Hi, Ive had razer synapse 4 for a while, and recently I realized it wasn't working properly, so I uninstalled it and attempted to reinstall it, I was met with absolutely nothing. I run the exe, (as normal and as admin) and nothing happens, I get a text document stating "Failed to write installed file (no such file or directory)"I have tried a lot of different methods to get around this, I have cleared every scrap of old razers file off my device including registry data. I have reinstalled windows. Ive done it all, and I get the exact same error message every time. I was so desperate that even chat gpt couldn't help me. I'm using windows 11, and there is not a single article/forum I've seen that has this exact error message, it's always "(permission denied)" as the specification. I don't know what Im doing and I'm getting frustrated because I've spent two days trying to fix this, I really need someone who's smart to help me.

My orochi v2 mouse is not working. i got this mouse a couple off months ago and it was working perfectly, in december the dongle broke so the only way i could use this mouse was with bluetooth and the first time i wanted to use it with bluetooth it connected and worked fine since  then. But for some reason today it does not want to connect to bluetooth, i thought it was just the battery so i switched it out but then i remembered i was using the same battery yesterday and it was at 80 or 90 percentage but i still switched it out for a new one. it still did not want to connect the light was not even lighting up or anything every time i switched the battery so i deleted it from bluetooth and then it came back for a couple of seconds working but then it stopped so i did the reset method and it started blinking but then after trying to pair it still did not work. i dont know if i just have to get a new mouse or something cuz the batteries work fine so if anyone could help me let me know sor

I bought my Razer Blackshark V2 X about over a year ago.I just learned about 7.1 Surround Sound and am trying to set it up for my razer headset.I found all the necessary requirements like serial number and product number but I just cant seem to find the date of purchase. Please help!!

Me compre un mouse Razer VIper V3 Pro hace unos 8 meses aproximadamente, ayer cuando prendí mi PC note que el mouse que había dejado cargando mientras no estuve usando la PC seguía titilando en rojo indicando que no había cargado, acto siguiente procedo a ingresar al Synapse y me dice que efectivamente mi carga estaba en 0% y se encontraba cargando, lo deje por un tiempo más y siguió en 0%, ya probé descargando el Synapse de nuevo, probé enchufándolo en otro puerto USB, probé con otro cable USB (Ya que el cable original no funciona), probé conectándolo a otra PC, nada funciono, y necesito solucionarlo. Espero que alguien me conteste y pueda solucionar este problema.

Hi everyone, I am planning on buying a new Razer laptop, and i was wondering if the new Razer Blade 14 will actually work with the older Razer Core X and an RTX 3090. I couldn't find an answer anywhere. As it is still quite a stronge eGPU with the RTX 3090, but my current Razer Blade Advanced 15 is nearing it's end actually XD. 

Was using my headset said headset died but when i plugged it in it was not charging.Indicator light wasnt coming onSwitched cables, doesnt work.cleaned port.left charger in for couple hours, still wont charge/wont turn on.tried hard reseting headsetlooked on razer synapse, absolutely no help.Can anyone help me fix this issue?

I have an older account and it is still connected to an old email address. I’m trying to change it to one of my current email addresses but will not allow since it is trying to send me a code that I can not retrieve. I feel like this would be an easy fix if I can get someone on the phone, but can’t get a phone number anywhere for support. 😖

Hello,  Recently, one of the legs for my Razer Enki X chair snapped, and broke off. According to my serial number, this chair is out of warranty. This has forced me to make a community threat instead of being able to go through normal channels to resolve this issue (as per Razer’s own recommendation). I am interested in being sent a new chair base, along with instructions on how to replace it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I think roughly a month ago, I brought my headset with me somewhere, and once I got back home and emptied my bag the dongle was nowhere to be found. I left it by mistake and have been having to use my headset via Bluetooth ever since. How might I be able to get a replacement dongle? I was looking on the website and didn't see any that were listed to work for my headset...

Hey,I am got the Razer Wolveringe V3 Tournement edition from my girlfriend for christmas but recently came across an issue, while playing f1 2025 (not sure, whether this happens on other games too) At seemingly random moments, my input would not be registered for ca. 1 second and the last input is keept active.Like if I was turning left and the bug apprears, I would turn left for the duration with exactly the same intensitiy, before accepting new input again.This creates obvious issues while stearing, breaking or shifting, in case my button press is not recognised at that second. Specs:win 11 razer synaps  is active firmware is up to date windows modus pull rate of 1000 Hz (maximum setting)  

Hello I recently bought a refurbished razer kraken v4 pro headset didn't have the money for a new one it said it was in excellent condition. Well it works and sounds great but it didn't come with the dongle when I contacted the seller they told me they dont have them so I was wandering can I get a razer kraken v4 dongle and pair it with the utility tool to work with my razer kraken v4 pro,  I hope so or I wont be able to fully use the hub with the pro

Looking to start streaming and was wondering if this headset would work with my needs? I plan on using an external capture card to get my PS5 gameplay onto OBS, and an external USB mic to record my own voice. Does anyone know if possible how to connect an external usb mic to the control hub and then to a capture card? My specific capture card has a line in, line out and a mic in input. Thanks

My Razer Surround 7.1 was working fine only to find out after turning off my PC and it happened to logged me out of my Razer Surround 7.1 software. Logged in and it shows the Activation Code page. Trying to update to the latest firmware and its been stuck for hours.  

Since I changed to a new computer with Win11, every time I start windows, a message pops up, asking me to chose wether to start RZPower with Admin rights or not.On the old computer Synapse started without that annoying message. How can I get rid of it ? 

Hi, I have Iost my USB-C dongle for my Barracuda headset and looking for official replacement. Those are not Barracuda X or Barracuda Pro, not sure if thier dongles are compatible but in any case I have not found any official ones. Could someone help me, please?
