Razer Support

So here's the problem I'm having my edge regardless how long it is charged for always shows it is af 1%. I have tried everything I can think of to remedy it. Restarted it, off and on again, changed chargers, checked settings, cannot update it or factory reset as it says the battery is too low. I have only had it a few months so it shouldn't be having actually problems with the battery. Nothing new occured that would have caused this it is kept in doors in my bedroom, charging port is clear of any debris. I am at a total loss of what to do with this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I got the Wolverine v3 8k PC a few weeks ago. Hardware is nice: paddles are in a natural position, love the clickiness of everything, sticks tuned fairly well, sensitivity clutch is novel. But that said, the software is extremely lacking, especially when compared to controllers of the same price point and even lower - Gamesir Cyclone is different ergonomically but is miles ahead in software and more than half the price. Are there any plans stated anywhere or laid out about the future customization of the software? Ultimately, all that can be done is a choosing the polling rate, adjusting the level of sensitivity while using the clutch, and calibrating/testing the sticks. Where are the  overall sensitivity adjustments? More thorough and useful macro tools? Remapping of other buttons besides the paddles and shoulder buttons? Hell even, better usage in the razer ecosystem. 

Hey,I switched from Deathadder V2 to V3 and after I updated Synapse 3 to 4 with logged in into my Acc, every Makros got deleated and they were for like 20 Games and most FPS (where settings are very important for me). Ik that the acc has saved all makros bc I already reinstalled windows and stuff, but after logging in, the makros were still there, but not now. Why?? Thanks for the help.

Not having replacement analog sticks is almost criminal. These small sticks that easily fall out make it unusable if you lose one. Absolutely insane to not be able to easily purchase replacement parts. Will never use another Razer product 

Hello, I sent my Razer Blackshark v2 SE headset in for warranty repair, and a replacement report has been issued. Since they don't have the same model, they're suggesting a different replacement. My priority, of course, will be to request a V2 Pro model. If they don't have the Blackshark series, which Kraken model should I request? If anyone has any information on this, I'd appreciate it.I specifically bought the USB version because my motherboard (MSI B550 Gaming Plus) didn't have good sound. I was generally satisfied with the Blackshark v2's sound quality, but the only drawback was the instability of the volume up/down buttons. I'd like to ask you guys for a Razer equivalent that would provide the same performance.

HiI have a Razer Naga v2 Pro with Firmware 1.3.0.0, Razer Synapse V4.0.86.2508190742 and those assignments are not working in my Windows 10 nor 11 in any browser (Chrome, Waterfox) not even in windows file explorer (for the ctrl+w only, I don’t expect others to work). With my logitech 602s I have no issues in any browser nor file explorer (again, just regarding the ctrl+w to close the window).  This would make the issue Razer related, rather than my particular setup. I googled and read on reddit posts about the issue of samsung magician being present, thought I didn’t have it open nor let it run in the background, I did had it installed and the service was running. Stopping the service didn’t do anything, so I proceeded to uninstall it and reboot, but the issue persists. Please help how to make it work or get Razer to fix this issue that seems to be ongoing for years now in other mice too for what I have seen searching. Thank you.

So this persisted through an entire windows reinstall. I have all razer peripherals. Razer Basilisk V3 Pro.Periodically when scrolling, it’ll just stop scrolling down. If I scroll up slightly it’ll allow me to scroll down again. Was on Synapse 4 and installed Synapse 3 due to issues with keyboard lighting. Not sure if this is some glitch in the firmware or what. Doesn’t do this with another mouse installed on the computer.

​First of all, it was so difficult to fond the light up option. And my problem rn is:   My keyboard doesnt light up even when I turn on the lighting/brightness and make it as bright as possible. Nothing happens. Please help me. Turning off the two ✅️ didnt help either.     ​

Hello, I have an Iskur XL Fabric I purchased in December of 2021. It’s been a great chair, except in April 2023 the baseplate tore / the metal sheared, after which I received a warranty replacement, which I was happy with, However, it’s August 2025 and it’s happened again. however my chair is out of warranty. I’m willing to purchase a new baseplate (and base for the wheels / casters, as I can’t seem to separate them anymore), however I don’t have a place to purchase replacement parts.  What would be a path to purchasing replacement parts for this chair? I’ve been generally very happy with it and would prefer to stick with it, even at the expense of replacement parts. Thanks!  

