I have bought a used mouse and when I got it, it was fully charged. when I started using the mouse everything worked fine. I used it for about 4-6 hours before it died. Then when i tried charging the mouse the mouse only charged to 36% then stopped charging. I then started to use the mouse after noticing that i was no charging past the 36%. i got it down to 20% and then tried charging again but the percentage would not go past 20%. My problems at this moment is that the percentage is at 0% but the mouse last hours wirelessly, the mouse wheel will blink red. I'm guessing it thinks its dying. I cant use the RGB because of this.Things I tried to fix this problem:Reset and update both the Mouse and the Dock. Clean the contact points. Uninstalled and Updated my Synapse to the Beta because I had an older version of it. No Change. Tried charging the mouse through wired and the dock. Used different computers and different USB slots. charged the mouse while being on and off. Multiple hours for

7 year old battery started to charge intermittently (may have been USB C connector issue) but then swelled significantly (deformed the case). Charger replaced (65W rather than 45W original) and battery replaced. Started normally but didn’t seem to be charging. Uninstalled battery drivers and restarted. Keyboard lights came on in keeping with settings to indicate charging active (useful when the old battery would stop charging intermittently). After restart windows (v10) reinstalled battery drivers and the keyboard lights went out although green LED on front of case illuminated green.Don’t know what to do nowCan any clever people help please?Rob

Some of my main keys like the space bar or the back space is not working I need somone to help me with this issues also windows and control not working either 

v3 wolverine tournament edition for pc , just got this, when i connected initially to my pc worked great, after a restart and i am assuming an update it no longer vibrates, have tried everything to make it work again but am now considering sending it back, now understand why amazon show is as a most returned item

While I am disappointed that Razer fails to offer a docking station that not only enables a multi-monitor setup but also sufficient power to remove the seperate power supply altogether, HP seems to offer a solution that will satisfy the extended power needs: the HP Thunderbolt Dockingstation 280W G4. Has anyone tried if this dockingstation is sufficient to account for the power need of the G16 Blade (i got the 2025 Version with 64GB RAM and GF 5090)? Or does anyone know if Razer plans to offer a fitting alternative? Thank you

Hello, I was updating my Leviathan v2 soundbar to version 1.04.00 and for some reason the update suddenly stopped and my soundbar never turned back on again. It’s still brand new, just bought it last month.I tried using other cables, others power outlets etc. But it still not turn on :cdoes someone had experienced this before, can someone help me, please?

i have an issue with the tilt mechanism on my chair and the broblem is when i push the leaver i lean back all the way and when push the lever in lock the tilt it doesnt lock right and when i wanto to lean a bit forvard then unlocks the tilt and it goes back to previous possition 

The chair has started to “wobble” when sitting in it. When it first started it was just a slight - lean on left arm rest, the chair would tilt a little to the left.Now even a slight weight shift and it will tilt several degrees.All screws are as tight as I can get without a drill, all parts are in visibly “like new” condition.The “wobble”/shift can be performed by hand, even with no weight on the chair. The visible shift is somewhere between the chair mount and the centre gas cylinder but have been unable to find any fix. The chair is out of warranty, I just need to know if I can purchase a baseplate (H). Thanks

To proceed with RMA, I proved the purchase details and explained the symptoms, and the laser told me to send the item for RMA, so I sent it by courier, and suddenly after receiving the item, they said they can't proceed with RMA because they can't prove the purchase.How can I get my stuff back?…. 

Hey All, Posting this to help out those who have tried everything Razer Support have suggested and it still doesn’t work. And I am posting this in the hopes Razer will spot this and investigate.  I was at the point throwing away my razer gear and going with the competition until I found this reddit post. If you are having issues with Synapse 4 not launching, try this wonderful fix on reddit by vDoro (pay this man Razer).  Please note you are editing the registry of windows with this so do it at your own risk.  Now if Razer would fix this then maybe we wouldn’t have to seek 3rd party solutions.Synapse 4 not launching - Reddit by vDoro This worked a treat for me, solving several issues I was having with Razer software.  *Edit - Please note, do everything Razer Support suggests first, this is your last resort solution.*Edit - Link Fixed

When I try to launch the apps after window update yesterday. It said rzappengine exe - Application Error The instruction at 0x00007FFE87A6EB21 referenced memory at OxFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF. The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program. And I can’t use the apps please help.

Hi, I want to order a Razer Blade 18” (2025) and my question is can I add a 4TB NVMe M2.0 drive with PCIe 4.0 and another one with 4 TB and PCIe 5.0, totalling 8 TB?This is confusing at the moment and I would like to order these drives before the laptop arrives so I can install the memory when the laptop arrives.

I recently purchased a new Razer Barracuda X Chroma and registered the product, but I have not received the activation code via email. The "Request a New Activation Code" feature on the website is not working for me. I have checked all my email folders and have never received my code. I have also changed my main email address on the Razer ID website (razerid.razer.com), but the "Request a New Activation Code" function is still sending the code to my old email address. Is there another way I can obtain the activation code, or how can I change the email address that it is being sent to?

Okay, so I’ve been trying to make a specific macro for a few hours now with no luck, and the internet has not proven the most helpful.I’d like to make a macro command where effectively I can hold down a button and while I do so, any other button I hold would be clicked like the turbo option of the mouse.Alternatively, should that prove to be impossible, I’d like to hold the macro activation key to enable or toggle the turbo setting on the left click, so I could simply toggle it on/off, or hold the macro button and have turbo enabled while the button is held. Are either of these possible on Synapse 4? 

Hi, I'm having issues charging my Deathadder, works when plugged in via cable but still shows 0 percent charge in synapse after several hours. I dont use this mouse frequently as it's for when I'm travelling  Also I have recently done a firmware update to the dongle and mouse itself and still the same results Thanks,Jake.
