Hi, I have razer blade 15 2021 base model and getting Secure Boot Violation message every time I start my laptop also tried to rest pc from setting but didn’t solveplease guide to fix this

HelloI am currently using a Razer Pro Type Ultra keyboard and a Razer Pro Click V2 Vertical mouse.I would like to know if it is possible to connect and use both devices through a single USB wireless receiver.At the moment, I only have the USB receiver for the Pro Type keyboard connected. Is there a way to pair the Pro Click V2 Vertical mouse to the same receiver, or do I need to use each device with its own separate USB receiver?If pairing both devices to one receiver is possible, could you please guide me through the pairing process?Thank you.

I'm a fan of Razer mice. My first one was a Naga Hex, which after 8 years developed problems with the front buttons and I couldn't get it repaired. I then bought a Basilisk V3. The mouse is incredible, but after 2 years the rubber where the thumb rests deteriorated, which I found to be a big problem for a mouse of this category. I'm sending this message because I'm really very sad about this. I don’t have warranty and there is nothing to do about it. Sad. I’m sending some images for you. Maybe in next projects this could be solved. 

i recently lost my barracuda x chroma usb-c dongle and im looking for a place to obtain/buy a replacement. any help?

I had problems with the donlge working in my pc. So i switched it over to having the dongle in my charging dock. worked great until a few days ago.  It kept disconnecting an reconnecting every 3 seconds it seemed. Took the dongle out used the charging wire worked fine no issues afrer the disconnecting. Ive seen that there isnt any actual replacement for the dongle but it may be possible that someone can check the system to see if theres a replacement available. If thats something that could be done i’d appreciate it. Dont mind paying for a replacement. Thanks for your help.

Razer BlackWidow V4X, synapse 4. I had a static backlight profile configured with color-based key "Reactive" using Chroma RGB. It suddenly stopped working after a game. Initially, it manifested itself as a delay when pressing keys—the keystroke would trigger a second after each press. After a factory reset with ESC + CAPS + SPACE, the Reactive no longer worked, neither when reinstalling or uninstalling Synapse (and using guest mode), nor when rebooting the PC. It's also worth noting that in Onboard, pressing FN + CTRL + 6 turns off the backlight, and the Reactive returns to the color selected in Chroma. It's a minor issue, but the keyboard's charm is lost without this style.

I have blackshark v2 (not pro) with USB sound card, working great for the past 5+ years, update 2 days ago happened and suddenly no mic audio. Side channel audio works great, can hear game audio just fine, I just can’t communicate like a normal human being. Reddit wouldn’t let me post a question. I can’t open a support ticket because apparently my serial number isn’t f***ing valid. wtf. I paid for the product, it’s been working fine, Razer does an update and it breaks. wtf.

I lost the USB dongle for my Razer Wolverine V2 Pro. How can I get a replacement?

Hello got Razer Blade 18" (2025) | RZ09-0529 at the start of the summer, most of the time it’s connected to LG OLED77C5 via HDMI 2.1 and everything works great at 4k HDR 144hz, but my system just keeps randomly crashing/rebooting during gaming or just watching youtube videos or twitch. It happens absolutely random, i can game for 4 or more hours straight with heavy GPU usage with no restarts/crashes or it restarts twice in just 1 hour with no heavy usage of GPU or CPU. I have updated all drivers i could, updated BIOS and everything provided on razer website for my model, i have tried turning off any CPU and GPU overclocking and it still keeps happening. I installed the whocrashed soft and it shows nothing on this reboots.  AIso i dont have any other apps working in background except for synapse and other razer products.

The tilt base on my iskur v1 broke recently, as well as my right arm rest, due to moving. Unsure if i need a new tube, it rises and drops fine. Unsure of what to do, razercare refused to recognize my serial number, and I dont wanna get rid of the chair.

Hi I would like to putchase a replacement of the base of my gaming chair RZ38-02770300

This had already happen with another v4 mouse and they are both black but what happens is when i plug the usb in the mouse it sort of kills the mouse and dongle and doesn’t allow the mouse or dongle to work. For example when I had the first mouse it did the issue the same day where i plugged it into the usb and it killed the dongle and mouse from working and windows shows up a message saying usb unrecognized and i replaced it with another viper v4 mouse and it worked actually for a bit but then as of now i plugged it into to charge and it killed the dongle and mice which is so ridiculously annoying since it costs 160$ and i have to go through this problem TWICE.

The biggest issue Im facing right now is that when I click on the 7.1 Surround sound output device it plays no audio at all Im forced to use the default option, it worked properly for 2 weeks and all of a sudden it just stopped working, I have a legit license that came with the headphones too. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app already and it worked for a day or two but again today its giving me no sound when I use the 7.1 output device. The mic always resets to 0 volume every time I turn the headphones off for the night I have to launch the fuckass app filled with bloatware. The base audio of these headphones are genuinely dogshit you HAVE to make a custom eq profile AND turn on surround sound which doesnt work half the time just to have the middest audio experience, so PLEASE for the love of god tune your headphones better by defaultI can go on and on about the issues I have because the software is genuinely so incompetent I always end up opening the synapse app when all I want to

I just recieved my chair. During assymble I noticed that on one side of the backrest, a bracket is missing. How I get a extra bracket?  

I honestly cannot believe this is the level of repair quality being provided by Razer. I paid for a bent chassis repair and repeatedly emphasised to Razer that I wanted the repair done properly, because the chassis condition was my main concern. After an extremely slow support process, long response times and being without my laptop for an extended period, the device was finally returned to me….only for it to come back not even sitting flat on a desk. The laptop physically wobbles on a completely flat surface. For a company positioning itself as a premium gaming brand, returning a “repaired” laptop in this condition is embarrassing. What makes this even worse is that this was a paid repair. I specifically paid to have the chassis professionally fixed, yet the device now feels like it was either poorly assembled, improperly inspected, or simply rushed through the repair process. The communication throughout the entire experience has also been terrible.