Hello, my Razer Iskur chair has broken. Can I buy somewere a spare parts? I have this chair 1 year and 9 months. I haven't used it much, but it’s broke. Maybe I can buy some stronger parts?

I currently have a Razer Barracuda X (2022) and when i registered it i never got an activation code sent to my email. also this is brand new and straight out of the box. i have had it for almost a month but i tried to get the code the same week i had it but it didn’t work and i forgot about it for a while(3 and a bit weeks)

I don’t receive any OTP and Backup Code NOT work!!! AND I TRY MANY TIME, Support PLEASE HELP I can’t purchase, SALE left 8hr!!!! 

After a few hours of use, the mouse frequently disconnects, and this issue occurs repeatedly. I attempted to resolve the problem by replacing the battery, but the disconnections persisted. I also performed a reset through Razer Synapse 3, but the issue still remains.As of now, after two days, the mouse no longer enters pairing mode.I would greatly appreciate any guidance or support on possible next steps to resolve this issue.

Hey all, Does anyone know how to claim/purchase spare parts for a Razer Enki X. I’ve had this chair for 2-3 years now and I’ve treated it super super well, but for some reason, the weld on one of the legs has completely snapped out of nowhere.Totally weird that the actual metal has snapped - I’ve never jumped on it, or used it roughly, it literally just cracked and snapped one day while I was sitting on it.At this point, my entire leg base has cracked and the whole thing is close to falling apart. I’d prefer to not have to buy a whole new chair, but I cant find anywhere to get spare parts. Has anyone had similar issues? Thanks!

exactly as the title said everytime i play a game it freezes for a bit every 5 seconds.i have updated the software and firmware listed on the razer support website and updated my graphics drivers.am wondering what i can try next 

For the past week or so ive been having an issue where when my headset is plugged in, audio will randomly cut out and ill have to turn the headset back on. This happens every 30 seconds or so and it has made it VERY difficult to use. When im using the headset wirelessly, all is fine though which is what confuses me most.There will also be over day long periods where all is fine and Ill have no problems. Also to note, there are no sound cues within the headset, such as low battery or loss of connection while im having these issues.

Hi,Hi, I discovered that the base of my chair is broken where the gas spring is inserted, which is scratching my parquet floor. As I discovered when searching for support without a serial number, this is a known structural issue. For further information, the chair is just over 2 years old and is used by my son, who weighs just 73 kg.Unfortunately, I can't contact support via the website because I can't find a serial number.It would be nice if I could find a quick solution, as I would have expected a bit more quality for a chair that cost around €300 at the time.

I’ve had my Razer Cobra Pro for a couple of months now, I used it sometimes in one laptop using the 2.4 dongle, then switching to the BT connection when I needed the port. I’ve changed laptop and now it won’t work.The BT connection message appears in W11 (same OS from the last laptop, btw) but with every try, it just cannot connect and it won’t appear on the BT settings.The firmware is up to date both for the dongle and the mouse.

So my DA V2 X decided to have a relatively rapid degradation over the past few days until ultimately it has died, more specifically the laser is not outputting any light source (digi cam/phone not picking up a light source).All other functions work i.e. micro switches and scroll, but the laser is dead. The voltage at the emitter legs is 0.78V, does that mean anything to anyone: under/over voltage, correct? Anyone know the specs or a where I can source one? Cheers,Tom.

So I have this headset since Christmas last year and I wanna specify my sound quality and bass etc. but when I try to connect it to the Razer audio app it doesn’t find my headset.It does connect with the phone and everything but it just doesn’t work with the app.I wanna make the sound better so please give me some advice.thanks and god bless 

Hello,I'm about to order the fully specced blade 16 2025 with AMD RYZEN AI 9 370, RTX 5090, 64GB RAM, 4TB. Here in Greece it costs €4799. When I get to make the payment it informs me of taxes due to customs of €930.My question is: where is the laptop coming from (ie Hong Kong or US) or since I order from www.razer.com/eu-en it comes from somewhere within EU, therefore there is no extra charge of taxes due to customs and I get to pay only the price? Is there any way to make sure that it will not come from outside EU since if this happens it will be inconvenient as I will have to pay importing taxes. Thanks.
