Hi there, My Razer blade 15 advanced was charging and when i disconnected the charger to take it with me I noticed the frame was not flush so I pressed it together and the battery blew out smoke. I quickly ran outside and tossed the smoking laptop to the ground and it burst into a small fire. Why would this happen? This is so dangerous, it could’ve been so much worse but thankfully I was downstairs by the sliding door.
I have razer blade 16 it is basically brand new I’ve only played minecraft on it. I often use an external wireless mouse which works fine, but sometimes when I wanna use my mousepad it does not work. It does not track my finger well or skips and jumps all over the place. It will sometimes randomly click and overall just not follow where my finger is going.I have updated the drivers, uninstalled the drivers, reset the laptop, and I just dont know what else to do. It is really frustrating to spend this much money on a computer and the mousepad of all things is what doesnt work. I am open to anything and everything. The laptop is out of warrenty cause im lazy and waited to long to deal with this problem. I am willing to take it in and pay for it to get fixed if Im sure that will solve the problem. Let me know if there is any other information needed and I will try to reply quickly.
Todos os métodos para reinstalar o firmware no modo de segurança não funciona já tentei todo, só fica ligado a luz do led do dpi em verde e dentro do mouse fica ligado a metade da luz verde abaixo do chip que tem que code
I have a Razer Viper Ultimate with the Mouse Dock Chroma. I’ve owned this mouse since October 2023, and it worked perfectly until a couple of days ago. After I cleaned my desk and reconnected the wires to my PC, the mouse started constantly disconnecting and reconnecting whenever the dongle was plugged into the dock.I have checked the cable and tried various USB ports on my PC, but the issue persists. I also updated the mouse firmware and used the Razer Mouse Pairing Utility to reconnect it, but nothing changed. To test the dock, I plugged my phone into it; it charged without any issues, and the connection didn't drop. Interestingly, the mouse still charges when placed on the dock, but the data connection for the dongle is unstable. My warranty has expired, and I can't afford a replacement right now. I’m not sure what to do next.
Hello Razer Support,I am experiencing an issue with my Razer Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed when using the 2.4GHz HyperSpeed USB dongle. The mouse randomly disconnects or becomes unresponsive for about 1–2 seconds, then reconnects automatically. During this time, the cursor freezes and I cannot move or click.I am using an Acer Nitro V 15 (ANV15-51-50UV) laptop, which only has USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports. Therefore, I am unable to test the mouse with a USB 2.0 port.I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Replaced the battery with a new one. Tested all available USB 3.2 ports on my laptop. Moved the dongle closer to the mouse. Disabled USB power saving in Windows. Updated Razer Synapse and checked for firmware updates (if applicable). The issue only occurs when using the HyperSpeed USB dongle. Could this be a hardware issue with the dongle or the mouse itself? Are there any additional troubleshooting steps I should try, or would this be covered under warranty?Thank you for your a
I rely on my audiophones but since I am new to technology, a friend told me that I had to install the app and create my account. When trying to register my product, she asks me for a code, but I check the box and can’t find it. Is there any way to recover this code?
Hi guys, and gals. SO yesterday everything worked fine, today however that’s not the case. My control hub doesn’t even show a single light, but it beeps when I turn the headset on like it’s connecting, but there’s no audio, nor is there any detection from windows or synapse. I’m completely baffled because I can’t reset something with no detection, my headset is in hyperspeed wireless mode, but still no audio, lights, or anything from the hub. The headset works when it’s plugged in, but I work from home, I can’t have it wired in 24/7 in case I have to switch desks for a task or something of the sort. I really love this headset it’s not even a year old I’m kinda at at a standstill. Does anyone know of a fix for this? I don’t have $400 to replace it.

How can I change my email on Razer without a verification code?? I no longer have access to my email. Please help.
I was moving out and I misplaced my dongle, I tried looking online to see if you guys sell replacements. Could not find any online. Is it possible for a dongle replacement or would I have to buy a new headset entirely?
I got a new dongle due to it not working and it getting snapped and i accidentally let the headphones die as i was waiting for the replacement and now the pairing utility wont workVideo Evidence: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uChrH_9XngXK8johRUgfCZbTSx-H5JhP/view?usp=sharing
Hi everyone ,I have issue with my new pc , Razer mini itx case.so all doing fine just the issue was with the rgb kunai fan not working .and I found that when I shutdown the pc it looks fine and the fan rgb lights on , but if razer synapse 4 app work it is immediately the fan light off and showing message (fan count error) .so I uninstall razer synapse 4 , then the fan lights works fine .so any suggestion you have for this issue ?
