I can't find surround sound in output after I reinstalled it.What can I do?

i registered my headphones on the website and i didnt get it on my email help

I switched phones and now no longer have access to my 2FA or backup codes. I can still log into my account with email and password, but I would like to be able to change my password so I need to reset my 2FA on my account.

Whenever I lift my mouse if I am playing a game where scrolling swaps weapons or inventory slots, it does it automatically. So when I lift my mouse the game swaps to my next weapon or inventory slot. I do not see a setting in synapse to turn it off or any setting on the mouse to stop it. Any recommendations?Another example would be on a website, whenever I pick up my mouse it scrolls down a certain ways without me touching the scroll wheel button

Hey! I've been looking around the discussion posts for any help with my Razer Seiren Mini. It suddenly stopped working. I've trouble-shooted everything from getting a new wire to updating the softwere, so now Im at a loss. Can any provide me support with this?

Please help before I fully submit my request 😂 Hi, I’ve received my new Razer keyboard and I’m pretty sure I’ve had the wrong one sent out, I had put in my specifics for a UK keyboard whilst it was out of stock and requested to be notified when it was back in stock and have received a US one, I’m also pretty sure I was meant to have a LED screen instead of the media roller. I have had a look around and can’t find the right place to talk to anyone, I tried to add my order number and email and it says it’s not recognised so any help is going to be massively helpful 🙏 (update: I’ve managed to get the order number and email through, even on the return page it says UK under the Blackwidow V4 name but still shows a US keyboard)   

I have a V3 pro mouse and a separate hyper polling dongle.I bought a new mouse yesterday and I have been unable to link this. I've trued updating the dongle and nothing seems to be working. Any help would be much appreciated ThanksLynsey 

My mom touched my keyboard, now it doesn't work at all. I'm using the huntsman mini purple switch, and either it lights up and uses the default wave profile built into the keyboard, then when i type it does my own custom one, but i cant type. Or,  what it does is I can type perfectly normally,  but under no circumstances does my keyboard light up. I've tried hard resetting the keyboard (unplugging it, holding esc caps and space then plugging it back in but that does nothing). Nothing i try works, and no lighting makes it more difficult to type as i utilize peripheral vision to do so , and no typing... is well no typing so it's just an expensive light rectangle. Please assist, I want to play ghost of tsushima

The battery just died and I’m looking for a good replacement part in greece.Any reccomendations on a part number or manufacturer?

i will explain the setup first, still its gonna sound strange. my phone (Samsung S25) is connected to my monitor(Lenovo Thinkvision T27h-30) through type C usb.my keyboard (Razer Ornata V3), my mouse (Razer Basilisk v3 pro) and my speakers (Razer Nommo Chroma 2.0) is all also connected to my monitor.  note, this setup works perfectly when i’m using windows laptop, but when i connect my phone, speakers does not work. everything else(keyboard, mouse, monitor) is fine. so is this a Razer speaker driver issue? or samsung phone? any chances of identifing if that is Samsungs issue or Razers?  note that on my samsung phone there is an built in app called DeX, which is taking care of this desktop PC like environment through type-C. 

RZ04-0291. I searched a lot,but I couldn't find from where to buy that usb dongle. I tried with Xbox Microsoft usb for Windows,I can connect them,but synapse didn't find them. The problem is that they are too quiet.I am thankful for every help.

Hello i have a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and i wanted to get the THX Spaitial Audio but the 50% off promo code doesn't work with the app, and with the 7.1 surround sound everytime i try it it says “Sorry, this promo could not be applied.” so i was wondering was this code only a limited promotion? I also saw that everytime i go to the code section it always gives me the same code so not sure if that has to do with anything. Any ideas of how i can fix it? 

I recently lost the dongle for my headphones and I was wondering where I would be able to get a replacement

As of this morning when I turned my Blade 14 on the thunderbolt ports no longer recognise anything connected to them. They work for power, but no thunderbolt connection for accessories. There is no Thunderbolt device lised in Device Manager. I have rebooted, run all applicable updates, updated AMD, run a repair on all Razer software (synapse etc.), run /scannow and dism.exe commands. I am now at a loose end and cannot seem to find a solution. This Laptop has had no end of minor issues since the day it arrived which I dealt with as I like the laptop. Does anyone else have a solution for this? I can see similar support posts with this issue but no clear fix, just a “I’ll contact you directly” message before locking the thread.

I recently bought the Razer Blackshark v2 x due to its surround sound but then I was trying to register and it said it was already registered. Please help 

chroma app fails to launch every time since uninstalling and reinstalling

I have purchased a brand new Razer Blackshark V2 X with its seal still there and peripherals except for the scratch card, and when I tried to register the product, with its serial number and all, it said “Product already registered”. I have done it lots of times even trying it on different browsers. I also tried the surround sound request page but after entering the serial number all it said is “Please register your device to continue with your surround sound code request.” which only confused me even more.I am willing to cooperate with the proofs of purchases, and the product information to solve this, please help.

When trying to register the 7.1 sound, it does not accept the activation code. What email address should I contact?I do not have the 7.1 sound activation code in my box. After registering the product, the activation code did not arrive in the mail. What should I do?Razer BlackShark V2 Pro 

I recently bought the headset that is in the title, brand new. I was able to register it without a problem. However, I did not receive a scratch card nor did I receive an email when I registered it for the 7.1 surround sound code. Whenever I try to go on support and request another code, it tells me that I need to register the product again, which of course it does not allow me because it is already registered to my account. Would like some help regarding this issue. 

The seat plate/gas lift assembly for my Razer Iskur has broken at one of the weld locations. My chair is out of warranty but I would like to buy a replacement part so I can continue using the chair. Does anyone know where I could find the replacement parts?

I have a Razr Iskur RZ38-0277 chair with a broken seat mounting plate part (H) in the manual.  This is the second time this has broken, withing regular use.  The first time it broke i was within the warranty period and was sent a part to replace.  I am now out of warranty but would like to know how to get replacement parts for this.  As I read the forums and online is seems to be a major issue with everyone breaking the same part.  I would like to know if this is covered under and extended warranty or recall?
