't help. Help, please. Important for work

I hear sound, everything is connected but the synapse software shows as powered off.Already read treads about making sure I have PC selected and Hyper Wireless selected.   STILL SHOWS OFF.$350 Pro WTF is this. Anyone?

I have two Razer devices that I have been testing using the multi-device feature for the 2.4Ghz Hyperspeed USB connection. They are both on the supported list of devices, but when I connect them together I lose keystrokes if I am simultaneously mousing. The devices I am using are: Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed (on the latest firmware v2.01.01_r1) Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro (on the latest firmware v1.01.01_r1) To reproduce this, you have to do the following: Connect the DeathAdder as a second device on the BlackWidow's 2.4Ghz USB dongle. Open a text editor (e.g. notepad). Type a few letters repeatedly while simultaneously moving the mouse in circles. You will notice many keystrokes get missed. Also, key down events get lost so the keys appear stuck "down" and will auto-repeat once you stop typing. The reason why this is important is if you are playing a game and using the mouse for aim while using the WASD keys for movement, you will notice your movement is unresponsive and glit

i want to know how to set up the 8-directional . im able to set up the the 4-way directional but not the 8 way. Can you guys send me instructions on how to set it up? thank you

Can anyone confirm whether the third fan between the battery is working for them? I’ve noticed that mine has never turned on – there isn’t even any dust on the mesh. I checked more closely under the back cover and it doesn’t work. Is this fan fake?
