I’ve just received my Razer Core X V2 and was excited to get it hooked up to my laptop only to find it wouldn’t power on. When I turn the PSU on, the fan on the eGPU does a quick spin before shutting off, and there are no visible lights anywhere on the unit. When I turn the PSU off, the fan briefly spins again.I’ve troubleshooted to the extent that I can. I’ve tested multiple PSUs, made sure the GPU is good, reseated the GPU, and disconnected and reconnected everything. No change. I’m not ruling out a dumb mistake on my part (because it wouldn’t be the first time), but I can’t help but think I got a defective unit.I was going to contact support via the live chat, but the chat button is grayed out no matter the device or browser so I’m unable to do so. Hoping my issue gets seen here. Thanks in advance.

Hello, my Razer blade 16 2025 isn’t starting up properly, it’s only 2 weeks old and freezes when booted up, I am unable to reset it as that fails.  please help

This morning when I turned on my computer, my keyboard started typing on its own: ‘t5gk5gk€€€5g€€€€t5gk€t5gk€gknt5gkt5gkgknt5gk5tgkt5t5gk5tgkt5gk€ng€€€k’ until I disconnected it and it stopped typing. When I connect a different keyboard, I have to press the ‘alt gr’ key to be able to type normally.I thought it might be a problem with the Synapse software, but after uninstalling, restarting, and so on, the problem persisted, so I tried it on another PC and it still does the same thing. I tried resetting it with FN + ESC but it doesn't respond, and when I put it in demo mode with ESC + CAPSLOCK + SPACE BAR and then take it out, it's still exactly the same.Any idea what might be happening? 

im not sure how the issue happened, I set Macro on my Tartarus V2 which didnt work as I wanted which I then deleted but after deleting the macro the 1 key didnt work. I set to finding a solution which includes restarting Synapse, reinstalling Synapse, and various other lvls of new installs. All instances fixed the issue on uninstall and then reappeared after reinstalling Synapse. I currently have uninstalled ALL Razer app and software and have a unlit dark keyboard… I would like to continue using Razer products and RGB features but I do not have a solution that allows Synapse to be installed. Hopefully that explained my issue and I hope there is a solutionThank you.

Just to start this out I thought it was my mouse at first until I got a brand new one today. Same problem… Basically out of nowhere my scrolling will just randomly stop when im on for example: Minecraft I just cant scroll down or up to move to the next item because it randomly stops out of nowhere and then like 20-30 seconds it goes back to normal and I wont have to worry for another 10-15 mins until it does it again. So its not a specific mouse issue its a genuine problem with something else. Who knows it might even be my computer. Im just trying to see if anyone could help me solve this problem or if someone else out there is experiencing the same issue. Please help me or else I might have to switch to a different mouse and I really like this mouse.

I have Razer Wolverine V2 Pro, using it with PS5. Once I have updated dongle and gamepad firmware to 01.04.01 version, after that wireless mode is not working at all. Not on PC, not on PS5. Wired mode works normally, bluetooth connection to android app works normally. PC is recognizing dongle and gamepad at the firmware update app. Is there any solution for this problem? Can i downgrade firmware back to 01.02.03?

I got my 1st head set In May 2023 They lasted me about 1.5 week before the Brackets just fell apart. I RMA them ofc and got the new ones. . . they lasted me about 5 months until now… bcs they broke again. Like the Quality of the plastic is not very good so to speak. 

Hi. so im using my Blackshark v2 hyperspeed via BLUETOOTH. but whenever i use the built in microphone the sound completely changes while playing a game its like an old radio sound coming out of the headset.after disabling it the built in mic back the sound of the headset goes back to normal. have anyone experience this issue with the blackshark v2 hyperspeed?

I purchased Razer hammerhead V3 and I connected to computer but the mic has no sound but i connect to my phone it work also synapse cant detected it

My HyperSpeed USB dongle shows as “Unknown USB Device”.I tested it on multiple computers and the issue persists.The mouse works normally with the cable.I would like a replacement dongle under warranty.

I was recently given a barracuda x chroma headset but was not given the dongle I was able to receive the headset and the usb c needed for charging. I am wondering if i could get a replacement dongle for the barracuda x chroma headset.

The USB cable (the thing that i use for charging and with USB doodle) is broken, the things inside the cable sticks out and It not works anymoreCan i get a replacement by being in italy

I recently brought the blackshark v2 x and everything is going well but when I try the surround sound at first nothing came through so I looked and found that solution so now that sound comes out but I have noticed that when surround sound is either off or on there is no difference at all all there is, is left channel, right channel and centre channels only there is no left back or right back how do I fix that?

Need to unplug and replug the usb dongle when starting Windows for Kraken v3 Pro to connect. Every day. On a $200 headset.Tried all the USB, USB2 and USB3 ports on the machine. It does always the same.The pairing utility works but it doesn’t fix the problem. The next boot it goes back to the same problem. This level of incompetence on a product of this price tag is infuriating. 🤦🏻

Hi I stupidly updated to Razer Synapse 4 last night (from 3.) Now today when I login I've realised my Naga V2 pro is suddenly extremely laggy. Its scrolling and selecting stuff on its own also. It was absolutely fine before I installed Synapse 4. Naturally I tried uninstalling Synapse 4 but the issue persists. I’ve uninstalled mouse drivers, I’ve ran the the driver cleanup tool, I’ve ran the firm wear update, i’ve turned it off and on again like 5 times. I’m not really sure what else to do. I’ve only had the mouse 1 month and I am absolutely sure the Synapse update from 3 to 4 did this as its the only thing that changed since I went off last night when it was working perfectly.I noticed while I had Synapse 4 installed that it was like the mouse kept disconnecting and disappearing from the list. The mouse itself was also constantly flashing its lights on and off.Now I can’t use my mouse wirelessly. It only works if I turn it off and plug it in directly. There doesn’t seem to be a way to

Recently the entire key and switch attached to the “1” key on my keyboard has somehow gotten loose and keeps popping out of its socket, with it annoyingly continuously inputting “11111111111111” when it does so. Any way I can fix this? Had this keyboard for years with no issues so far and the warranty on this old thing has long expired. The key still works fine for the most part, but it simply refuses to stay secured in its socket and wiggles around even when seated.Edit: Upon closer inspection, it seems to be missing some black plastic on the side of the switch, perhaps some securing snap-in part on the sides has broken?

I know my laptop is from 2019 and that it’s no longer supported, but I have seen multiple post about newer laptops also having secure boot issues as of recently. I was hoping that there would be a way to fix this, because turn it off isn’t an option considering a ton of modern games require it to be on.

Hi, I see many threads on this matter over the last few weeks but I can't seem to find a solution. Returned from holiday and my computer won't boot unless I turn off secure boot. No way to correct this issue and this I'm locked out of games such as BF6.I've tried the password tricks for the bios which didn't help. Can't seem to find any solutions.can anybody help please?  

​Hi, I have a Razer Blackwidow V4 Pro Keyboard with some keys not registering all the time. For example some keys fire multiple times when pressed once, and other keys when pressed multiple times doesn’t register (example I press B 5x and only 3x work)I had replaced the keyboard at the shop and the new one still the same. Tried it on various computers and all the same. For now I am using an alternative keyboard but would like to have my Blackwidow working. 

Hey there. I own a blackwidow v4 x and my e and i buttons are not working properly. It’s difficult to write this ticket since i have to press e multiple times. I cleaned my keyboard multiple times. Plugging my keyboard to another pc fixes the problem on the other pc. I followed the steps from another article like updating firmware. Uninstalling synapse and installing again. Nothing seems to work. I would really love it if you could help me.
