Hi, I'm having issues charging my Deathadder, works when plugged in via cable but still shows 0 percent charge in synapse after several hours. I dont use this mouse frequently as it's for when I'm travelling  Also I have recently done a firmware update to the dongle and mouse itself and still the same results Thanks,Jake.

Пропал звук и система водяного охлаждения после обновления на synapse 4. Драйверы обновлял , виндовс 10 обновлял до последней версии. Чистую установку делал.

My macro is a very simple one, an auto clicker macro. But there's an issue. Anytime I hold the button down for the auto clicking to begin, it starts but lags to the point that when I let go of the button, its still clicking. And its clicking in a laggy way also.

If I only enable NVIDIA graphics in the BIOS with using external monitor, my computer have restarts. At the same time, when I start it with a monitor connected, Windows starts and goes to a black screen and restarts. When I set the BIOS to use integrated graphics (Intel), everything (with conneted external monitor) works fine. Does anyone else experience this, or is this normal?

Hello, I have a Razer keyboard which I purchased about 8 months ago. There is a strange red mark under one of the keys (Shift key area), and it looks like a factory defect because it does not come off when I try to clean it. The key works fine but I wanted to ask if this is something that can be repaired or replaced under warranty. Thank you.

I’ve recently had this issue with my 1,5 yr old Basilisk v3, (after swapping a gpu from a 3060ti to a 9070XT where moving the mouse and holding down a button, and then releasing the button makes the inputs not do anything, for a few milliseconds the mouse doesn’t register any inputs, and also the either the left or right clicks get stuck. I’ve tried diagnosing this problem with NohBoard, and for some reason the “clicks getting stuck issue” only happens in games, in fact, this whole problem only happens in games, and not on the desktop nor in programs. I have also updated the firmware to the latest, deleted and reinstalled (and now deleted) Synapse, plugged the mouse to another port, and removed the mouse from device manager, but none have seemed to fix my issue. I believe this is a software issue, and not a hardware related problem, but I’d like to hear suggestions about both.

I just realized that I need to download an extra software to activate the 7.1 i thought i did it through reltek when I bought it, and now when i looked at the serial due to using the headphone for a almost a year the area of the serial is worn off , please advise what to do..

Good afternoon, since I acquired the V2X product, I have had a failure when moving the headset or raising or lowering its volume, the audio tends to become corrupted or disappear completely until I put it in the right place, I would appreciate it if you could help me solve this problem or request a solution, new drivers updated to the latest version, including 7.1 surround sound. I have this keyboard: RAZER™ HUNTSMAN V2 - OPTICAL GAMING KEYBOARD (LINEAR RED SWITCH) - NORDIC LAYOUT. I just got it this week, and ever since I’ve got it the volume wheel won’t work. When I scroll it, the volume bar for windows pops up but it neither goes up or down. It just stays at whatever I’ve put it at.The volume bar works for muting when I press it down however.I’ve tried searching for a solution, and tried changing the buttons on Synapse to get it to work. Also reinstalled Synapse and updating+repairing the software. I’ve tried finding firmware updater but can’t find the right one. Any help please? 

I lost several files and photos when Cortex started a clean that removed several items on my pc. Im wondering how to get it restored and back on my computer since many of those files I use for my classes and work.Would greatly appreciate the assistance to restore my files please.

The Razer Cortex deleted some personal files - photos and videos of that specifically. Is there a way to recover these lost files? I have tried using two separate software from finding it on Google but the files are not opening and could be corrupted.Why would a general system clean up delete PXL files that are clearly not junk?

I recently used Razer Cortex to free up clean my computer, and it is not the first time I have used it. I have never had problems until now, after running the system clean I have noticed that many downloaded files were erased, I have always have deleted files turned off before cleaning and for some reason it was on now without me realizing since I never worried about it turning on before. Days of work have now been completely erased, is there anything I can do? I have been trying recovery software but the file types I am trying to recover (.blend files from blender) seem to be giving it issues. Is there anything Razer can do to help me?

Hola, buen día Tengo un Razer Viper V2 Pro desde hace aproximadamente 2 años y dejó de funcionar correctamente. El dongle inalámbrico (receptor USB) dejó de detectarse en cualquier PC. Ya probé en varias computadoras, puertos USB y reinstalé Synapse, pero sigue sin funcionar. Además, el scroll wheel (rueda de desplazamiento) también dejó de funcionar bien. Necesito saber si hay alguna solución o si alguna reparación, ya que no sé qué más hacer. Agradezco su ayuda. mi numero de serie es S/N PM2218H25207275

video: I bought a new to me 2023 razer blade 18 w/ a 4090. It didn’t bother me at first, but the display wobbles on the hinge internally. I took the back off the laptop and made sure the hinge screws were tightened all the way, and they were. I then noticed that the wobble is actually somewhere under the plastic cover on the bottom of the display. I am unable to remove this to investigate, it feels like I’m going to break something. I saw this was a common issue, but nobody seems to have a fix online. Is the wobble normal? The screen can wobble maybe about half of an inch back and forth with as little force as somebody breathing on it. I feel like it’s getting worse, and while that could be placebo, somebody on Reddit said the same thing.  Any ideas? I might sell the thing if I can’t figure it out, I’m starting to obsess over it. 

I have a problem with my headset. I have had an interference noise for a while and I don't know what to do about it. The interference noise is only there sometimes, about every 10 seconds for about 2 seconds. 

Bonjour, En ce moment je rencontre des problème avec mes écouteurs hammered true wirless 2nd génération. Je les ai depuis 2 ans et jusqu'à là tout où allait bien sauf aujourd'hui ou seulement 1 des écouteurs ces connecter. J'ai utilisé la méthode de la faq mais elle ne marche pas. I carefully scrated the cared and discovered that it is 12 digit code, instead of 14 digits code, how do get the two missing code to complete it 14 digit?

Have had since May last year, and as of yesterday it doesn’t appear to hold any charge. It acts like it’s charging, the green LED cycles on and off. Synapse said it’s charging, but after a while it just says 0% battery. Keyboard works charged. It’s in a HTPC environment, so this is highly problematic! Any help appreciated
