Been using this headset for like 12 days.... working smoothly, but a few hours ago, the headset started beeping randomly. First it was like at every 2 mins. but then after a while it beeped randomly. now some beeps were triggered when I went a bit far away from the usb dongle but most of it happened when I was sitting right in front of it. Also, there was random audio stuttering when listening to spotify or youtube. First of all my headset never beeped earlier when I went just a few steps away (the kitchen or bathroom) but it just started this evening. So this is how I tried to resolve this issue... > tried restarting the pc > removed all cables and wires nearby, and remove unnecessary usb devices > tried updating firmware, but it was up to date > tried re pairing the headset with the dongle using razor pairing tool > tried uninstalling and reinstalling the headset driver > tried inserting the dongle in another usb port

I’ve had my razer kiyo for around a year now and its been perfectly fine, suddenly for the past week or so it just hasnt worked at all, it is recognised by software and switches on for a millisecond then off instantly. Anyone know a fix as I need it soon for a meeting. Thanks in advance

I have the Backshark v3 and I am wondering if its possible to connect this to my xbox controller via USB-C to 3.5 mm connection?  Based on the product details and some searching I have done, it seems like this might be possible but when I plug it in I get no audio.  Is there a specific cable type that I would need to use, or am I missing something?

i have been having this issue for a bit now, ive had it before and it somehow magically fixed itself and made both sides play sound again, but its happened again and now i know its an actually issue. i have the latest drivers and no damage to the headset itself aswell as ive only owned them for maybe a few months, and before anyone asks no i dont know what made it fix itself the first time and yes ive tried to fix it in many many many ways. does anyone maybe have a clue as to whats going wrong or maybe how to fix it?

Hello, I own the Razer Tomahawk ATX case but sadly can't close the glass door properly since the magnet mechanism doesn't "click" anymore. Would it be possible to get a spare part for replacement so my case could close properly ? I’m just wondering why “Razer does not honour tax-exempt orders and resale exemption certificates”?I work for a non-profit and need a more powerful laptop for some of our projects and was looking at the Razer 14. But I know they push back hard if we aren’t able to get the tax exemption. I also wanted to double check if this applies to tax exempt end users as well as the resellers they mention above.

Want to know what type of battery (part number) so i can purchase a replacement.Or can i not do it myself? BTW your customer support is atrocious and the worst  i have seen by any company. the fact that you won’t even answer a question because it is not in  warranty solidifies your position so. i will never purchase a razer product again

I'm asking because I have Manuel disability and otherwise I can't click properly. I recently made an order for one Naga Left handed mouse.  Two mice were delivered.  My bank statement shows that two payments were taken, one for each mouse (as separate payments).  Happy to have two mice as my team will no doubt find a use for the second, but I need an invoice for both please.  There doesn’t seem to be any way to request this.  Can someone advise what email to use to ask for this please?  Many thanks.

 My Razer Barracuda 2022 headset is not usable while charging. When I turned it on and plugged in the charging cable, it immediately turned off, and no led indicator indicated it is charging . It is also not possible to turn it on when the cable is connected.
