So I have this headset since Christmas last year and I wanna specify my sound quality and bass etc. but when I try to connect it to the Razer audio app it doesn’t find my headset.It does connect with the phone and everything but it just doesn’t work with the app.I wanna make the sound better so please give me some advice.thanks and god bless 

Hello,I'm about to order the fully specced blade 16 2025 with AMD RYZEN AI 9 370, RTX 5090, 64GB RAM, 4TB. Here in Greece it costs €4799. When I get to make the payment it informs me of taxes due to customs of €930.My question is: where is the laptop coming from (ie Hong Kong or US) or since I order from www.razer.com/eu-en it comes from somewhere within EU, therefore there is no extra charge of taxes due to customs and I get to pay only the price? Is there any way to make sure that it will not come from outside EU since if this happens it will be inconvenient as I will have to pay importing taxes. Thanks.

Hi everyone,After upgrading my PC from Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11 Pro, my RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 PRO headphones stopped working and I can't hear anything.I tried downloading the latest drivers from the official RAZER website, but it still doesn't work. I uninstalled the drivers and Synapse and restarted my PC, but the headphones still don't make any sound.I restarted my PC with the Microsoft drivers, but the headphones still don't work. I also disabled the spatial audio effects.I updated the operating system, but it's still the same.I'm left with a lot of useless hardware.Can anyone help me?

I can not get my controller to be recognized by the PC.  It works on everything. My game , controller testers. The firmware app won’t recognize it. The Xbox app doesn’t recognize it. I have never been so frustrated dealing with a controller in my life. 

I purchased them on August 24, 2025. But I can't enjoy the 7.1 sound 

In greece, companies purchacing laptops for businesses is free of VAT, and the company which the laptop is required to allow this. How can I get this in the razer checkout, together with a buisness invoice, not a receipt, to a company and not an individual.Is this conected to the razer corporate programm?

Hello. I have recently purchased the new Razer Kraken v4 wireless headset. When I open its properties in Razer Synapse, it requests me to make the “Game” sound setting the default sound setting. However, with the “Razer Kraken V4 - Game” setting, I cannot play audio on Spotify and YouTube, as the music gets paused immediately, even when I attempt to resume it. The only way to fix this is to go into my computer’s settings: Control panel > Sound and set the Razer Kraken v4 as the default output device. This would normally be completely fine and standard, however, the audio setting that Windows 11 sets as the default output setting on this new headset is “Razer Kraken V4 - BT”. This makes Spotify and YouTube work as intended, but it now makes me unable to edit my headset in Razer Synapse, because Synapse forces me to switch to “Razer Kraken V4 - Game” in order to do that, which means it forces me to use the setting that makes Spotify and YouTube unusable. Is there any fix for this? Hi!I permanently lost my mobile number linked to my razer account :(. I do have full access to the email and I have a new phone number to replace my previous one. I need help asap <3

I’ve had no problems with my headset or the software until today. After the new Razer update, my Razer Nari Ultimate headset stopped connecting to my computer. Sometimes trying plugging the lead or dongle in, it would keep connecting and disconnecting, in the sound settings it was blinking between my headset and one of my monitors monitor speakers. Going into my PC settings, it looks like there is a problem with the drivers after the update.I’ve tried to the repair option and also reinstalled it. The only downloadable drivers I could find was from 2019 and after downloading it, the next button was greyed out. Is there something to download to get it to work again, a way to go back to the previous update or do I need to wait for update/hotfix?

does the Blackshark v3 pro for xbox have full razer synapse support for pc?

I’ve had my razor kitty headset since Christmas 2021 and they’ve recently started disconnecting a lot with a popping noise. I’m not sure if it’s a razer synapse issue because it’s everytime I move my laptop slightly it disconnects like there’s an issue with the usb/wire that’s broken ?? Is there a way I can fix this if it’s a wire issue ? Kinda upset they’re not even that old and they’re already showing signs of wear and tear :(

Hello,Just yesterday, the sound still worked fine. Then this morning, it doesn’t anymore.The power is on, the device is recognised by Windows, the pilot seems up to date. But the Razer Nommo Pro speakers deliver no sound whatsoever. (And the sound works on other devices.)I’ve tried:Restarting the computer. Unplugging and replugging the power cable. Unplugging and replugging the USB cable into a different port. Uninstalling and reinstalling the device. Using your firmwire updater, which states no update is needed.All to no avail.Could you please help me?Best regards

I was given a few months ago some Blackshark v2 x USB headphones and until today I started using them, but when I put them on the sound was very deep in the games and when I wanted to activate the surround sound the card didn't have the code but now to be able to request the code in Razer ID it asks me for the receipt, date of purchase and place of purchase, I don't have that information now and I don't have access to my code to activate the surround sound.

I have just purchased the Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed headset simply because I wanted the THX side of things. However, I now find out, despite the headset being listed as one of the devices which can use THX Spacial Audio AND it also states in the manual to activate the software, why do I receive the message as in the image below. I don’t want any of this “it’s THX Enabled” rubbish. I want to be able to use the THX app as I expected to get. If this headset doesn’t support it, despite stating it does, which ones in the list actually DO have an activation code for THX? A bit hacked off, this is not made clear ANYWHERE; not even in their own manual!  

I’ve unpacked this months ago and no longer have the box, I want to use surround sound but I don’t have the serial number or the activation code. Is this just a loss cause then?

The dongle it self connects to my mouse (DAV3). When I plug in the hyperpolling dongle its not registering so i can’t access the 4k polling. 1k polling is the highest I can go. The led on the hyper polling hasn't turned on when plugged in. Not sure if it Faulty or I'm doing something wrong. 

Since the last update of Razer Sypnase 3, I cannot configure my THX, nor does the light on the controller turn on without problems. If I press the buttons, it reacts in the program. I also cannot configure the 7.1 as I could do before by zooming in or out. the sounds according to my taste in the circle since with this new interface there is no option, these errors have occurred to me with this new interface since yesterday's update on the 06th I attach a screenshot of how it looks to me now apart from the fact that it no longer works correctly the thx since although it does respond to the buttons I don't have light or sound to prove it like before
