Why does the text come out slowly on the laptop screen when I’m typing?

Hello, I own a Razer Basilisk V3 Pro and none of the wireless modes are working — both 2.4 GHz (Hyperspeed) and Bluetooth do not connect or register. I’ve tried: Plugging into multiple USB ports Testing the dongle on other PCs Using the Razer Pairing Utility Factory reset with button combinations Full recharge over USB-C Attempting to pair Bluetooth (no lights or response)  The mouse only works while plugged in via USB-C (wired mode), and even that is unreliable at times. It seems like the wireless components may be bricked or the internal battery has failed. I’d like to request a replacement under warranty or be advised on next steps. Serial: 632240H26204576Purchase Date: Maybe 3 years ago? Thank you,Codie Cromwell

I bought RAZER LEVIATHAN V2 X - PC GAMING SOUND BAR - POKEMON PIKACHU EDITION - CHS PACKAGING but is not connecting to Synapse. I connected it to the back of the PC, and I can see Leviatan v2x in the Control Panel under Sound, but it is not recognized by Synapse.It does not connect with either Synapse 3.0 or Synapse Beta, nor does it connect with the RAZER Audio app. Please provide a solution. Also, is there a possibility that this product, despite being registered, could be counterfeit?

I’m using the Tartarus Pro extensively in my professional workflow (video editing and 3D), and I’ve run into a behavior that I’d like to understand better — especially from other users who rely on this device.This concerns the actuation point. In Synapse, I set the actuation to the maximum depth — 3.6 mm, expecting the key to only register when fully pressed all the way down (plastic-to-plastic contact). But in reality, the key triggers earlier, before it physically bottoms out.What I’ve confirmed: Synapse is correctly configured to 3.6 mm. Actuation seems to occur around 2.8–3.2 mm (visually and by feel). This behavior is consistent across multiple keys. Questions to the community and Razer team: Is this expected behavior for Tartarus Pro’s optical-analog switches? Is there a way to force the actuation to happen only at full key depression? Hi! I bought Razer Blackhark V2 headphones and they are already activated. What should I do? I wrote to the seller, but he is silent. I bought them in the OZON online store.

So i’ve had a Razer Serien Mini for about a year and a half now, and have had no issues with it whatsoever. However when I went to use my Microphone today I ran into an issue where when I plugged it in I would hear the connection sound and would see the light turn green for about 1-2 seconds and would shut off, I then went and checked every USB port on my PC as well as using a USB hub. Even with all of these attempts to fix the issue it still wouldnt connect or show up in my Devices or on any Apps that allowed me to use Microphones(games, discord, etc.) Although one thing changed after connecting it to the USB hub, the light stays green but wont connect at all still. I honestly cannot think of anything else as I can’t delete or reinstall any of the drivers as the Microphone won’t show up. If anyone has anything that could help me fix this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi..im using Razer Blade 15 (2023) with RTX 4070. And its always low on FPS. Testing on Counter Strike 2 and Dota 2. For starter its on 90-110 FPS but another minutes, it go to 15-30 FPS. How can it fixed??

I purchased a Razer Barracuda X and I want to use THX Spatial Audio.I just researched and I saw that barracuda x is not coming with activation code (but 7.1 sorround is came) should ı pay to get an activation code of thx spatial audio? is it the only way? 

When I charged the headset the green light  is there but when I unplugged it, and try to power on and pairing the blinking blue light does not even appear 

I have a pair of Kaira Pro for Xbox and the green fabric cover on the headband is coming off.  It seems like the glue hasn’t stuck.  How can I get a support as it is still under warranty?  The Razer Support phone number always hangs up on me and the chat links don't work.

Hi everyone,I know my mouse is out of warranty — I bought it about two years ago — but it’s still in great condition and was working perfectly.For the past few months, I’ve been using it with my work laptop, where I don’t have Razer Synapse installed. Last week, I switched back to my gaming desktop, which had Synapse 3. Everything was working fine until I got a prompt to upgrade to Synapse 4, saying it was “30% faster.” I updated it… and that was the end of my wireless mouse.After the update, the mouse stopped working completely. I started looking around and found several people on forums saying that the Synapse update also updated the dongle firmware, which broke the communication between the mouse and the dongle.I tried to open a support ticket, but the support page just keeps loading forever and doesn’t let me submit anything — so I’m posting here as a last resort.I really hope Razer can provide some kind of solution. Hi guys.So i just got my kaira pro for ps5. First time everything was fine, the leds were working just fine. As soon as i paired them to the app the leds turn off and never worked again. I've already tryied diferent things but didn't get them to work again.Any tips? Thanks 👍

Hello, I have a Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K mouse, I use Windows 11 and Razer Synapse 4. I’m using it in bluetooth mode.I can't get the scroll acceleration option to work. I’m using scrolling mode Tactile and smart-reel is off.When I activate scroll acceleration, there is no difference when I quickly scroll the wheel. It always scrolls at the same speed. I have tried all three Synapse levels (low, medium, high), but none of them work.I've uninstalled Synapse 4, restarted the computer and reinstalled it, all to no avail. I've also tried removing the mouse in Windows and pairing it again, but it still doesn't work. I have also tried to turn off mouse, then on. Any idea why it doesn’t work?

I have a problem with my Opus X, it doesn't turn on after I accidentally closed the app when updating firmware. someone help me solve this problem.

Opened up my laptop to being stuck in BIOS. Did as many steps as possible without having to contact someone and my NVMe was showing my drive but wasn’t showing up in Boot. Now it’s not showing up in NVMe Configuration and I am still stuck. Have had no other problems with this laptop before and was using it yesterday/earlier today. I am just very confused. Anyone with any ideas would be greatly appreciated as I don’t want to just resort to immediately taking it into a shop.

Hello Razer. I have been having issues with random and persistent static in the audio. I have a Cynosa Chroma and a Deathadder Elite which are both USB. I tried all other USB ports with same issue. I have ran audio signal through LED monitor, 3mm port to speaker monitors, and 3mm to headphone on both the front and back of PC.I think I have narrowed it down to an interference from Razer products. The audio gets a low audible static when I plug in the mouse [or if there is movement on screen, like a YouTube video or gaming]. This turns to crackling static when I scroll mouse or play games. It gets more noticeable when the game is silent or louder when you increase the volume. [These sounds also persist when the PC is on mute via Windows Volume Mixer]The other sound comes from the keyboard. This sound is a faint ringing pitch. It is noticeable when the LED cycles colors, when the intensity of the LED brightness is increased and also when you toggle the Caps, Scr Lk, or Num Lk. These pitch

I had an issue with my audio crackling for my newly bought razer kraken 3 so i look on the forums and i see the issue can be resolved by updating the firmware, so i go to install the firmware and i download the firmware updater and it tells me to plug in my headset.So I plug it in, but it doesn’t acknowledge that it is plugged in and turned on, i see there are similar tickets to this so i try what was posted there for trouble shooting, I restart my computer, I try a different computer, I plug it into the mother board. But nothing works.

yes i was curious to know cause i was thinking about getting this headset cause i saw many people talking about the v2 hinges and how they broke off so i was wondering if they fixed this with the new headset and i didnt know where else to turn but to come here and ask if i can get any response that would be great thank you in advance
