My power button broke and is no longer under warranty is there anything I can do to fix this, I can’t change display or bring up the OSD

Hi!My Razer Viper Ultimate stopped working wirelessly. It only works while connected to PC via USB cable. I tried everything I read online including: connecting the USB dongle directly to the motherboard, disabling Synapse, updating the Firmware and driver, connecting the mouse to a different PC, using Razer’s pairing utility.Unfortunately none of the above worked. I got the controller and dongle second hand. I am able to connect the controller wired to both PC and Xbox. The dongle isn’t recognized on either device. I believe I need a new dongle but can’t find where to get one. 

So I got home from work today and all of the sudden my Blackwidow v4 is having issues. my 1 key is activating my f1 key and my backspace appears to be acting very weird as well. I have tried restarting, uninstalling synap, uninstalling my keyboard drivers, but nothing seems to be working…. Any suggestions? 

So I activated the 7.1 Surround Sound code and had to reinstall Windows. After that, it asks for a code again, saying it was already activated. I have my original Gmail and this headphone (Blackshark v2 x) registered on the website.

Hi here,I talk with razer but i m suprise to be alone with my problem.I just bought Naga v2 Pro and i want use 12 buton mode.I’m french and my local settings and keyboard are set on azerty.When i select in synapse “buton1” and bind the “a” (in alphanumerique table), it seems ok but when i use the buton “1” it does “q” (same thing between z and q and all difference between azerty and qwerty).Can you try to do it if you have azerty keyboard?Thanks

I’ve tried researching this problem as much as possible to try and resolve it on my end. I have two monitors which seems to be causing my issue when sequencing a macro that includes mouse movement/position. I recently purchased the Razer Naga Pro V2 for around $180. This is much more expensive than other available options, and I decided to go with this product because the reviews online said the software was the best. This does not seem to be the case. I am attempting to sequence a macro using the synapse software. I want to be able to click on a certain location on my monitor using a macro. I’ve used all the recording options available - Screen (Absolute Position)Foreground (Relative Position)Start Point (Mouse Cursor) None of them are able to correctly track the movement of the mouse. The mouse appears to be offset in the horizontal direction by the additional space from the second monitor. How can this be resolved? I updated the controller and dongle via rzr.to/hxt9svever since then the dongle and controller has not been syncing/connectingive been using using it via cable tried everything in the book hard reset console unplug etc. In need of a dongle fix

Dear Razer Since the Synapse 4 update, my Razer Viper V2 Pro mouse keeps disconnecting — and by disconnecting, I mean the mouse itself turns off. Can you please help me?I tried it on my old gaming laptop, and it works perfectly. But when I use it on my main PC, it doesn't work. I already checked all the USB ports and cables — everything is in good condition.What could be the problem? I searched on YouTube, but nothing helped. Hello, I have an issue with my left click button (Razer Viper v3 Hyperspeed). It’s suddendly disabled in Razer Synapse and I am unable to use the left click button anymore. I've tried restarting my profile my profile many times and it doesn't work.This was sudden, it was working fine yesterday, I need help please, how can I fix?

As the previous issues of the razer viper v2 pro mouse the dongle was working just fine and when the battery died and I connected it to the cable to charge it and then unplug it , it does not connect to the 2.4Gh dongle and even my laptop and another laptop does not recognize the dongle as a device as it does not show in the device manager and the laptop does not make a sound of connection , as for now the mouse is working with the cable just fine but the wirless connection does not. I updated the frimware for the latest version for the mouse which is 2.1.1.0 and i tried to plug it and unplag it from diffrent ports.

Looking to buy replacement parts, or get it serviced before I open it up. Seems a lot of other users are having this issue.

I recently purchased a pair of blackshark v2 x headphones and im trying to set up 7.1 surround sound but despite having registered my product to my razer account it says that there is no authentication found Any help would be appreciated

I have had my keyboard since 2021 or 2022. I cant remember exactly but it what a Christmas gift. Never bothered to register it or anything but the RGB pattern stopped working so I downloaded chroma and decided to go through the steps and when I try to register new device it says that my serial number isn’t there in the systems. Please advise. 

Hello there, I purchased a Razer BlackShark Pro V2 headset from Amazon in January 2025. It has served me amazingly and I love the headset. However, the dongle/wireless transceiver USB stick just broke. Is it possible for me to get a replacement?

Hello everyone.With my first installation of Synapse 4 for my Nommo V2 set, I could see THX profiles for my games, especially Forza Horizon 5.Suddenly, after an automatic software update, I was no longer able to see the THX profiles for the game in question and others that are THX supported like Battlefield 1.I anticipate that I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Synapse 4 software at least 20 times, this also to solve other problems that the Razer support staff has never been able to solve. This problem has never been solved..... fortunately others yes.Has anyone had the same problem and managed to fix it?Of course I don't want to reinstall Windows 11….Best regards Ivan 

Hello,My wired Basilisk V3 freezes and becomes unresponsive as soon as Synapse 4 starts. i have to use another mouse to force quit the application, after of which the Basilisk becomes responsive again.I can’t use my game profiles or lighting because of this. I’ve tried removing all the drivers and uninstalling with Revo Uninstaller, and doing a fresh install of Synapse, but the problem persists. Any idea what could be wrong?

when you push the mic button it says mic on and mic off how do you disable that?
