Dears, When starting the laptop a message appears on auto repairing something… than it says it was not able to find a solution.. than start it again and informs that in 30 mins it will have an other try… surely this can go on for hours. I have started and restarted many times… nothing. It just stuck in this infinite loop. Any idea how to fix it? Thanks in advance for your supportÚ

Ive plugged my razer pulling rate dongle into the pc and theres no light activation or anything, its not connecting on synapse either and when i try to re download the driver it doesnt show there either. My mouse is razer viper v3 hypedspeed.

I have a problem with the firmware of the Wolverine V3 Tournament. I followed all the steps as indicated, but this error appears and I cannot continue with the installation. Has anyone else experienced this and knows a way to solve it? 

When I shut down my PC and then start it up again, for some reason the Razer Leviathan V2 X operates in Bluetooth mode and does not switch to PC mode even when I press the source button.

After having this mouse since 2022 on Christmas day, the scroll wheel button has basically given out. I have to admit I didn’t take as much good care of it, not crazy damage, but when it comes to cleaning so maybe tons of dirt are blocking it maybe. What should I do?

Hi, I got this Razer Basilisk V3 mouse in January 2024 and had no issues. Three days ago, I was playing Fortnite, and randomly my left click only worked slowly, one at a time. When I spammed it, most clicks were not registering. The next day, the mouse worked fine, last night as well. This morning, I woke up and it did not work at all. I tried cleaning it with compressed air, checking Razer Synapse, remapping a side button to left click, it worked. Every button works besides the left click. I was wondering if my warranty still applies.I also saw a lot of posts about this so I know it’s not just me.

My transceiver stopped working and I need a replacement. I’ve seen other threads where people mentioned buying a replacement, but it seems it’s out of stock at the moment. Hi everyone,I’m looking to buy the Razer BlackWidow V4 75, but on the Razer website I see two different versions: https://www.razer.com/it-it/gaming-keyboards/razer-blackwidow-v4-75/RZ03-05000100-R3M1 https://www.razer.com/it-it/gaming-keyboards/razer-blackwidow-v4-75/RZ03-05000400-R3E1 (American ISO) I’m having trouble understanding the physical differences between these two layouts.Does the “American (ISO)” version actually use a full ISO layout (L-shaped Enter key, shorter left Shift, extra key next to Shift)?And is the “American Version” the standard US ANSI layout?The product images don’t clearly show the Enter key or the left Shift, so I’m worried about ordering the wrong version.If anyone owns these models or has clear info, could you confirm which one is ANSI and which one is ISO?Thanks a lot!

Hi Razer Can’t seem to find a place to submit a ticket to you so am on here.I have a 2019 Razer Pro 17” laptop and as you can imagine over time the battery swells up and I am in need of replacing it as it has significatly distorted to bottom structure of the LaptopIt is the exact Laptop that is connected with my account. I’ve had a look online and it states that i need to go to a specific razer technition but also doesn’t given options to where they are in my area/ country. And I cannot find any replacement batteries on the Razer website. I live in AustraliaThank you :)Matt

the cursor does not move but all other buttons are working, including scroll. Also the sensor light is not on. I am not able to update the driver through synapse because it’s blocked by admin on my laptop. I did try updating the driver through windows device settings and it already has the latest driver.

So have had this for 2 years and used it maybe 3 times. Pc recognizes it and ring light turns on but no video at all. updated drivers, tried it on 2 PCs, and have even tried it on a fresh install of windows 11 pro and nothing fixes it at all.

Around 6 months ago or so an axon update bricked my ability to run dual wallpapers on my monitors, now it simply alternates between which monitor i clicked apply on last, ive even upgraded gpus in the timeframe and it still does not work, ive tried every fix i can and still no luck.

After having the Kiyo for 1 year and 1 month, it stopped working.  (Seems like a theme around here that these stop working JUST after the warranty period is up...) Tried plugging it into another PC, and same problem.  Ring light comes on, but no video.  In Synapse, it recognizes the camera and when you open the camera settings it tries to display a blank preview video for a few seconds before changing to “Camera is in use by another application.” Seems like the camera is busted if it is doing this on multiple PCs.  But is there anything that can be done?  I got this camera because it was supposed to be high quality.
