I purchased the Spatial Audio software, and I can't find my link to download the software. I can't find anything to help me. reading a bunch of faqs doesn't do a thing. What I need is for a human to actually email me the link to the software, and I can also attach back to the receipt for the purchase. 

Hello, thanks for your time. I have a Razer Blade Pro 17 2016 Product No. RZ09-02202E75 which has a battery that has bloated and become dangerous to use. A replacement attempt has already been made with an aftermarket battery which was defective. Would we be able to figure out a genuine replacement for this laptop so I can continue using it? Much appreciated  

This is my first time owning a razer mouse and I got the Deathadder Essential. It says synapse 4 has support for it, but every time I launch the app it says no device found

After changing profiles in razer synapse, my mouse disconnected and hasn’t been re-connecting. I get the windows usb connected sound, but the mouse doesn’t light up or work at all. I have reinstalled synapse, checked for driver updates, and restarted my pc. Any help would be appreciated.

   Hello, I lost the wireless dongle for my Razer Viper V3 Pro. Because of that, I purchased the HyperPolling dongle since the Razer website mentioned compatibility. However, I was unable to use it with my Viper V3 Pro mouse. I would like to ask if it is possible to request a replacement dongle for the Viper V3 Pro. If not, could you please let me know where I can purchase a compatible Viper V3 Pro receiver? Thank you for your assistance.

It started happening like a month ago on bootup and have been waiting for a solution.  I saw support reach out privately to other people in similar threads so I’m hoping that will help solve this.

I am running a Razer Leviathan RC30 from a macbook pro. I am able to get much better sound through the bluetooth connection rather than the wired connection. I upgraded the cable for the wired connection but still no luck. The reason why I would like the wired connection is there is an ever so slight lag on the bluetooth sound when I am watching video so the lips of the person speaking are always a little bit in front of the sound coming out of the speaker. I have tried all the Apple sound adjustments but to no avail. Is this a known issue with the older Leviathans?

Hi Team, It seems this is an issue others have run into here, but I haven’t been able to find an actual solution to this yet. When I boot up my Razer Blade 15 with secure boot, it gives the following message:“Secure Boot ViolationInvalid signature detected. Check Secure Boot Policy in setup.”I have turned off secure boot, which allowed me to access my computer again, but I don’t want to keep using it without secure boot. I did some digging, and it seems like this might have been triggered by Windows Security Update (KB5077181), but I’m no expert so I could be wrong. Would appreciate any help in getting this working again. Did all the updates that were possible trough the official website and available Windows Updates. Model: Razer Blade 15 advanced (Modelnummber: RZ09-0367B)Thanks!

My new headset has been working well for 2 months now, but when I put it on today I heard a weird noise. Whenever there’s a slight vibration in the left ear there’s always this noise that kind of sounds like a spring or something similar. It’s really annoying and I have to idea how to get rid of it.

Hello,Since yesterday my mouse has been disconnecting randomly every ~10 minutes. It would reconnect automatically after a few seconds, so I initially assumed it might be a battery issue.Today the mouse stopped working almost completely. The behavior is a bit unusual: When I plug in the wireless dongle, Windows detects the dongle correctly, but the mouse does not connect. When I connect the original cable directly to the mouse, it is not detected either. If I leave the mouse connected by cable for about 2–3 minutes, it eventually powers on and starts working again. When I check the battery level it shows around 90%. However, if I disconnect it and try to use it wirelessly again, the same cycle repeats: random disconnections followed by the mouse eventually stopping completely.At the moment I cannot get the mouse to connect again.I considered opening the mouse to check whether the battery was swollen or if cleaning the internals would help. My Mouse Dock Pro doesn't start up with Windows after a reboot. Although Synapse 4 launches correctly, the Dock Pro fails to connect automatically, and I have to manually unplug and replug the power cable every time.I have already checked all Windows and BIOS settings, and there are no power delivery restrictions (USB power saving is disabled). All device firmware and Synapse 4 are updated to the latest versions. I am using a Basilisk V3 Pro 35K mouse.Are there any similar reported cases? Unfortunately, there are no Razer service centers in my country, but I suspect the issue lies with the software rather than the Dock hardware itself

My just over 3 year old Razer Blade 14 Laptop has experienced what I understand to be a known issue and design flaw. When I suddenly could no longer turn it on, a repair tech check discovered that the motherboard had short circuited. When investigating this issue it seems it is a well documented issue due to the design of the product. I'm hopeful anyone could recommend any support avenues as I am incredibly disappointed that a product this expensive that is just over 3 years old could have such a short lifespan. Any feedback or support would be greatly appreciated. I’ve tried to find a contact for Razer Support but seems like the only avenue is here or reddit to post about my displeasure with the company and product.   

Recently bought a Seiren v2 pro and have been using it to great success except i only just noticed as the title suggests that my voice comes through my monitor when i speak into it. This doesnt affect how my voice is heard in lets say discord for example but it is very off putting because i hear my own voice coming from in front of me, ive tried googling it and looking at the mic setting on synapse but there doesnt seem to be any options for that anywhere other than my headset settings but im not using the mic in my headset so it doesnt really help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, it would be nice to get my voice to come through my head phones but i will also settle for turning it off entirely at this point if possible

I'm having a lighting problem with my keyboard for League of Legends on my Razer Synaspe 4. Special lighting for the game does not work in the ready profile, I also tried 3rd party applications but they do not work either. I think synapse 4 is an unfinished application, so why was its access to synapse 3 completely removed?

Had the joy of buying a v3 pro. But out the box the middle mouse button doesnt work. It scrolls fine but pressing down it doest register, it does click but no actual input... please Help

today the 9/9/25 i got myself a blackshark v3 cuz i saw reviews say its good and you could pinpoint the targetive tryd it for the main game im playing the most Rainbowsixso far i cant hear footstep everything sound muffled  i played with the EQ for idk how much i didnt found anything to make it sound good my old headset ASUS STRIX DSP a 6 year old headset have a crystal creal sound and i can pinpoint everything razer srs fix it  ASP a 2019 headset sound 100% better then a 2025 headset

Quisiera saber por qué mi cooler para celular no sube tantas revoluciones, lo intento configurar en la app pero al momento de ponerlo en alto, este se queda en la misma velocidad, tampoco en velocidad standard ni automático suben las revoluciones, lo abri( se que pierdo la garantía) y note que tiene pasta térmica limpiando y cambiando la pasta se puede solucionar? No quiero hacer gasto en pasta y que no funcione

As you can see in this photo, my dongle is hallucinating a second mouse that it is trying to connect to and thinks is offline. At the same time, my current mouse will only function when hardwired and will not connect to the dongle. How can I get the dongle to stop hallucinating and reconnect to my current mouse? 

I lost my old phone, which had the authenticator app installed, and I don't remember the authentication credentials for my Gmail account.I can no longer access the phone, and I don't even remember the authenticator account linked to my Gmail account. I installed Synapse 4 and found that macros do not work when the Archeage game is running, as soon as I close the game everything starts working. Next, I deleted Synapse 4 and installed Synapse 3. And everything works!!! Can you tell me the reason why macros work in Synapse 3, but don't work in Synapse 4?

Hello, can you tell me how to disable motion sync? Why is it enabled by default? Why do you enable it by default? I can't play my game like I usually do on other mice. Why is there no way to disable it? Why do cheap Chinese mice have the option to disable this setting, but the famous Razer doesn't? If you don't help me, I'll have to sell your product and never go back. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the quality of this mouse. They even finally made a decent scroll wheel, but they came up with something unnecessary again in the form of motion sync.
