The y key and the spacebar on my 2024 Razer Blade 14 built in keyboard only occasionally work.  I often have to hit the spacebar somewhat forcefully a couple times before it starts registering and this sometimes works for the y key and sometimes doesn’t.  The y key is much worse than the spacebar and the only consistent way I can use the y character is by copying and pasting it.  The two keys will often give me a little bit of constant usage if they decide to work before stopping it they remain unused for a bit.  I have tried restarting my computer, shutting down by holding the power key for over 20 seconds, reinstalling the razer blade keyboard driver as listed in this link and none of them have made any changes.  Unfortunately this issue started right after the warranty on my razer blade ran out.  What should I attempt to solve this problem?

So I bought a used razer deathadder v3 pro mouse and the dongle broke. So I bought a DAv3 dongle separately to replace it. However I have no idea how to pair the two, or if it they are even compatible with each other. Does anyone know how to pair the dongle with the mouse? Or if it isn't possible

Hi.Recently mi Kraken Ultimate headsets are “poping” and disconnecting and connecting every 10 minutes more or less, the microphone gets muted alone as well… Im so done whith this and i cant find a solution anywere. Please  any help given will be apreciate. Thank You so much 

So, when synapse is on, my mouse isn’t working, i can’t moove my cursor and buttons aren’t working too.. when synapse is off, the mouse work but i don’t have any profile :/ 

I’ve been using Razer gear for a while now, and credit where it’s due—the hardware is top-notch. The build quality, ergonomics, and physical performance of the devices are incredible, and it’s the main reason I keep coming back to the brand.That said, the software experience is completely dragging the hardware down.Lately, it feels like all the development energy is being poured into pushing trendy AI features that nobody actually asked for, while basic, everyday software stability is left in the dust. We don't need bloatware or AI gimmicks. We need Razer Synapse to actually work consistently without crashing, not detecting devices, and not just stop working.I mean can you guys make a Synapse-Lite or something. Please shift the focus back to the fundamentals: stability, speed, and reliability. Great hardware deserves software that just works quietly and reliably in the background. Pretty sure it doesn’t costs that much, even an Ai model can do it. Pretty sure its viable.

Recently I got the razer blackshark v3 headphones, and THX spatial audio sounds hollow/bad. I’ve spent plenty of time trying to fix the issue, though every source is outdated. I’m hoping i can find a fix that actually works.

The volume wheel works perfectly when I uninstall Razer Synapse. or when I don't sign in to it. but I don't want to uninstall the program because I use it for Snap Tap.

I’ve lost my razer viper v2 dongle and was wondering what to do to keep using is wireless because the dongle is sold out everywhere 

The mapping for the 2,3,5,6,8,9, and 11 and 12 keys is off. it is almost like the bottom two rows are stacked on the top two rows. Top row 1 8 9, second row 4 11 12, third row 7 2 3, and fourth row 10  5 6. This is super weird. It is set correctly in synapse. I have cleaned the mouse and connectors. Both other plates work correctly. Any help would be appreciated.

Any solution to this? My headset will disconnect randomly or distortion. I already do full uninstallation and install back for my razer synap amd chroma app. How to solve this issue? By the way i have no problem using my wireless hammerhead earbud.

Is it possible to get a replacement dongle for the barracuda x chroma headset? I lost mine and it's the only way to use my headset with my ps5. The Bluetooth feature is not compatible with my PlayStation.

Hello Razer Support, I have a Razer Viper Ultimate (Model: RC30-030501), and the USB HyperSpeed dongle was accidentally physically damaged and no longer works. The headset has been working perfectly since I bought it until some days ago when I noticed that if I have the volume a little too high, it starts cracking and eventually the right ear stops working ‘til I lower the volume.It normally doesn’t reach this level, but I’m trying to see a movie that has overall high volume and even with a low volume in which I barely hear the movie I can still hear the cracking, so this is now becoming a concern for me.I don’t have any kind of Razer software installed, only the drivers automatically installed when plugging in the USB-C dongle, which is the mode I use the headphones with.

The mouse won't connect to the PC with 2.4 GHz, and even when plugged in, no charging lights or anything else comes on. The sensor is on i can see it, but I don't know why the PC isn't detecting it. I already tried with another pc and nothing.

Hello, I had a problem with my Razer Kraken V3 Headphones . Today, my Razer Synapse 4 updated on 30-07-2026 . After that, the sound in my Razer Kraken V3 headphones became terrible. The sound began to fluctuate in volume and there is a feeling as if someone in real time turns the equalizer, so the sound becomes unbearable. Also, if you start watching a Youtube video for example, the sound only comes on after 2-3 seconds and after that it also sounds terrible.Part of what has helped is disabling “Sound Enhancements” or turning on “Disable all additional effects” in the Windows 11 sound settings. But the problem is that doing so disables the entire Razer Synapse 4 program (i.e. all my profiles, EQ settings, and THX Sounds (spatial sound)).hope this problem will be solved, as I have been using spatial sound and equalizer in Razer Synapse all the time.

When i try to adjust the volume it wont work at both ends, The power button does work but only for pressing, (which is changing modes) but wont power off when holding the power button. I will provide 2 videos of the problem if i need to privately dm since the description doesn't take videos, Thank you

Razer Synapse shows a ‘FIRMWARE UPDATE AVAILABLE’ message. I get sent to this page https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/19821 where I follow the instructions to update the firmware. I am able to successfully update everything except for ‘BIOS Firmware Updater v2.02’ released June 30th 2026. I follow each step from page https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/15235 yet it still does not update from BIOS version v2.00 to v2.02. What happens after I press update and the laptop restarts is Razer Synapse still showing the firmware update message and then the BIOS updater still says that I am on BIOS v2.00. I have tried to multiple solutions from previous threads but none of them have worked. Please help, thank you.