When turning on Razer Synapse, my Razer Kunai fan shuts down the RGB. I’ve connected this RGB into a loose daisy chain in the back of the computer, either coming from the Tomahawk Mini-ITX or the Razer Hanbo AIO; everything works fine with Razer Synapse shut down, and the colors are all synchronized. Once turning the software on, it shuts down the RGB for the fan with the message shown above.I’ve read that I can’t connect the Kunai directly into the Motherboard ARGB port due to voltage (or other?) differences, but if I can’t daisy-chain it with the Hanbo or the Case, then I have nowhere to plug the Kunai to?For context, I have the Tomahawk Mini-ITX case with this Kunai acting as the sole intake fan, and the Hanbo featuring 2 Kunais exhausting. I can’t fit any other fan, and I definitely cannot justify buying a controller for a single fan, that seems a bit ridiculous (also wouldn’t even know where to put it, as a Mini-ITX, it’s already full as-is). Am I missing something?Thank you for
Hi, I’ve been trying to use the bluetooth/wireless feature of my Nari Ultimate and it isn’t letting me. I can’t tell if it’s a connectivity issue or something else; my PC seems to recognize the headset just fine, as it shows up in the list of bluetooth devices. But when I use the actual pairing utility the pairing always fails. Windows tells me the device is ready to use.The dongle recovery tool claims that the dongle is successfully recovered. It lists my headphone and dongle as both version 106.I saw someone else claim that they let their headphones drop to 0 charge and that’s true of mine.
I bought a Lachesis in 2007, then another years later when the first died, shame on me for never registering anything in my life.Do you plan on releasing another ambidextrous mouse with a similar shape and button positioning in the future?Or would I be better off 3D printing a new shell and migrating the internals of another Razer mouse over to it?Obviously don’t want to waste the time, and buy a 3D printer, if you plan on revisiting this model. Appreciate and look forward to your response.
Just upgraded from the deathadder V2 to V3. I have a black, leather mousepad and the V2 worked fine on it. Now the V3 keeps stuttering on it but works fine on my white matte desk. Tried re-calibrating and different USB ports and nothing fixes the problem. Also the Razer support page is useless. There is absolutely no way I can contact official support.
Same as many people in this forum I'm having trouble with the 6/22/26 update it has absolutely fucked up my thumbstick ,its not working in any games I play has anyone got any fixes that work, Actually contacting Razer is like trying to nail jelly to a tree
Hi, I have a Naga Pro, and unfortunately it doesn't charge, the charging plate is screwed up. Is there anywhere I can buy that plate?
I have the following products: RZ02-04920100-R3M1 (Razer Firefly V2 Pro Fully Illuminated RGB Gaming Mouse Mat) and RZ03-04460100-R3M1 (Razer Ornata V3 Keyboard). There are no product updates for these. Does anyone know the current firmware version?
Device: Razer Pro Click (original, RZ01-02990), connected via the 2.4GHz USB dongle.Problem:On my HP PC (Windows 11), the mouse moves and clicks normally, but no button remaps or macros work at all in Synapse. The macros I created (next tab, previous tab, open link) show correctly in the Synapse app, but nothing happens when I press the buttons. The exact same mouse and dongle work perfectly on my ASUS laptop running Synapse 3 — all macros function there.Key finding: It's not just macros — even a basic single-key remap fails. I assigned a button to type the letter "C", opened Notepad, pressed it, and nothing typed. So Synapse is not controlling the mouse on this PC at all.Troubleshooting I have already done:Confirmed Synapse is running and set to Run as administrator. Re-created the macros fresh on the HP — no change. Tested a plain single-key remap ("C") into Notepad — nothing types. Checked Device Manager: no "Razer" device appears anywhere — the mouse only shows as a generic "HID-co
So it seems legacy devices aren’t working anymore with the new software upgrade that Razer is shoving down our throats. I was happy with my orbweaver chroma, it worked perfectly, I took care of it. Now it’s what a paperweight? Is there a way to opt. out of Razer’s BS? Is there a way for me to just continue to have the thing that was working continue to work? I mean there is a way for me to opt out, and if they just bricked my favorite gamepad to make me buy something newer, I’m literally never buying anything from them again.

I’ve had my headset for a little over 18 months and my dongle recently stopped working. The cable and the headset are functioning properly, so I’m trying to figure out where I can get a replacement dongle. This is the RC30-0496 transceiver.
